El hombre que presuntamente secuestró a Charlotte Sena, de 9 años, no tiene muchos defensores en su esquina. Incluso su propia carne y sangre dijo que el hombre debe morir.

El hijo adulto de Craig Ross Jr. (Joshua) estaba en la casa de Ross al norte del estado de Nueva York en Porter Corners el lunes, el mismo lugar que los investigadores visitaron. El chico habló en cámara sobre cómo se siente acerca de todo el caso.

Sorprendentemente, Joshua reniega completamente de su padre, diciendo que él y su hermana no quieren tener nada que ver con el tipo y no podría importarle menos si cayera muerto mañana.

En el clip, se ve a un niño corriendo hacia un vehículo estacionado, agarrar un arma de fuego desde el asiento del pasajero y luego dispararle a otro niño que estaba de espaldas.

Segundos más tarde, se puede ver a una mujer que intenta agarrar el arma de fuego de las manos del niño y que luego le llama la atención en el estacionamiento.

Según la policía, el incidente ocurrió alrededor de las 20:20 en el campo de fútbol del Northwest Recreation Complex en Apopka. Craig Ross Jr.'s adult son, Joshua, was at Ross' upstate NY home in Porter Corners Monday -- the same place investigators visited -- and actually talked on camera about how he feels about the entire case.

Shockingly, Joshua completely disavows his father, saying he and his sister want nothing to do with the guy -- and couldn't care less if he dropped dead tomorrow.

Joshua has, even more, to say beyond that ... watch the clip for yourself, it's pretty brutal.

One thing that's clear from his sentiments -- the relationship between Ross Jr. and his kids is strained, and they're distancing themselves from him by a mile and a half ... especially in light of what he's been accused of carrying out.

Remember, cops took Ross Jr. into custody overnight and charged him with first-degree kidnapping -- among other crimes -- in connection to Charlotte's days-long disappearance.

Charlotte vanished into thin air during a camping trip with her family -- this after she was last seen on a bike ride in Moreau Lake State Park. A massive search got underway when she never returned for dinner ... and fortunately, she was found safe and sound on Monday.

As it turns out ... cops say Ross Jr.'s own ransom note led to his capture -- with DNA leaving a direct trail to his location -- and the police ended up finding the girl in a kitchen cabinet within his remote camper in Milton, NY.

Cops say surveillance video shows the moment an 11-year-old youth football player shot two of his teammates during an altercation at a practice in Florida on Monday ... and the footage is shocking.

In the clip, you can see a boy race to a vehicle in a parking lot, grab a gun from the passenger-side seat, and then fire on another boy who had his back turned.

Seconds later, you can see a woman grab the firearm from the kid's grasp ... before appearing to chastise him in the parking lot.

According to cops, the incident happened at around 8:20 PM at the Northwest Recreation Complex football field in Apopka ... after the 11-year-old and two other 13-year-old youth football players had gotten into an argument. They say when the child fired off the single round, it hit the others -- catching one in the upper body while clipping another in the arm.

Both boys are expected to recover from their injuries ... a surprising revelation, considering how frantic a woman was in a 911 call placed just seconds after the shot went off.

In the audio, you can hear a woman claiming to be the mother of one of the boys asking for medical help repeatedly after she says her son was shot in the back.

Cops say when officers got to the scene, they arrested the 11-year-old. They added that he's since been charged with one count of second-degree attempted murder.

"Nobody wants to arrest an 11-year-old, by any means," Apopka police chief Mike McKinley said of the matter during a press conference on Tuesday, "but based on our investigation we feel those charges are warranted."

Tupac Shakur's former artist and Outlawz rapper Napoleon agrees with the narrative Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis is only behind bars, and charged with Pac's murder, because he wouldn't stop running his mouth.

On Tuesday, Napoleon spoke to The Art Of Dialogue -- one of the platforms, coincidentally, where Keefe blabbed about his role in the Tupac case -- and he has little sympathy for Keefe's situation.

Napoleon says he never mustered enough interest to watch a full Keefe interview, but thinks clout-chasing got the best of the man, as he was openly bragging about riding in the car involved in Tupac's murder.

Keefe turned 60 in June, and Napoleon says not only is he too old to be cyber-banging, but reliving the events around Tupac's murder nearly 30 years after the fact is also a bum move.

Despite Keefe's self-incrimination, Napoleon says if Tupac had survived the shooting, he wouldn't want Keefe to rot in prison -- a sentiment echoed by Suge Knight, who was driving the BMW when he and Pac were shot.

Suge called TMZ from prison this week, and triple-downed on his refusal to rat out Keefe in any instance, in addition to denying Keefe's relative, the late Orlando Anderson, pulled the trigger.

Orlando was Keefe's nephew, and has long been believed to be the shooter, but he was killed in a 1998 shooting. Suge and Keefe are the last men standing among the 6 people involved in the 1996 shooting.

Tupac's own father is also discrediting Orlando as the shooter with a dash of conspiracy theory ... he's claiming the gov't killed his son and Keefe's just a pawn.

Tupac Shakur looked like a man on a mission after he got into a fight with the person suspected to have shot and killed him -- this according to new surveillance footage.

KLAS 8 News in Las Vegas obtained the 27-year-old security video recorded inside the MGM Grand shortly after Pac, Suge Knight and a bunch of other Death Row associates jumped Orlando Anderson in a casino lobby.

It mirrors the famous security footage that's already out there, showing Tupac and co. charging toward Anderson after catching wind of him being in the building.

The new footage, though, shows Tupac still looking pretty heated as he leads a massive group of people as they head for an exit of the MGM Grand. It's also very clear that casino security was tracking their every move, because the security cam zooms in on Tupac a few times.

KLAS also got new photos taken later that night -- after the shooting -- showing the famous BMW he and Suge were riding in riddled with bullets. The new frames show the interior and more close-up shots of the exterior, which display the full extent of the damage.

You can see the passenger seat where Tupac was seated when a white Cadillac pulled up alongside of them on the strip -- after the MGM brawl -- and the aftermath looks brutal.

As we reported ... Duane "Keefe D" Davis was arrested last week and charged with murder. He's often said, publicly, he wasn't the actual triggerman ... but instead handed the gun to others in the car.

Clark County officials have explained even someone who aids and abets in a murder -- as they're alleging Keefe D did here -- can be charged with the murder itself. There's also no statute of limitation in Nevada for murder.

There is only one other living witness who could possibly speak on this case ... and that would be Suge himself -- who told us just yesterday that he ain't saying s*** about it.

In other words, this prosecution and the one defendant will have to do in terms of answers ... even all these decades later.

Ex-NFL player Sergio Brown was spotted in Tulum on Sunday ... dancing and partying his face off -- this despite an ongoing police investigation into the death of his mother.

Brown -- wearing red Nike swim trunks -- didn't seem to have a care in the world as he swayed shirtless with patrons on the dance floor at a popular club in the Mexican city.

One witness tells TMZ Sports ... the former Indianapolis Colts defensive back was at the venue for several hours -- chatting it up with people and buying alcohol for others, before bolting.

The scene is eyebrow-raising, to say the least ... considering cops in Maywood, Ill. have been searching for Brown after his mom, 73-year-old Myrtle Brown, was found dead near a creek on Sept. 16. Both she and Sergio were reported missing just hours prior.

Officials later ruled Myrtle's death a homicide ... saying she sustained injuries in an assault. Cops have not released information regarding potential suspects.

There had been speculation that the 35-year-old had left Illinois and traveled to Mexico ... after an Instagram account apparently belonging to the ex-football player posted a video of him in the country rambling about "fake news."

It's unclear where the investigation into Myrtle's death now stands ... we reached out to the Maywood Police Dept. multiple times on Monday but have yet to hear back.

Charlotte Sena, the 9-year-old girl whose disappearance sparked fears of an abduction, has been found safe after going missing ... and cops have a suspect in custody.

New York State Police announced Monday that Charlotte was "located and in good health" after vanishing Saturday during a camping trip with her family in upstate New York.

Charlotte disappeared after going on a bike ride in Moreau Lake State Park, hitting the bike trails with her close friends before dinner and never returning. Her mother feared she had been abducted after her bike was found on one of the park's loops.

Law enforcement launched a search of the park ... with state, federal and local agencies working together. The extensive search enlisted police dogs, boats, underwater teams and drones to try and find Charlotte, with 400 people scouring the area.

An AMBER Alert went out Sunday night and by Monday afternoon, State Police said investigators no longer believed Charlotte was still in the park.

It's unclear when and where Charlotte was found ... and officials have not released the name of the suspect, or what charges they could face.

Tupac Shakur murder suspect Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis only has himself to blame for cops re-opening the nearly 3 decades-old investigation -- he knew he was close to self-incrimination during at least one interview.

Keefe spoke openly, several times, with platforms VladTV and The Art of Dialogue leading up to Las Vegas Police raiding his home in July, and arresting him last week. 'Dialogue' reminded folks of that Monday by reposting one of its clips where Keefe was sweating bullets.

In the interview, conducted a couple months ago, he admits riding in the car that contained Tupac's shooter, but wouldn't elaborate whether it was his nephew Orlando Anderson or another man, "Big Dre," who pulled the trigger.

In the tense conversation, Keefe says he wasn't trying to go back to jail for speaking his peace ... which is exactly what happened anyway.

Vegas PD swooped in on Keefe on September 29 and charged him with murder, 27 years after Pac was gunned down on the strip.

Tupac's brother Mopreme Shakur tells TMZ the entire series of events has been a traumatic experience for him and the family, and he says various changeups in LVPD staffing haven't helped matters.

Keefe's dozens of hours speaking with VladTV were also of interest to police, but the veteran DJ says he's no snitch.

As we reported ... Keefe D was arrested Friday by Las Vegas Metropolitan police after a grand jury indicted him on one count of murder with use of a deadly weapon, with a gang enhancement.

Mopreme tells us ... one arrest doesn't mean there's now justice for Tupac ... while he says it's good someone is finally being held accountable for Pac's murder, he's waiting to see if there are other arrests, including potential accomplices.

Tupac's brother wants more information on the motive behind the infamous 1996 murder, although cops made it clear ... the motive was revenge after Tupac and his team beat up Keefe D's nephew after the Mike Tyson fight.

Mopreme says LVPD only recently got in contact with Pac's family about the murder investigation, but the detective who first reached out has since retired ... something Mopreme says has been problematic in Pac's case.

Keefe D's arrest did come as a surprise to the Shakurs ... Mopreme says cops didn't give them any inkling a bust was imminent.

Still, it's a big development for Mopreme ... earlier this month he cast doubt on the police investigation after cops executed a search warrant in connection to his brother's murder.

Meanwhile, Tupac's sister, Sekyiwa "Set," told TMZ in a statement ... "This is no doubt a pivotal moment. The silence of the past 27 years surrounding this case has spoken loudly in our community."

She added ... "It’s important to me that the world, the country, the justice system, and our people acknowledge the gravity of the passing of this man, my brother, my mother’s son, my father’s son. His life and death matters, and should not go unsolved or unrecognized, so yes, today is a victory but I will reserve judgment until all the facts and legal proceedings are complete."

1:50 PM PT -- Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis' mug shot has been released.

1:02 PM PT -- Law enforcement officials just held a press conference, revealing Davis gave them reason to get back on the case in 2018 when he started doing interviews and eventually wrote a book detailing his involvement in the murder.

Officials say once they executed the search warrant, they were able to present their new evidence to a grad jury who made the decision to indict Davis with one count of open murder with use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement.

Tupac Shakur was murdered 27 years ago, and there's finally been a major update in the case -- cops have made an arrest in connection to the killing.

Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis was arrested early Friday morning by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on unknown charges related to Tupac's murder ... according to the AP, who says they spoke with two officials with first-hand knowledge of the arrest.

Davis certainly isn't a new name when it comes to Tupac's murder, admitting in interviews and his book "Compton Street Legend" that he was in the Cadillac from which the bullets that killed Tupac were fired.

Keefe D is a former Crip, and claims to be the uncle of the late Orlando Anderson ... who's been suspected, at least on the streets, to have been the shooter.

Orlando is also the man who got into the fight with Tupac and his crew inside the MGM Grand right after a Mike Tyson fight ... and shortly before the fatal shooting went down just off the Vegas strip.

It was back in July when cops descended on a Las Vegas home owned by Keefe D's wife, Paula Clemons, executing a search warrant in connection to the murder investigation.

During the search, cops took a computer hard drive, cell phones, a copy of Vibe magazine that featured Tupac and tubs containing old photographs.

They also took several .40 caliber bullets.

Keefe D es un antiguo Crip (pandilla callejera de L.A.), y afirma ser tío del fallecido Orlando Anderson, de quien se sospecha, al menos en las calles, que fue el tirador.

Orlando es también el hombre que se metió en la pelea con Tupac y su equipo en el interior del MGM Grand justo después de una pelea de Mike Tyson y poco antes de que el tiroteo fatal ocurriera justo al lado del bulevar de Las Vegas.

Fue en julio cuando los policías se dirigieron hasta una casa de Las Vegas, propiedad de la esposa de Keefe D, Paula Clemons, para ejecutar una orden de registro relacionada con la investigación del asesinato.

Durante el registro, los policías tomaron un disco duro del computador, teléfonos móviles, una copia de la revista Vibe que tenía a Tupac y bañeras con fotografías antiguas.

También se llevaron varias balas del calibre 40.
