'Party Down South' Star I Have A Right To Bear Arms … And My Baby
Former "Party Down South" star Taylor "Lil Bit" Wright is hollerin' like a stuck pig about all the haters who think she's crazy for keeping a gun near her newborn.
Backlash erupted after Wright posted a pic of her BF and baby daddy tending to their month-old baby ... with a semi-automatic handgun sitting on the nightstand next to them.
Lil Bit thinks the only real danger is having the gun locked away. She reminded us about her 2nd Amendment rights, and added, "By God I will unload on somebody if they break in and try to hurt me or my family."
Wright promises she keeps her firearm in "safety mode" ... so in her mind, it's all good. However, North Carolina law says it's a misdemeanor to leave a gun any place an unsupervised minor could reach it. It's debatable whether that applies to a one-month-old.
Lil Bit promises she'll hide the gun once the kid gets older ... but for now, she's not worried about him messin' with it.
Lil Wayne Cops Arrest Suspect In Tour Bus Shooting
The guy accused of shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus is finally in police custody.
Jimmy Carlton Winfrey surrendered early Tuesday morning in Cobb County, Georgia. He faces charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.
A judge issued an arrest warrant for Winfrey, but it took a month before he turned himself in. According to his booking report, he had a gunshot scar on his wrist.
Wayne's bus was shot up in April after a club gig in Atlanta. Police believe Winfrey -- who has ties to Wayne's rival, Young Thug -- opened fire to gain favor with the Bloods.

Diamond was convicted of 2 misdemeanors but acquitted of the far more serious felonies.
As TMZ reported, Diamond, who was with his girlfriend, stabbed a man in the Wisconsin bar last XMAS, but he claimed self defense. Diamond testified, "I felt like we were being set up for antagonistic purposes." The actor who famously played Screech claimed he was merely waiving a pocket knife around to fend off aggressors, never intending to stab anyone.
The guy he stabbed didn't even know he was cut until after he left the bar.
Diamond was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct. Worst case scenario is a 9 month jail sentence.

Mark Curry Hey, Delta ... All Black People Don't Carry Guns!
2:40 PM PT -- Delta says it's taking Curry's "claims of discrimination very seriously." A rep for the airline adds they are in touch with Curry and investigating the incident.
Mr. Cooper strolled into Dallas/Fort Worth Airport with a loaded weapon! At least that's what a Delta first class agent thought ... according to Mark Curry.
The former star of "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" was pissed off when he landed at LAX ... and told us about the "loaded" question. We all know it's a standard security question to be asked if you have any weapons or ammo -- but Mark is talking about a different situation.
Mark says the agent, who was black, asked him to his face if he was carrying a loaded weapon ON HIM. He adds the agent told him ... she thought she'd overheard Curry say he had a gun.
Watch the clip ... he's seriously freaked out, and angry about the incident, and has a warning to Delta about its black passengers.
We've reached out to the airline for comment -- no word back yet.

The Game Dating Show Crew Strikes Our Lives are in Danger!!!
The Game had his dating show derailed a few days ago when his TV crew went on strike after the rapper pulled a loaded gun when cameras were rolling ... sources tell TMZ.
Game is doing a show called "She's Got Game," in which he searches for true love. That search took him to New Orleans earlier this month, where they filmed in a nightclub. It was a memorable evening, because that's when Game took the mic and threatened Young Thug.
Sources connected with the production tell us Game then grabbed a loaded gun from his bodyguard's holster and waved it in the air. The crew freaked out.
The final straw was a day later when Thug shot back with a video calling out Game, with a guy in the background holding a semi-automatic weapon.
We're told the crew told producers they would not continue shooting the show because they felt their lives were in danger.
Our sources say show honchos capitulated, and agreed they would not film the rest of the show in nightclubs. The following shoot in Atlanta, we're told, was then cancelled.
We reached out to Game and the production company. So far no word back.

George Zimmerman Cops: Shooter Said ... 'I Hope I Got Him This Time'
The guy who shot at George Zimmerman during a road rage incident this week ... allegedly taunted Zimmerman moments before opening fire, yelling ... "You remember me, you fat motherf****r?"
Matthew Apperson was arrested by Lake Mary PD on Friday and charged with 3 crimes --aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery, and firing a deadly missile.
According to police a detective on the crime scene overheard Apperson say, "I hope I got him this time." As we've reported, Apperson and Zimmerman had another road rage incident last year -- and cops say it appears Apperson is now obsessed with Zimmerman.
Zimmerman told police Apperson pulled up behind him and started yelling the "fat" comment, and also ... "You owe me your life. The only reason I didn't press charges on you is because I wanted to kill you myself."
Moments later Apperson pulled up next to Zimmerman's truck and fired one shot into his vehicle.
Apperson tells a slightly different story ... claiming Zimmerman pulled out a gun and said, "I'm going to kill you" -- prompting Apperson to shoot. Apperson's maintained he fired in self defense.

Suge Knight I Got My Mind Made Up Don't Remove My Tupac Bullet!
Suge Knight has given doctors a piece of his mind ... refusing to have a bullet fragment removed that’s been lodged in his head for the past 19 years ... a bullet intended for Tupac Shakur.
Rewind to 1996 … Knight infamously drove the car carrying Tupac the night of the rap legend’s drive-by murder off the Las Vegas strip.
One of the bullets missed Tupac but grazed Suge's head; a fragment lodged in his skull, and was never removed.
Here's the problem. Suge's in bad shape as he lingers in a jail cell, and doctors want to perform an MRI so they can figure out why he keeps passing out. But the bullet fragment causes interference with the machine, so doctors want to remove it.
Suge’s attorney, Matthew Fletcher, tells us Knight thinks he'll die if doctors start screwing with his head and try to remove the fragment, especially given his fragile state.
Aside from medical concerns, you gotta admit ... how cool is it to have a Tupac bullet in your head?

George Zimmerman He Threatened Me with a Gun ... Motorist Claims
George Zimmerman flashed a gun at the motorist who fired a shot into Zimmerman's car ... at least that's what the motorist is telling his lawyer.
Matthew Apperson's lawyer, Mark NeJame, tells TMZ, his client did NOT flash his headlights at Zimmerman Monday nor did he chase him down. NeJame says Apperson ended up side-by-side with Zimmerman when the famous former defendant waved a gun.
NeJame says it was pure self-defense, buttressed by the fact that Apperson is the one who initiated the call to 911. He actually had to hunt someone down who had a cellphone because he didn't have one at the time.
Apperson has not been arrested for firing the shot, and NeJame is adamant ... charges are not warranted because Zimmerman has a violent past and provoked the incident.

George Zimmerman Shooting Was Unprovoked He Chased Me Down
George Zimmerman was fleeing for his life when a man opened fire on his truck ... this according to Zimmerman's attorney who's calling BS on the shooter's claim it was self-defense.
Matthew Apperson admits firing one shot at Zimmerman's truck Monday afternoon in Lake Mary, FL -- and Zimmerman's attorney Don West tells TMZ ... George did nothing to set off the attack.
West says Zimmerman was driving down the highway when he noticed a car behind him flashing its headlights ... and when the driver stuck his head out the window to yell something -- Zimmerman recognized it was Apperson.
As we've reported ... Apperson and Zimmerman have a road rage history.
West tells us Zimmerman made the first available u-turn to get away from Apperson -- who also turned to follow him, and then pulled up on the right side of Zimmerman's truck ... and opened fire through the passenger side window.
As for Apperson's claim of this being a self-defense shooting -- West says his client NEVER brandished his weapon ... and cops confirm he never fired it either.
Zimmerman was treated for minor injuries at a hospital and released. Apperson has not been arrested.
The 911 call from the scene is interesting though. It was made by a guy Apperson flagged down, and the caller says ... "He had to shoot at somebody."
Sounds like Apperson was already telling people it was self-defense.
