Kylie Jenner has a lot of nerve threatening a company that will freeze off your fat ... just because the model happens to vaguely resemble her ... so claims the company.

Dr. FatOff is indignant after reading our story over the weekend ... that Kylie is contemplating legal action against the company for deceiving prospective patients into believing she's endorsing him.

Dr. FatOff's lawyer fired off a scathing letter to Kylie's legal eagle, informing him the model is none other than the daughter of one of the company's managers ... and is nothing like Jenner.

The letter says the model, Cassandra, is primarily Latina and Indian. It goes on to say Cassandra, an aspiring model and singer, was hired for her own look and not because of some vague resemblance.

The letter tells Kylie and company to pound sand. Ed Meyer, the rep for Dr. FatOff, tells us the billboard is staying up.

Not trying to give y'all a headache ... but imagine -- if Tyga ever slipped one past the goalie with Kylie it would create some pretty kooky familial relationships ... with King Cairo and his soon-to-be sibling at the center of it all.

We banged our heads and unraveled how things might look ... hypothetically, of course. Follow the maze ... try not to get lost in translation.

- Tyga and ex, Blac Chyna, spawned King Cairo ... he'll be half brother to Rob and Chyna's unborn kid. Tyga then becomes an uncle to Cairo's new half sibling ... by virtue of Rob and Kylie's sibling relationship.

- If Tyga and Kylie popped out a kid ... that'd give Cairo another half sibling ... Tyga and Kylie's hypothetical kid would be half cousins with Rob and Blac's kid.

- Rob would be Cairo's stepdad ... and an uncle to Tyga's and Kylie's kid -- with Blac as aunt to King Cairo's half sibling.

Kourtney Kardashian made a big splash while on vacay.

Kylie Jenner's about to tell a fat-burning company to FREEZE ... because it's deceiving unsuspecting consumers into believing its product is the key to her curves.

The billboard surfaced in L.A. over the weekend ... displaying a Kylie wannabe on the fat-freezing ad. Although the model isn't the real McCoy, the M.O. is pretty clear -- make people believe it's her.

The fam has already launched its legal team to put the kibosh on the billboard campaign. Fact is ... they probably have a case because the model is a ringer for Kylie and that's clearly the goal.

We're guessing a few phone calls from her attorneys will do the trick.

Kim Kardashian knows a thing or two about gettin' nekkid for photo shoots ... so it's no surprise she helped Blac Chyna navigate the frigid waters.

Chyna is PAPER Mag's September cover girl ... that means buck naked, and Kim was right there to coach her through the shoot. Kim arrived with Chyna, helped her strike poses and even picked out what some might call wardrobe.

Kim and Chyna were tight the entire day ... it was apparent to all they like each other.

Everyone remembers Kim's PAPER Mag shoot in 2014 -- so she's just keeping it all in the fam.

Kylie Jenner just gave Tyga a very expensive smoke screen -- a new Bentley Bentayga.

Kylie says the $300k SUV was the reason she was at the dealer on Tuesday. She claims the story we broke -- about Tyga's Ferrari getting repo'd -- nearly blew her surprise.

KJ was super excited for the Bentley's unveiling, but Tyga was speechless. Probably still thinking about losing his sports car .. and a bit of dignity.

As for Kylie insinuating the repo was a "fake story?" LOL. We've seen the paper work.

Rob Kardashian has made an incredible turnaround in his fight against diabetes ... he's telling his family he's no longer diabetic ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Rob says he's in remission and his doctor told him he doesn't have to take medication for his type 2 diabetes.

He was hospitalized last December for his diabetes, which doctors warned could put him in a diabetic coma if he didn't maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Rob's been eating healthy and exercising regularly since he began dating Blac Chyna ... but he's not fully in the clear.

We're told doctors warned him his diabetes could come back if he falls off the wagon again.

Tyga reunited with his old pal the repo man, who made off with the rapper's Ferrari at perhaps the most embarrassing time possible ... right in front of Kylie Jenner.

We're told Tyga hopped in his fancy red sports car Tuesday with Kylie and drove to the Bentley dealership in Calabasas. Little did he know that while they were checking out new whips ... his current one was about to get swiped.

Sources on the lot tell us the repo man showed up armed with a spare key for the Ferrari, jumped in, started it up and headed down the nearest freeway.

We're told Tyga missed a couple of his lease payments, and the lessor wasn't taking any chances.

Don't worry, Kylie and Tyga got a ride home from one of his homies.

Kim, Kanye and North felt the need ... for sweets, and lots of 'em based on how much they forked out during a candy shopping spree.

The fam hit up the Dylan's Candy Bar flagship store Monday, and sources tell us they whipped out 2 Benjs for lollipops, Push Pops and Gobstoppers. They also stocked up on sour goods like Sour Skittles, Rainbow Nerds Rope, Trolli Gummy Peachie-O's and Sour Octopus.

Zero Sour Patch Kids though. Big mistake. Huge.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's VMA weekend included a stay in some super fancy NYC digs -- a $25 million penthouse with a rooftop pool and massive outdoor terraces.

The Wests are roughing it in this 5 bedroom, 6 bath penthouse in Chelsea. The palatial pad is 7,200 sq feet, but 4,400 of that is outdoor space. There's even a lawn with amazing Hudson River views.

Normal rate for this kinda luxury is $10k/night. We're told Kanye and Kim will be staying here, courtesy of Airbnb, for the next couple of months.

Looks like Kim is already feeling her east coast digs, posting a vid from a verrry cozy looking bed.

It's gotta be Tara Reid's least fave starring role, but it's also the one that started Kim Kardashian's march to fame -- and maybe the most classic TMZ clip of all time.

It all went down 10 years ago today -- hard to believe -- outside Hyde on Sunset, which was THE spot at the time. Tara was forced to wait at the door when along came her former BFF Paris Hilton ... arm-in-arm with Kim.

Blac Chyna and Kylie Jenner have buried the hatchet and there's no animosity over Kylie playing stepmom to Chyna and Tyga's son King ... so claims Rob's fiancee.

Sources close to Blac Chyna tell us she actually enjoyed the pics of Kylie and King at a mini-golf course.

We're told Chyna's good with the entire Kardashian brood ... a brand she's personally growing -- she's weeks away from giving birth.

She's also not stupid and knows Kylie will become her sister-in-law and if she starts picking fights with her, Kris will side with her daughter, which will cause Chyna financial and other problems.

The Kardashians are also on board ... they've invited Chyna to family events ... most recently the latest DASH store opening and Kris' mom's birthday.

Chyna knows which battles not to pick.

Kylie Jenner is arguably stepping up as Tyga's now longtime GF and helping him raise his child ... the other scenario -- she's pissing off baby mama Blac Chyna something fierce.

Kylie took 3-year-old King Tuesday to play a round of miniature golf in Sherman Oaks. Tyga also tried his hand on the putting green.

It's unclear how Chyna feels about her one-time mortal enemy, who she hedged last week during a Facebook Live session.

We're on the lookout for her reaction.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian just scored a legal victory against the beauty company that was plastering their mugs all over the Internet to hawk a cosmetic line.

TMZ broke the story ... the girls sued Haven Beauty -- which bought a failing cosmetics line called Boldface -- claiming the company had no right to use their images to sell its products.

The company fired back -- the prior owner made a deal with the Kardashian sisters in which they obligated themselves to promote the cosmetic line, which included using their images on the company's website.

The girls fired back again, saying yes, they made a deal, but Haven and the prior owner screwed them out of royalties so the deal was over.

A judge just agreed with K, K and K, and issued an injunction prohibiting Haven from using a trace of the famed trio.

There are still legal issues to settle, but the ruling is a big victory for the women.

Blac Chyna sent a woman to the hospital ... at least according to a woman who has now filed suit against the the future Mrs. Kardashian.

TMZ broke the story ... Chyna's friend, Paige Addison, was tooling around in Chyna's BMW back in November when she blew a stop sign and slammed into an SUV and injured 2 people inside. The lawsuit claims Chyna should've known Paige was a bad driver and should never have let her take the wheel.

Paige was charged with felony hit-and-run.

The people in the SUV want medical expenses, lost wages and other damages.

We've reached out to Chyna ... so far, no word back.

Kendall Jenner isn't taking any chances after a guy made it inside the gates of her new Hollywood Hills home ... she's hired round-the-clock guards.

We're told security will patrol her yard and sit outside the home so the uninvited hold their distance. BTW, she already had a security system and bodyguards, but apparently she needs extra muscle.

As we previously reported, Shavaughn McKenzie was arrested and charged with stalking and trespassing after he followed Kendall up her driveway. Kendall got a restraining order against him.

We're told she was so shaken up she doesn't feel safe at her pad any more, which she purchased in June. The plan is to have guards for the foreseeable future.
