We all saw it coming -- Octomom has filed for bankruptcy ... TMZ has learned.

Nadya Suleman filed for Chapter 7 today in federal court -- a month after going on welfare -- meaning she's hopelessly buried in a mountain of debt.

Chapter 7 is the most serious form of bankruptcy -- it's basically when you go belly up -- something Octo is well-familiar with.

"Basketball Wives" star Nia Crooks has been charged with misdemeanor battery for pimp slappin' the taste out of Jennifer Williams' mouth back in January ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Broward County State's Attorney's Office tells us ... officials decided to file the charge on April 10 ... after Williams filed a criminal complaint.

If convicted, Nia faces up to a year in the slammer.

During the incident, which aired on last week's episode of "Basketball Wives" -- Nia can be heard threatening to slap Jennifer ... to which Jennifer replied, "I wish you would." Her wish was granted.

4:39 PM PST -- Nia's lawyer Marc David Seitles tells TMZ ... "We will vigorously defend Nia against these charges. The women on the show executed contracts expressly accepting the risk that a physical altercation could occur."

The lawyer adds, "Given that Jennifer herself has previously instigated fights on the show, to cry foul now is absurd and a desperate attempt for publicity and money. We will fight until Nia is vindicated."

Lindsay Lohan returned to the scene of the (alleged) crime!!! We've learned she showed up at The Standard Hotel on the Sunset Strip Wednesday night ... went to Smoke and Mirrors, the same nightclub where she allegedly pushed a woman 2 weeks ago, and got into it with ANOTHER woman ... and it ended with LiLo on the receiving end of a flying drink.

Here's how it went down. Lindsay's friend drove her car to the hotel -- LiLo was in the passenger seat. The driver pulled into the parking garage and hit another car. Witnesses say Lindsay then called her dad, Michael, for help, and he dutifully showed up.

So what did Michael do? He took Lindsay inside the club and the two hung out for hours ... we're told without any alcohol.

Around closing time, a woman in the booth next to theirs made a snide comment about Lindsay showing up with her dad. Lindsay then got up and screamed at the woman, "Shut the f**k up." We're told that's when the drink drenched the actress.

Supermodel Bar Refaeli claims she feels violated after a screening by a female airport security worker in London this morning ... saying the incident "left no doubt about her sexual preferences."

Bar -- who didn't specify which airport she was at -- just vented about the incident on Twitter ... saying, "I got a security 'patdown' by a woman at the airport that made me feel very uncomfortable and left no doubt about her sexual preferences."

It's not the first time a hot-bodied celebrity has accused airport security of crossing the line during a screening ... just last year, Cheryl Burke claimed a TSA agent got extremely hands-on around her crotch.

Jim Belushi just learned a valuable lesson -- don't fly into Martha's Vineyard with a fat ass joint in your pocket ... unless you wanna lose it.

Sources tell TMZ, Jim was at the uppity Martha's Vineyard airport on Friday -- when TSA agents discovered a marijuana cigarette on the actor's person.

We're told Jim tried to justify his pot by brandishing his California medical marijuana card -- but he quickly learned ... medical marijuana cards don't mean jack in Massachusetts.

We're told the West Tisbury Police were notified ... but since the amount was so small -- and marijuana possession has been decriminalized in Massachusetts -- cops just confiscated the drug and let Jim off with a warning.

Total buzz kill. Calls to Jim's camp were not returned.

Stick a fork in Lamar Odom ... 'cause he's officially DONE in Dallas.

Odom released a statement explaining he will "step away from the team" ... effective immediately.

He added, "I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship."

According to ESPN, Odom will leave the team ASAP ... but he will not be cut.

Instead, Odom will be listed as "inactive" for the rest of the season ... which means he could still be traded after the season.

Odom has been downright atrocious this season -- he's put up career low numbers and just hasn't appeared motivated on the court.

Sucks even worse for his wife Khloe Kardashian ... because the couple had just leased a condo in Dallas and had planned to begin shooting footage for the family reality show.

Lindsay Lohan has been off formal probation for less than two weeks and she's already being accused of getting into an altercation with a woman in a nightclub earlier this week ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, a woman filed an incident report ALLEGING BATTERY with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department last night. We're told the woman claims Lindsay got into it with her at a nightclub on Thursday night. She claims Lindsay did not like the fact she was talking to a male friend of LiLo's ... and began pushing and shoving her.

Law enforcement sources say they will investigate the woman's claims -- like they would any other incident like this -- to determine their validity.

Britney Spears is about to have a brand new conservator ... her fiance Jason Trawick ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... Brit's conservators will be filing a petition later today to add Jason as a co-conservator ... a move that makes total sense considering the two are all set to be married some time in the near future.

Justin Bieber has haggled his way to Calabasas by purchasing a 9,000 square foot mansion.

TMZ has learned ... after negotiating back and forth with the seller -- who wanted $7.5 mil -- Justin inked the deal for a little more than $6 mil. He'll get the keys by the end of June.

The Mayor of Calabasas, Mary Sue Maurer, couldn't be more thrilled, telling TMZ ... “Justin is welcomed to Calabasas and his privacy will be respected just like everyone else's." Thing is ... Justin's privacy problems are not at all like everyone else's.

One of the big attractions for the Biebs -- the property is nestled in a gated community that has not just one but two security gates.

The weird thing -- Calabasas is a suburb outside of L.A. -- 22 miles from the heart of Hollywood. You would think an 18-year-old gazillionaire would like the action, but he seems to get plenty of that anyway.

Say what you will about 21-year-old Levi Johnston, but his sperm is world class -- he's gotten another girl pregnant out of wedlock.

Sources tell TMZ ... the lucky woman is Sunny Oglesby, a 20-year-old school teacher from Wasilla, Alaska. Levi has been dating her for just over a year. We're told she's in the very early stages of pregnancy -- less than 3 months.

Sunny isn't showing, which may be why Levi hasn't told someone else his secret -- and that would be Bristol Palin, his other baby mama.

Levi is telling friends Sarah Palin and Todd have completely alienated him from his son Tripp, and he barely sees him as a result. Levi says Sarah and Todd have lied to him, telling him Bristol and Tripp were out of town when they were not.

"Community" star Chevy Chase BLASTED the show's creator on a SCATHING voice mail for the guy ... telling Dan Harmon he's a "g*dd*mn a-hole" who sucks at writing.

The voice mail is FEROCIOUS ... and according to reports, it's the boiling point in a raging feud that's been going on behind the scenes of the show for months.

During the voice mail, Chase calls Harmon a "g*dd*mn bad writer ... s**t ... stink-o" ... and adds, "Your writing is getting worse and worse."

He also calls Harmon a "fat f**k" who will probably die soon because he eats like crap.

Chase also makes reference to an incident that went down at the show's wrap party, when Harmon allegedly led the crowd in a "F**k You Chevy" chant ... in front of the actor's wife and daughter.

Sources tell TMZ, the rant was extremely awkward for everyone present -- some people joined in, but most people just watched uncomfortably. And Chevy stormed out.

The chant was reportedly in response to Chase walking off the set on one of the final days of shooting.

Octomom is doing what she swore she would never do -- go on welfare ... TMZ has learned.

The mother of 14 is getting $2,000 a month from the State of California. The money is deposited directly into a special debit card account (see above). The card can ONLY be used for food -- and it's closely monitored by the State to make sure the cardholder isn't making illegal purchases -- i.e., buying a bike at Costco.

It's a cruel twist, for a woman who vowed in 2010 -- a year after giving birth to octuplets -- she would NEVER go on welfare, saying she refused to become "a self-fulfilling prophecy" by accepting government assistance.

Octo qualified for the card because her income is less than $119,000 a year ... and a family of 15 that makes less than that amount is entitled to welfare benefits.

In case you're wondering, the $119,000 figure is based on an average of just under $8,000 for each member of the household. The more kids, the more you can make and still receive welfare.

We’re told the cash-strapped mom has taken her children out of private school, except for her one son who has autism, saving her $4,000 a month. And as we first reported, she's even posing topless to make ends meet. But it just wasn't enough.

Lindsay Lohan is a semi-free woman, after Judge Stephanie Sautner just declared, "She did it!" -- she successfully completed her probation requirements.

The judge took Lindsay off probation altogether in what her honor called "the endless" 2007 DUI case. If Lindsay had not completed the terms of her probation, Judge Sautner could have sentenced her to 270 days in the pokey. When the judge terminated probation, Lindsay cracked a big smile and breathed a huge sigh of relief.

As for the necklace heist case, Judge Sautner said Lindsay completed community service at the morgue, therapy and the shoplifter's course -- so her formal probation is now informal probation, and all Lindsay has to do is OBEY ALL LAWS for the next 2 1/2 years. Sautner said, "I know it's kinda hard when people are following you all over the place ... but that's the life you chose."

Judge Sautner gave Lindsay some good advice, "Stop nightclubbing and focus on your work."

In the end, Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, thanked the Judge. Lindsay said to the judge, "What you've done has really opened a lot of doors for me."

Then Lindsay and Shawn hugged. Happy endings.

The court has released Lindsay's probation report ... and as we told you, it reflects pretty positively on Lindsay ... though it does make mention of her alleged hit-and-run incident earlier this month.

Octomom is so desperate for money, she did what she swore she would never do -- pose nude for cash.

Nadya Suleman is days away from being homeless ... the house she owns that has been in and out of foreclosure for more than a year will be sold at an auction Thursday ... so Octo needs a new crib for her brood ... stat.

The dilemma -- getting first and last month's rent together, so Octo has gone naked. She posed for the European magazine, "Closer."

Sources tell TMZ ... Octo got $10,000 for the shoot, which is what she needs to rent a new place.

Octo is being very up front now about some misgivings about having 14 kids, saying, "I'm doing that (posing nude) because I need to feed my kids. I need to pay the bills. And I'm still very cognizant of the repercussions of my choices."

It's not the first time Octo has been offered cash for skin ... porn giant Vivid Entertainment offered Suleman a $1,000,000 contract back in 2009 ... which she rejected.

Madonna is under attack by one of the most famous DJs in the world ... who's PISSED at the Material Girl for glamorizing the use of ecstasy during a recent concert.

DJ Deadmau5 was clearly watching when Madge took the stage at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami this weekend and shouted to the crowd, "How many people in this crowd have seen molly?" (check out video below at :45 mark)

FYI -- "Molly" is a slang term for MDMA, one of the key ingredients in ecstasy ... a drug that's hugely popular with people in the electronic dance music community.

While the crowd CHEERED at Madge's comment ... Deadmau5 went to his Facebook page and ripped the singer a new one.

"Very classy there madonna. 'HUR DUR HAS ANYONE SEEN MOLLY???' such a great message for the young music lovers at ultra."

He added, "Quite the f'n philanthropist. but hey, at least yer HIP AND TRENDY! f*cking cant smack my head hard enough right now."

Kim Kardashian has decided she will press charges against the woman who threw flour on her at an event Thursday night ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ she does not feel the woman who threw the flour at her should get away with it and that she should be held accountable for her actions. According to our sources, Kim didn't press charges that night because she didn't want to take herself away from the event, which was for charity.

We're told Kim will contact law enforcement in the next few days to tell them she wants to press charges. According to our sources, Kim wants to send the message that people are entitled to their opinion, but should not resort to violence.
