Kim Kardashian is unbothered by a man’s claim that he will be financially ruined if forced to pay her a six-figure sum in court, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kim scoffed at Ivan Cantu’s plea that he not be on the hook for $128K in legal fees she requested after his lawsuit was tossed out.

Ivan sued Kim for emotional distress after she posted his photo and mistook him for a death row inmate.

Kim quickly deleted the photo after realizing she had posted a photo of Ivan, who has the same name as the alleged murderer that Kim was advocating for not to be executed. She denied she did anything wrong. A judge sided with Kim and dismissed all claims.

Khloé Kardashian is setting the record straight on Lamar Odom’s new Netflix documentary ... and she says her bank account never saw a dime.

The reality star got candid on her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast, addressing the buzz around “Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom” and her involvement in it ... making it clear she didn’t profit at all from revisiting one of the most painful chapters of her life.

“I'm not paid a cent,” Khloé said. “I have no involvement in this documentary besides sitting down and giving an interview.“

The man who lost his lawsuit against Kim Kardashian -- after he said her misidentification caused him emotional distress -- is begging a judge not to force him to pay the billionaire’s legal bills ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Ivan Cantu -- who was shut down in his battle with Kim over an Instagram post she made -- is fighting her request that he pay the legal fees she racked up fighting him in court.

Ivan sued Kim after she made a post on social media about a man with the same name who was convicted of murder and was sitting on death row. Kardashian was pushing for the man's execution to be put on pause.

Lamar Odom says he's not against talking with his ex-wife Khloé Kardashian again, despite the claim she made in a recent documentary ... but, he won't fabricate a reason to do it.

The former NBAer arrived at LAX on Thursday ... where he was asked if he'd engage with Khloé again after she said his dad wanted to pull the plug on him after his massive overdose.

Lamar says he hasn't talked to her ... but, he would if it happens "organically." Basically, he's not going out of his way to make it happen.

Caitlyn Jenner has filed a hefty creditor's claim against the estate of her late friend and former manager, Sophia Hutchins -- alleging she's owed nearly half a million dollars.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jenner claims Hutchins racked up $439,095.88 in unpaid expenses before her death, including credit card charges, cash advances, shopping, and her portion of some shared legal fees.

The docs detail where the money allegedly went, including spending at companies like Shopify, eBay, 1stdibs, and other online retailers.

Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, were shut down in their fight to keep information about their secret 2023 settlement with Ray J from the public, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Kim and Kris’ request to seal certain documents, including the 2023 deal. 

The judge ruled Kris and Kim failed to present enough evidence that the deal being made public would cause them harm.

In the new Netflix documentary, "Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom," Khloe digs into how she put her whole life on hold to rehabilitate Lamar after he was found unconscious at the Love Ranch -- a brothel in Crystal, Nevada -- on October 13, 2015.

At the time, Khloe put their divorce proceedings on hold and rented a home for Lamar near hers in Calabasas, California. But one day, she caught Lamar smoking crack in that house and absolutely lost it.
