Jesse Ventura I Can Show Dems the Art of the Deal To Beat Trump in 2020!!!

Published | Updated

Jesse Ventura needs a little more time to decide whether he wants to run for President, but one thing's crystal clear -- his main goal is booting Donald Trump the hell out of office.

We got the WWE Hall of Famer and ex-Minnesota Gov leaving the Federal Courthouse in Orange County, and asked how serious he is about a 2020 presidential run. He insists he's always serious about that.

Jesse says he's gonna spend a couple months is Mexico mulling it over, but he's already concerned running as the Green Party candidate could take votes away from a Democrat and help Trump win.

Don't worry, Dems -- he has an unconventional plan to satisfy both sides and he's ready to make a deal.

As we reported, Jesse was at the courthouse Wednesday to testify on behalf of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, which is facing racketeering and murder charges. He's been a member since the early '70s and, even though he's been inactive for decades ... he vouched for the club, and told us he might go active again soon.

Jesse also doesn't seem to think the biker club affiliation will hurt his presidential chances, and he even gave us a taste of his campaign style ... with a burn about Trump's military background.

GUNNIN' FOR A COMEBACK

Jesse Ventura says he's seriously thinking about running for President of the United States in 2020 -- and says Donald Trump should be scared ... because it would be an ass-kicking!!!

"The [Green Party] has shown some interest," the 67-year-old former Governor of Minnesota told us at LAX ... "I haven't made a decision yet because it's a long time off."

But ... here's where things get good.

"If I do do it, Trump will not have a chance," Ventura says.

"For one, Trump knows wrestling. He participated in two Wrestlemanias. He knows he can never out-talk a wrestler, and he knows I'm the greatest talker wrestling's ever had."

"So, if I go for it he's history, and he knows it!"

That's not all ... Ventura says he's also been keeping his body in great shape and showed us his "6-pack" abs to prove it.

In fact, "The Body" pointed out that Wrestlemania is rumored to be coming to Minneapolis next year -- and says if WWE was smart, they'd call him up to participate.

Bottom line -- Ventura could have a very busy 2019.

Beto O'Rourke I Had Bigger Dreams than Being President ... I Wanted to be the 5th Beatle

Published | Updated

Beto O'Rourke's long and winding road never lead to The White House ... but he did imagine himself as one of the Beatles.

We got the guy everyone's talking about -- including Barack Obama -- as a likely contender for the Democratic nomination for Prez in 2020.

As he traversed the terminal at Reagan National in D.C., our photog asked if he ever had dreams of becoming Commander in Chief, and he was quick to answer.

As for Obama recently hyping Beto -- saying the almost Senator reminded him of himself -- O'Rourke gave his best, "Aww shucks."

Check out his answer when our photog asks him squarely if he'll run. It's open to interpretation.

Corey Lewandowski I Didn't Fight John Kelly But, Here's Who'd Win If We Ever Did

Published | Updated

Corey Lewandowski denies that Chief of Staff John Kelly got physical with him in the White House, but if that were to ever happen ... he suggests he could take the general.

We got President Trump's former campaign manager Sunday in D.C., where we first asked him who he believes is scheming against DT in the WH ... which he teased with a plug for his new book, "Trump's Enemies: How the Deep State is Undermining the Presidency."

Our photog then asks about a reported incident between him and the CoS earlier this year, where Kelly supposedly grabbed Corey by the collar and tried to have him ejected from the West Wing. Corey says it never happened, but admits something like that COULD go down within the White House walls. Apparently, it can be a high-tension workplace ... so they say.

Just for the hell of it, we go all hypothetical with Corey here to see if he thinks he'd be able to handle Kelly if push came to shove. Check out his answer ... it says a lot.

Paul Rodriguez I've Gotten Death Threats ... For Supporting Trump

Published | Updated

Paul Rodriguez says he's received death threats after "coming out of the closet" in support of Donald Trump.

The comedian told us Thursday at the Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip ... he's kinda sad people view political opponents as the enemy.

He says his support for Trump has to do with H20 ... specifically California water rights.

IN DANGEROUS TERRITORY

Rodriguez does say he doesn't agree with everything Trump does ... but on balance he's down with him.

As for Trump, almost incredibly, after being asked Thursday what he was giving thanks to on Thanksgiving ... he essentially thanked himself. BTW ... he's never visited the troops overseas, despite touting how much he's done for the military. Both unbelievable and believable, right?

Kevin Hart I'm Passing ... On Chance To Rip President Trump

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart tells us he wouldn't touch the White House Correspondent's Dinner with a 10-foot pole ... not even if comedians are ever allowed back as hosts.

We got the funny man Wednesday afternoon at L.A. Mission where he was helping serve turkey dinners to those in need ... and asked him straight-up if he'd ever considered hosting the annual black-tie affair.

Check out the clip ... Kevin couldn't be more clear in his disdain for the current state of the dinner.

The banquet, held every April in the spirit of good will between POTUS and his press corps, is on a downswing with Donald Trump in office. He's skipped the event twice after labeling media an enemy of the people.

This year's host is historian/biographer Ron Chernow, and he's pretty much guaranteed to cause less of a stir than comedian Michelle Wolf, who hosted this past April and eviscerated Trump and other prominent members of his administration.

Michelle's jokes caused a ton of controversy and sparked loads of backlash ... and next year's dinner is the first since 2003 to not feature a comic.

Kevin says the current climate surrounding the dinner is tough, and he's more interested in spreading positive vibes somewhere else.

Diane Warren Throw Trump in the Fire ... Over CA Wildfire Remarks

DONALD'S DESPICABLE

Diane Warren has a thought or two about President Trump's comments on the wildfires ravaging much of California -- her most interesting one being ... toss him in the flames.

We got the acclaimed songwriter Tuesday night at Craig's in WeHo, where she went scorched earth on 45 for making, what many considered, blunder after blunder when addressing the state's Camp and Woolsey fires.

Diane says his remark about raking forest grounds to prevent fires was especially outrageous and she went off about it -- suggesting POTUS should take a closer, hotter look. Well, to be blunt, she said, "Can we throw Trump in the fire?"

RAKE NEWS

It's not the first time -- or second -- Diane has torn into 45 ... but this one's definitely the most visceral.

She jokes that she may be on a list of people who've alluded to harming Trump (in jest or not), but doesn't seem too worried.

Ivanka to Tiffany Trump Tag, You're It!!!

Published | Updated

Donald Trump's daughters were the picture of Fall fashion as they set off for their family's Thanksgiving gathering ... and it looks like one of them was in a brand spankin' new pair of shoes.

Tiffany and Ivanka were spotted walking together Tuesday to board Air Force One, before departing from Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland for Florida ... where the Trumps will be spending the holiday at POTUS' Mar-a-Lago resort.

Tiff must have been running a little late judging by the bottom of her shoe ... because she apparently had no time to take off the price sticker.

Hard to tell where her pumps are from or how much they cost, but if they turn out not to be comfortable ... the good news is she should be able to return them.

Within 30 days, of course.

Aloe Blacc I'll Work with Trump on Prison Reform ... IF He's Serious About It

Published | Updated

Aloe Blacc says working with President Trump to reform America's prison system is the best path to success, and it's exactly what Martin Luther King Jr. would do.

Aloe's one of more than 50 celebs lobbying to pass the First Step Act, which will eventually require Trump's signature. We asked the singer if it's tough interacting with POTUS, considering his policies and behavior have polarized much of the nation.

Aloe says that's beside the point in this case ... because it's the right move to achieve change for the better. As he put it, "Imagine the people [Dr. Martin Luther King] had to get into rooms with, knowing what side of the fence they were on."

Blacc's point -- whether or not you see eye-to-eye with Trump, he's the man with the "big megaphone" who can help the cause. First Step, organized by CNN host Van Jones, aims to improve the lives of prisoners and shorten mandatory minimum sentences for nonviolent drug offenses ... among other things.

Prison reform's been in the spotlight this year due, in part, to Kim Kardashian's successful effort to free imprisoned grandmother Alice Marie Johnson.

Other celebs -- like Alyssa Milano, Mark Cuban, Chelsea Handler and Kanye West -- have joined the movement, but Aloe says they need a big assist from Trump, the Senate and citizens like you.

President Trump Calls Fire-Ravaged Paradise, CA 'Pleasure' ... 'What a Name'

Published | Updated

President Trump forgot the name of the California town he was visiting, which had just been burned to ashes by wildfires ... calling it "Pleasure" instead of Paradise.

DT was touring the wildfire wreckage in CA Saturday alongside Governor Jerry Brown and Governor-elect Gavin Newsom -- seeing the damage from the Camp and Woolsey Fires firsthand. At one point, he made the embarrassing blunder ... and seemed to stick by his mistake at first, despite being corrected by a group of people.

He eventually corrects himself after enough people insist Paradise, CA is, in fact, called Paradise ... and not Pleasure. He also flippantly said ... "What a name." Paradise was the first stop of his California tour this weekend. At least 76 people have been killed so far from NorCal's Camp Fire, and least 3 have died from the Woolsey Fire down south.

Remember ... Trump originally placed blame on the Golden State as the fires were at their peaks, even threatening to cut federal funding from California if its alleged mismanagement of forests wasn't remedied "now." He changed his tune a bit Saturday, saying if people would just rake the dang grounds more, fires like these could be prevented.

Yikes ...

Mexican Singer Paulina Rubio 'We Love You, Donald Trump' ... Flip-Flopping At Women's Empowerment Concert?

Published | Updated

Paulina Rubio threw many fans for a loop at a concert for women when she blurted out "We love you, Donald Trump" -- but it appears to have been purely for literary effect.

The Mexican pop star was performing Saturday in L.A. during the 'K-Love Live: Las Que Mandan' concert when, at one point, she coupled her shout-outs to women with a seemingly random plug for the President ... which got a lot of boos from the crowd.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The lines about Trump didn't have much context, but in an interview after the show ... Paulina seemed to imply her "love" for Trump was nothing but sarcasm and an attempt at irony. When the host asks her if she had a message for 45, Paulina says (in Spanish) that Hispanics have been here long before DT became the Prez, and that her mom had told her she wasn't going anywhere in the Trump times. Translation ... she's not team MAGA.

Waiting for your permission to load the Facebook Video.

Besides, Paulina's been quoted many times bashing President Trump, calling him a "pendejo" among other insults. So, it's unlikely she'd do a hard flip-flop in such a public way ... or so it seems, anyway.

We've reached out to her camp for further elaboration, but they had no comment.

George Lopez Shocked Jim Acosta's Back at White House

Published | Updated

George Lopez was positive Donald Trump would let D.L. Hughley in the White House press room before Jim Acosta would ever be invited back, so imagine his SHOCK when he learned from us Jim's back in action!

Don't get George wrong ... he stands with Acosta. But, the Trump/Acosta fiery relationship makes George's attacks on Trump look like a pillow fight ... hence his surprise.

As for whether George thinks Trump will ever call on Acosta again during a news conference ... he seems to think Acosta growing up Latino will serve him well at 1600 Pennsylvania.

Beto O'Rourke Not Closing Door On 2020 Presidential Run

THINKIN' ABOUT THE FUTURE

It sounds like Beto O'Rourke is noodling a run for The White House in 2020, because the Congressman is not shutting down rumors he may challenge Donald Trump for the Presidency.

We got Beto Friday strolling around Capitol Hill and asked him straight-up if he's planning to run for Prez in 2020 ... and the rocker-turned-politician left the door wide open.

Beto is fresh off losing to Sen. Ted Cruz in the midterm election, so he says he hasn't given 2020 a whole bunch of thought ... these days he seems to have daddy duties on the brain.

One thing's for sure ... Beto is glad CNN reporter Jim Acosta got his White House press credentials back, and he's taking a stand against Trump labeling the media as an enemy of the people.

Brett Kavanaugh Part Of The Gang ... Hanging With RBG & Co.

Published | Updated

Brett Kavanaugh is wearing his emotions on his sleeve again ... this time the newest member of the United States Supreme Court is looking pretty thrilled to be sitting with other Justices, including Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Kavanaugh popped a squat next to Neil Gorsuch, and the two men appointed by President Trump looked buddy-buddy as several Justices sat in on an event for the Medal of Freedom.

RBG also showed up, seemingly indestructible. She hardly missed a beat after falling and breaking 3 ribs.

No word on whether Kavanaugh is planning to crush a few beers with Gorsuch and RBG after the ceremony.

CNN's Jim Acosta Back at White House ... After Court Victory

Published | Updated

10:14 AM PT -- Trump just addressed the situation, and he issues a stern warning to reporters like Acosta ... follow the rules or end up back in court.

111618_donald_trump_kal
NO MORE SHENANIGANS

9:49 AM PT -- Acosta hit the ground running, and is already back at the White House just hours after his victory.

9:20 AM PT -- Sounds like the White House fully intends to challenge the judge's ruling. Sarah Sanders said, "In response to the court, we will temporarily reinstate the reporter's hard pass."

"Temporarily" being the keyword there.

Sanders added, "We will also further develop rules and processes to ensure fair and orderly press conferences in the future. There must be decorum at the White House."

Translation: They're not done battling Acosta.

President Trump had it out for CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta ... so says a federal judge who has just ordered The White House to give Acosta his press credentials back.

The judge didn't buy the White House party line, because it shifted from Acosta making contact with a W.H. intern as the basis for its decision, to Acosta's "general conduct."

The judge did not base his core ruling off the First Amendment but rather the Due Process clause of the 5th Amendment. The judge said the decision to revoke the pass was "so shrouded in mystery that the government could not tell me ... who made the decision."

The judge went on to say Trump has no obligation to call on Acosta during White House news conferences but Acosta has a right to due process before his hard pass can be revoked.

CNN and its chief White House reporter, Jim Acosta, sued Trump Tuesday after Acosta's hard pass was yanked following aggressive questioning last week during a press conference ... Trump and Co. pulled his pass after he made contact with a White House intern, who was trying to take the mic away from him.

CNN argued in court Trump was infringing on Acosta's 1st and 5th Amendment rights by pulling his press pass, adding the real reason behind the move is his extreme hatred for CNN.

For his part, Trump's White House lawyers responded by saying the Prez can pick and choose who gets on White House grounds to cover his administration.

Omarosa Trump Plotted to Boot CNN's Acosta

Published | Updated

President Trump put in years of secret planning to get CNN's White House correspondent kicked off his detail ... at least according to Omarosa.

Trump's former aide was in D.C. Wednesday when a photog asked her about Jim Acosta and CNN suing POTUS for revoking his press pass. Omarosa was pretty nonchalant about it, because she claims the Prez held "private meetings" about Acosta back when she was still in the White House.

Omarosa claims booting Acosta, in particular, has been on Trump's agenda for a long time.

For his part, Acosta walked into a federal courthouse in D.C. on Wednesday, seeking an emergency order that would grant him immediate White House access. The court hasn't ruled yet.

Omarosa's got an opinion on how the battle will play out for CNN and Acosta.

Granted, she has plenty of beef with 45 about how she was 86'd, but IF Omarosa's right about the alleged "private meetings," it confirms the media's biggest fears: That the President is trying to crush Freedom of the Press if he doesn't like your reporting.

Game on.
