Floyd Mayweather I'm Not Gonna Fight UFC ... But Ya Never Know

Published | Updated

Here's Floyd Mayweather shooting down a potential UFC fight ... while at the same time leaving the door open.

Yeah, we know ... it's confusing -- but the takeaway is that Floyd wants everyone to know he has NOT signed a deal with Dana White.

After White told ESPN he's "talking to Floyd" about a potential MMA deal -- Floyd spoke with FightHype and said, "I'm not doing it."

But in the same breath ... he also bragged about how much money he could make with the UFC and added, "We just don't know what the future holds for Floyd Mayweather."

Remember, Floyd RETIRED before the Conor McGregor boxing match and swore he was done fighting forever ... only to go back on his word to take the fight.

So, really, anything's possible here ... don't rule it out.

Tyron Woodley To Floyd Mayweather: I'll Train You for UFC Fight!

Published | Updated

If Floyd Mayweather is serious about taking a UFC fight, he's already got a WORLD CHAMP offering to train him -- Tyron Woodley!

"Let me know when you need me to slide through -- we'll get you trained, get you ready," Tyron said on "The Hollywood Beatdown."

Tyron and Floyd are friends -- and during the show (full ep drops Friday on the TMZ Sports YouTube channel) Woodley says he REALLY hopes Mayweather's first UFC opponent is Conor McGregor.

"Conor is the only option for him," Woodley says ... noting McGregor is "really a stand-up fighter" and doesn't pose as big of a threat as other UFC stars who specialize in wrestling or jiu-jitsu.

Tyron says he's excited for his pal -- and wants to walk him into the Octagon once the ink is dry on the contract!

Make sure to catch Tyron EVERY WEEK on "The Hollywood Beatdown."

Published | Updated

The UFC is talking to Floyd Mayweather about a REAL fight in the octagon ... with Dana White saying it's a "realistic possibility."

"We're talking to Floyd about doing a UFC deal," White told ESPN.

"It's real. He was talking about [boxing] Conor McGregor. Was that real? Have you heard Floyd talk about many things that aren't real? He usually tips his hand when he's in the media and then that sh*t ends up happening."

White added, "We're interested in doing something with Floyd. Everything is a realistic possibility. Mayweather vs. McGregor f*cking happened. Anything is possible."

GOING OUT ON A LIMB

Khabib Nurmagomedov says he's going "The Walking Dead" route to make weight at UFC 219 -- telling TMZ Sports he'll hack off his own leg to hit 155 pounds in 10 days.

Don't worry -- he's kidding ... we think.

"I’m gonna cut my leg ... right or left, I don’t know," Khabib told us out in Century City.

On the real, Nurmagomedov says he's sick of everyone hating on his diet ... after a weight-cutting issue forced him outta his fight with Tony Ferguson back in March.

Speaking of Tony ... Khabib says he could whoop both Ferguson and Conor McGregor IN THE SAME NIGHT ... and he seemed dead serious about that, too.

This dude is scary. Also hilarious.

UFC's Tim Kennedy Spoil 'Star Wars' ... And 'I Will F'ing Gut You'

Published | Updated

"I will f**king gut you! I will make you bleed. Pain. Pain. A lot of pain."

That's Tim Kennedy -- UFC and U.S. Army Special Forces vet -- telling all the internet trolls what he's gonna do to them for spoiling "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."

Tim's a HUGE Sci-Fi guy ... but says he still hasn't seen the movie 'cause he's too busy being a badass in the desert.

Kennedy tells TMZ Sports he's pissed 'cause he can't touch social media -- "there's a bunch of a**holes out there trying to ruin it for people like me!"

So, if you spoil the party -- like UFC contender Colby Covington did on Thursday -- Tim says he's literally gonna cut you open and let you bleed out.

Yeah ... the force is strong in this one.

HE PICKED THE WRONG GUY

Here's a painful lesson on why you should NEVER get in a street fight -- courtesy of UFC star "Platinum" Mike Perry.

We asked Platinum -- who fights this weekend at UFC on FOX 26 -- to give us the lowdown on if he's ever had to throw down outside the Octagon ... and the story he hit us with was Oscar-worthy.

It all went down on a New Year's Eve in DT Orlando ... when Mike and his GF, "Platinum Princess" Danielle Nickerson, were out celebrating on the streets.

Perry says a random guy was dumb enough to hit on Danielle when they were clearly together ... and fire on Platinum after he told him to step off!

Mike says he fired back with a left hook from hell ... and you can guess how that turned out.

The whole thing's pretty hilarious. Also, kinda terrifying.

Tyron Woodley To Keaton Jones: Parents Are Trash, Get Away from 'Em!

Published | Updated

UFC champ Tyron Woodley dropped bombs on Keaton Jones' parents in the newest episode of "The Hollywood Beatdown" -- explaining why they're even worse for him than his bullies at school.

Woodley says Keaton's dad needs to "get the hell slapped outta him" for being a white supremacist ... and his mom should take a seat after allegedly trying to parlay Keaton's fame into a cash grab.

"Why do you need money to fight bullying? You need mentors ... you don't need money."

The champ says he's still got Keaton's back -- but advises him to cut out his folks, so he can become a better person.

Tyron also drops a huge career update, breaks down a CRAZY street fight and a whole lot more.

Ronda Rousey No Deal with WWE ... Yet

Published | Updated

Ronda Rousey and the WWE have been circling each other for months ... but sources close to both sides tell TMZ Sports Ronda has NOT put pen to paper -- not yet, at least.

It's no secret that there's serious interest -- Rousey's teased the move and even appeared in a backstage WWE promo ... and company honchos Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have both gone on record saying they'd love to have her.

But, multiple independent sources from all sides of the deal have told us contract talks have NOT gotten off the ground.

As one source bluntly put it, "[Ronda's team] hasn't begun any negotiations with the WWE."

Doesn't mean they won't hit the negotiation table in the future ... but as far as what's cookin' right now -- no deal.

FYI, we're told Rousey is still working out hard (unclear if she's doing specific wrestling training). She's also shooting for her role in Mark Wahlberg's movie, "Mile 22."

Busy lady.

WHAT WOULD RAMPAGE DO?

If Keaton Jones REALLY wants to get bullies off his back, Rampage Jackson says there's only one way he can get the job done.

"I would kick somebody's ass!" Rampage told TMZ Sports. "You fight -- you go down swingin' -- they ain't gonna kill you, most likely."

The MMA star says the world's getting waaay too soft when it comes to bullying ... and throwing hands accomplishes something words never could.

"You get your respect and people won't mess with you no more. Most people are cowards, anyway. Most bullies are cowards."

And if Keaton needs to see how it's done, Rampage is scrappin' with Chael Sonnen at Bellator 192 in January.

Chael Sonnen Why Should Roy Moore Immediately Concede? ... Hillary Didn't!!

Published | Updated

Chael Sonnen is defending Roy Moore's refusal to throw the white flag in the Alabama Senate race ... saying there's no reason to concede if he still thinks there's a chance he can win.

TMZ Sports spoke with the MMA star about Moore continuing to fight his apparent loss to Doug Jones in Tuesday's election ... and Sonnen says it's perfectly fair to keep fighting 'til the very end.

Sonnen compares it to when Hillary Clinton didn't immediately concede to Donald Trump in the presidential race last year ... and sympathizes with both politicians for not wanting to acknowledge defeat.

Chael also gets into some fightin' talk about going up against Rampage Jackson at Bellator 192 ... and explains why he has ZERO confidence leading up to the fight.

UFC's Brendan Schaub Pacquiao Would Whoop McGregor ... Way Worse Than Floyd!

Conor McGregor actually had a shot against Floyd Mayweather ... but he would get straight-up SMASHED by Manny Pacquiao -- so says ex-UFC star Brendan Schaub.

We got Schaub -- an analyst on the MayMac media tour -- to weigh in on McGregor vs. Pacquiao with rumors of the super-fight swirling ... and he told TMZ Sports Conor doesn't have a chance in hell of upsetting Manny.

"I actually think it's a tougher fight for Conor," Brendan said. "Pacquiao's more of a pressure fighter, bigger puncher. Floyd Mayweather was the perfect matchup."

The big question -- will the fight actually get made?

Schaub gave us his 2 cents on that ... and what he'd do if he was in McGregor's shoes.

MAMBA MENTALITY

UFC champ Max Holloway says Kobe Bryant has shown him the killer instinct it takes to be great ... crediting Mamba Mentality for his ass-kicking inside the Octagon.

"When Kobe is in Mamba mode he's an animal," Max told TMZ Sports. "He doesn't care about winning one time ... he'll play you 100 times just to make a point -- you suck, I'm the greatest."

It’s a mindset Max says helped him SMASH Jose Aldo in their rematch last weekend ... and one he plans to continue using to become the next big thing -- like a Kobe, LeBron, Tiger or Serena.

“These guys that I named -- they outgrow their sports."

Kobe’s actually a HUGE fan of one of Max’s biggest rivals -- but we got a feeling the Mamba can get down with the "Blessed Era,” too.

That said, Arianny says she'd straight-up KO Conor for doing her like that -- fling or no fling.

Rita Ora ... the rumored bar fight ... the Irish courtroom drama -- Tyron says Conor knows exactly what he's doing.

Conor McGregor Shows Rita Ora Love at the Club ... After 'Date Night'

Published | Updated

Conor McGregor fueled Rita Ora dating rumors on Wednesday night ... shouting her out at the club while patting his heart BEFORE showing love to his baby mama, Dee Devlin.

C'mon bro ...

Remember, it was just a few days ago Conor was hanging out with Ora at the British Fashion Awards. She posted pics of the 2 of them together with the caption, "Date night."

Fast-forward to Wednesday night at Cirque le Soir in London ... where The Notorious was out with his bros, letting loose on the dance floor to The Notorious B.I.G.

Conor hopped on the mic and said, "What's up, Rita Ora!" ... and then put his hand over his heart.

Moments later, he shouted out Dee ... but no heart gesture that time.

McGregor's probably just trolling (since that's what he does) -- but he and Rita did look awful cozy Monday night ...
