Brody Jenner's ex-girlfriend Jayde Nicole wore a bandage on her chin last night -- after she claims she had a "precancerous mark" removed from her face.
Nicole -- a former Playboy Playmate of the Year -- didn't expand on the severity of the situation on her way in to Colony nightclub last night ... but told us, "I'm not going to let anything stop me from going to my friend's birthday party."

Audrina's Alleged Stalker -- Check Your Head

The 25-year-old man accused of stalking Audrina Patridge has pled no contest to the charge today in L.A. County Superior Court -- but before he is sentenced, the judge wants him to get his head checked.
Zachary Loring -- who was arrested outside of Audrina's Los Angeles home back in February -- will now undergo a 90-day psychiatric evaluation to determine whether he should spend time in prison or a mental institution.
Loring is due back in court on September 20 for sentencing -- he faces up to two years in prison if found competent.

Heidi and Spencer Divorce -- The Real Deal

Knock us over with a feather. TMZ has learned ... Heidi Montag is so serious about ending her marriage to Spencer Pratt, she's already lawyered up and she has a game plan.
We've learned Heidi has picked Jodeane Farrell to handle her divorce and this lawyer isn't playing games ... she's already taking steps to get the quickest divorce possible in California.
Farrell -- who has practiced as a family law specialist for 24 years and currently handles divorce mediations -- will be setting up a meeting with Heidi and Spencer in approximately two weeks. We're told both Heidi and Spencer want the divorce mediated -- meaning the two will try and hash out a property settlement privately, wait the six months required by California law, and end their marriage.
Heidi wants Farrell to be the mediator, provided Spencer is down with it. Farrell has close family ties with the Montag family, but she tells TMZ she doesn't think there will be a problem in mediating the deal.
Farrell plans to meet with Heidi and Spencer together, and if he's on board she'll schedule a meeting with their accountant to go over assets and liabilities.
And Farrell says ... so far things are "very amicable" between Heidi and Spencer.

Jason Wahler Arrested Again

Good news: Jason Wahler was not busted for DUI last night.
Bad news: He was busted for assault.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they were called to a party in Hollywood early this morning after a girl, not Wahler's girlfriend, complained the former "Hills" star struck her after an argument.
Wahler was arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery.

As for why the marriage hit the skids, Spencer, Heidi says, was so controlling she lost her friends and family. And now, we're told, Heidi's mom wants to reconcile with her daughter. No word if Heidi will be receptive.

Heidi Montag has separated from husband Spencer Pratt, TMZ has learned.
Heidi's rep tells TMZ, "Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She's tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career."
We're told Heidi -- pictured above with Spencer in Malibu last Friday -- is looking for a new place to live ... in Malibu.
As TMZ first reported, Heidi and Spencer called the police on Heidi's mom a few weeks back ... so there's been plenty of turmoil.
A source close to Heidi and Spencer tells TMZ the tension in the relationship has been building for a while now ... "It wasn't just a sudden thing."
Now it makes sense ... On Tuesday, Heidi tweeted, "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."
UPDATE: Spencer's sister, Stephanie Pratt, tells TMZ, "I hope whether this statement is true or not that they are both happy in whatever life decisions they make."
