Hulk Hogan just appeared on the Howard Stern show ... and admitted the woman in his sex tape is the estranged wife of his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge ... who gave Hulk his blessing to nail her.

Hulk spilled his guts to Stern ... saying Bubba -- a nationally syndicated radio DJ -- allowed Hogan to have sex with Heather Clem six years ago.

During the interview, Hogan says he was still married to Linda at the time of the sex tape ... but says she drove him to have sex outside the marriage because she was so verbally and emotionally abusive to him.

Hulk also admitted his performance wasn't exactly tip top.

A porn company DESPERATELY wants to put Hulk Hogan's sex tape on their site ... so much so that they are offering him an "open checkbook" and gratuitously stroking his ego at the same time.

TMZ has obtained an offer letter from Sex.com to Hulk ... and they're looking to lock up the rights to his sex tape, which made the rounds on the internet this week without Hulk's permission.

In the letter, Sex.com says they can help Hogan with his leaked situation and, of course, they're are asking to release the tape on their site.

The letter states, "While this may be an embarrassing ordeal for you to go through right now, it doesn't need to be ... you are 'bigger' than Andre the Giant where it matters."

The site says they have an "open checkbook" if Hulk is interested in signing a deal.

Linda Hogan isn't gonna let a little thing like NOT having a fiancé stop her from searching for the perfect wedding dress -- and then documenting that search on reality TV show.

Five years after the demise of "Hogan Knows Best," Linda will return to the world of reality to appear on the season premiere of TLC's show "Brides of Beverly Hills" -- even though she's not a bride (or even close to being one).

Sources close to the production tell us, 53-year-old Linda was originally booked on the reality show while still engaged to her 23-year-old ex Charley Hill ... but that relationship bit the dust back in May.

We're told, despite no longer having a wedding to plan for, Linda still wanted to tape her special episode -- which features her "search for the perfect gown."

Linda Hogan was arrested yesterday in Malibu on suspicion of DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Linda -- real name Linda Bollea -- was arrested at 1:34 AM Thursday morning and taken to a nearby police station where she was booked and put behind bars. According to the citation, her blood alcohol level is listed as .084, barely above the legal limit in California (.08).

The 53-year-old was released several hours later on $5,000 bail.

An inmate information operator at the jail tells us, she was also booked for driving on a suspended license.

A rep for Linda tells TMZ, Linda sincerely regrets the arrest. The rep claims Linda was on her way home from a jewelry function in L.A. where she drank a glass of champagne on an empty stomach -- in combination with antibiotics that exacerbated the effects of the alcohol. The rep insists Linda was NOT booked for driving on a suspended license.

The rep says Linda was initially pulled over for speeding. It's unclear if Linda was the only person in the car at the time of her arrest.

It's been a rough week for the Hogan family. Linda's ex-husband Hulk Hogan is currently in the middle of a sex tape scandal after footage was released on the Internet yesterday.

Hulk Hogan's leaked sex tape did NOT catch the wrestler with his pants down -- at least figuratively -- because TMZ has learned, he's already got his lawyers on the counter-attack, threatening to SUE if the tape isn't taken off the Internet.

Gawker posted a minute-long clip of the sex tape on its website yesterday -- but sources close to Hogan tell TMZ, it won't be up for long ... because Hogan's currently drafting a nasty cease-and-desist letter to the website, demanding the footage be taken down.

Hogan's claiming the site has no right to post the footage -- and if it doesn't remove it, he'll sue.

Hulk's lawyer David R. Houston tells TMZ, "This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

As we first reported ... the Hogan tape was being shopped around to the highest bidder beginning earlier this year. Screen grabs hit the Internet in April, but video only surfaced yesterday.

Gawker says it obtained the tape from an anonymous source -- who gave the footage to the site for free.

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Hogan is incredibly relieved that Jerry "The King" Lawler has stabilized since his heart attack Monday night -- but tells TMZ, it might be time Lawler considered retirement.

Nick tells us, wrestling "takes a toll" on your body -- and as a result, "most guys retire around 50ish." Lawler is 62.

According to Nick, people in the wrestling business have varied career lengths -- but when injuries come into play, it's hard to ignore the obvious ... it's time to slow down.

Nick uses his own dad as an example -- saying even his 59-year-old father has cut back drastically on wrestling because of serious back injuries.

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda Hogan let it all hang out in a new music video ... by flashing her behemoth badonkadonk in a thong and sheer dress type thing.

The 52-year-old blonde bombshell stars in hip hop artist Ricky Romance's latest video entitled "MILF" and does her best Coco impersonation by exposing all of her orange mother-of-two posterior loveliness.

Besides showing off all her God given talents, Linda did some serious method acting by making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in full face and a horrendous animal print bikini.

She hasn't even been single for a week ... but Linda Hogan has already found a famous gentleman caller ... who just booked the 52-year-old to star in a music video about a "MILF."

TMZ has learned ... Hulk's ex is in talks with hip hop artist Ricky Romance -- who says he wrote the song "MILF" specifically for Linda ... including the following lyric:

"I guarantee you'll forget about that divorce the moment we roll out in my Porsche ... I'll beat it of course, yeah, daddy do that ... looks like Stella just got her groove back."

Romance tells TMZ ... "I'm in love with [Linda]. I wrote the song for her hoping to get her attention ... it's a perfect time since she is single now."

He adds, "I hope to marry her and have our first child by next year."

Brooke Hogan is following in her father's giant yellow footsteps ... TMZ has learned she just inked a deal to join the TNA Wrestling family.

TNA President Dixie Carter tells TMZ ... Brooke is NOT going to be a wrestler ... but rather an executive who will be tasked to develop female talent.

We're told Brooke's duties will help up and coming she-wrestlers develop their characters, help with backstage promos and even consult on entrance music.

Obviously, 24-year-old Brooke has been around the wrestling world her entire life ... and believes she can help improve the organization. It doesn't hurt that her father also works for TNA.

Carter tells us, "Brooke is such a great talent who's really sharp and will make a great addition to the TNA family."

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife is back on the market ... 52-year-old Linda Hogan has officially called things off with her 23-year-old boy toy Charlie Hill ... after realizing marriage just isn't in the cards.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Charlie recently moved out of Linda's Florida home after nearly 4 years of Cougar bliss.

We're told the two had a heart-to-heart about the future of their relationship this weekend -- and acknowledged they didn't see themselves ever getting married to each other.

Both Charlie and Linda decided it was best to break up ... so they could move on with their lives ... but we're told there's no anger involved and the split was as amicable as splits can be.

More tragic news for the family of John Graziano -- Nick Hogan's infamous 2007 crash victim -- TMZ has learned John's younger brother Michael has died from injuries he sustained in a car accident earlier this month.

As we previously reported, Michael was a passenger in a 1994 Volvo which slammed into the back of a dump truck on a Florida highway on April 3. Like his brother John, he was not wearing a seat belt.

Michael was rushed to the hospital where he remained in critical condition for several days.

Now, officials say Michael has "expired from his injuries sustained in the April 3rd traffic crash."

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

It's one of the grisliest coincidences ever -- 5 years after Nick Hogan nearly killed his passenger in a car accident ... the passenger's brother is now in critical condition, after getting into a near-fatal car wreck himself.

In case you forgot ... Nick Hogan was racing his sports car in Florida back in 2007, when he lost control and crashed into a tree. His passenger, John Graziano, is expected to spend the rest of his life in a vegetative state.

Now John's brother Michael Graziano suffered an eerily similar fate -- getting into a serious car accident ... in which he was also the passenger. Even worse ... Michael was NOT wearing a seatbelt, just like his brother John.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the car Graziano was riding in -- a 1994 Volvo -- slammed into the back of a dump truck at 2:30 a.m.

Graziano was rushed to Bayfront Medical Center where he is currently in critical condition. The car's driver was also taken to Bayfront, though his injuries aren't believed to be life-threatening.

Count Linda Hogan among those who want to see Hulk Hogan's sex tape -- but get your mind out of the gutter ... it's because she thinks it will help her defense in Hulk's lawsuit against her.

As TMZ first reported, a sex tape featuring the wrestling legend is being shopped to Vivid Entertainment ... a tape Hogan says was made without his knowledge.

Sources close to Linda tell TMZ she'd like to get a look at the tape because she feels it could be a key piece of evidence in Hulk's defamation lawsuit against Linda. Hulk sued Linda last year ... claiming she was lying when, in her book, she alleged Hulk was abusive and cheated on her.

We're told Linda would like to figure out when the tape was made because it could help her prove Hulk was a cheater. According to our sources, if Linda can figure out who has the tape, she'll attempt to subpoena them for her case.

Hulk told TMZ this week he has been faithful to his current wife Jennifer, so the tape is at least five years old.

The kingpin of porn has reached out to Hulk Hogan in an effort to entice him to change his mind about the sex tape that has surfaced featuring the famous wrestler.

Steven Hirsch from Vivid Entertainment has sent Hulk a letter, which touts his company's stable of stars who include Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson, Tommy Lee and Jimi Hendrix.

After we broke the story that Hulk is front and center in a videotaped sexual encounter with a mystery brunette, he was adamant that he had no idea he was being taped and he would go after the people behind the tape both civilly and criminally.

Hirsch tells Hulk in the letter ... he admires what Hulk has accomplished and then says he saw a "teaser" of the tape and believes there would be a "huge demand."

Huge or not ... Hulk and his lawyer could not have been clearer on TMZ Live yesterday ... they don't want that tape to see the light of day.

Hulk Hogan just can't seem to identify his female co-star in the sex tape that just surfaced -- telling TMZ, he banged so many chicks after he left his ex-wife ... the woman could be one of MANY possible conquests.

Hulk called in to TMZ Live moments ago ... claiming he went on a 4-month alcohol-fueled lady-screwing bender between the time when he left his ex-wife Linda ... and met his current wife Jennifer.

Hulk tells us, "During that time, I don't even remember people's names, much less girls."

Hulk says he hasn't had sex with another woman since meeting Jennifer 5 years ago -- so the tape has to be at least 5 years old.

Hulk Hogan says the sex tape being shopped to porn companies was "secretly filmed" WITHOUT his permission ... and claims the footage is nothing less than an "outrageous invasion of privacy."

TMZ broke the story ... the grainy video which has already been shopped to Vivid Entertainment features Hulk and a mystery brunette. It's unclear when the tape was shot.

Now, Hulk's lawyer David Houston has released a statement ... saying, "Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video."
