Amber Rose is finally admitting she may have accidentally helped gas up one of pop culture's most infamous moments ... Kanye West crashing Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 VMAs.

Check it out ... appearing on the "Ball in the Family" podcast with Lonzo and LiAngelo Ball, Amber confessed she was hyping Kanye up hard before the awards show -- even encouraging him to grab a bottle of Hennessy before they hit the carpet.

“We need to be on the carpet ... taking shots of Henny,” Amber recalled telling Ye before the show ... adding she was constantly reminding him, “You the biggest thing in the whole world.”

But Amber insists she had no idea what was about to happen once they got inside.

"All of a sudden I’m just sitting there and then he’s on stage," she said. "I'm like, 'Oh s***. I was not expecting that.'"

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's Met Gala evening went down just like a high school prom ... a ton of fun, followed by what appears to be an emotional talk.

The couple was photographed inside a sprinter bus Monday night ... but instead of popping bottles and celebrating the billionaire singer's 12th Met Gala, the couple seemed to be tired after the long event.

In the video ... the body language speaks for itself. At one point, RiRi put on a mild smile as they walked back into their hotel.

A witness at the Met who saw the couple at various occasions throughout the night tells TMZ that Rihanna and A$AP were totally fine and having a great time. The witness said they did not appear to have any issues.

Cardi B says she's had it with Tasha K running her mouth about her ex-husband, Offset, despite an order prohibiting the blogger from doing so ... TMZ has learned.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi points out Tasha agreed to honor a non-disparagement clause as part of her bankruptcy plan, which bars her from talking publicly about the "Bodak Yellow" rapper or her associates, including Offset and Stefon Diggs.

As we previously reported, Cardi, who is represented by attorney Lisa Moore, was awarded $4 million from Tasha in a defamation battle, and Tasha filed for bankruptcy months later. The two worked out a deal where the debt was reduced to $1.2 million, as long as Tasha made monthly payments. The deal included the non-disparagement clause which prohibits Tasha from talking about Cardi. Cardi's lawyer Lisa tells TMZ she is going after the full $3.9 million owed from Tasha.

Kid Cudi is giving M.I.A. the boot ... after she got booed onstage over some comments that appeared to provoke the crowd.

On Monday, Cudi took to Instagram to announce she will no longer be opening for "The Rebel Ragers Tour."

He said on his story that he warned M.I.A. not to say or do anything offensive while on the road with him ... but her recent rants onstage have upset him and his fans.

Chris Brown was hauled into court for a paternity suit just days before he welcomed a new baby with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown filed suit on April 3 over her 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown.  She says Brown acknowledged paternity in a voluntary declaration, which she attached as an exhibit.

Lovely was born on January 7, 2022. She asked the court to award her legal and physical custody, but did propose that Chris have visitation.

The paperwork noted that Lovely has lived with Diamond from birth to present at her L.A. home.

Kim Kardashian didn't make it to the first night of her daughter North West's pop-up event in Los Angeles ... but, don't think she doesn't care -- she's hitting night #2 instead.

Just a few moments ago, Kim posted the promotional pic for the event and announced she's "otw" -- on the way.

This is especially a big deal ... because Kim's beau Lewis Hamilton is competing down in Miami at this year's F1 Miami Grand Prix right now -- and, she's missing the qualifying stage.

Kanye West and wife Bianca Censori stepped out in Los Angeles this week to support North West’s pop-up shop ... showing full-on support for the young prodigy's music debut.

The couple was seen attending the event tied to North, which drew attention as fans gathered for the limited-time retail experience in L.A. ... marking another joint appearance for Ye and Censori.

North dropped her debut EP project "N0rth4evr" on Friday, which features six tracks. To celebrate the launch, North held a pop-up event at Complex LA’s Fairfax location, where fans could check out the new rollout and merchandise tied to the project.

Megan Thee Stallion was spotted in New York closing out her recently cut-short run in "Moulin Rouge! The Musical," where she had been one of the production’s standout guest stars.

Photos of Meg show the artist leaving the theater around 1:30 AM, looking relaxed after taking her final bow during the show’s late performance and heading out into the night as fans and paparazzi waited outside.

Megan had been linked to the Broadway production during its current run, but it was known her involvement was always expected to be limited due to her touring and recording commitments ... however, Meg was scheduled to go on for another 2 weeks of shows, before cutting her appearances short earlier this week.

Kanye West has reportedly locked in a massive concert overseas, in Albania ... and is even getting his own stadium built for it.

The controversial rapper is reportedly having a temporary 60,000-person stadium built in Albania for his July 11 show, which is scheduled to take place at Eagle Stadium in Tirana, Albania. Eagle Stadium has a capacity of 22,500, but clearly ... Ye and Albanian officials believe he'll have a much larger audience.

50 Cent is being dragged to court by a woman who claims he fired her when she wouldn't commit crimes to protect him. A rep for the rapper adamantly denies the claims.

The rapper is being sued by Monique Mayers, who claims she worked for 50 Cent for 12 years in senior operational roles across his various businesses -- until she was unceremoniously fired and then harassed and intimidated.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Bennitta Joseph of Joseph & Norinsberg and obtained by TMZ, Mayers claims she was working for 50 Cent when he was going through bankruptcy ... and she says she refused his demands to hide property in her own name to help him.

"The Valley" star Janet Caperna is responding to all the rumors her castmate Michelle Saniei is dating none other than Dr. Dre ... saying she received a surprise text from her mom about the possible romance.

Janet sat down with Bravo host Andy Cohen on Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live," and at one point, Andy flat-out asked Caperna if Saniei is dating the rap mogul.

And Caperna didn't miss a beat, saying her mom was the one who informed her via text message about the speculation. Janet says she can't wait to fly back to L.A. to get the "tea" from her fellow 'Valley' castmate about her potential relationship with Dre.

TMZ broke the story ... most of "The Valley" cast was in the dark, as sources told us many of Michelle's castmates had no idea she was even hanging out with the hip-hop mogul, leaving them shocked and confused as they try to piece together how the pairing came to be.

Pooh Shiesty’s dad, Lontrell Williams Sr., is fighting the prosecutors' attempt to throw him behind bars pending the outcome of his criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Lontrell -- who was arrested along with his rapper son over the alleged kidnapping and robbery of Gucci Mane -- said the feds’ case against him is weak and doesn't show he would be a danger to the community if released while his criminal case is pending.

As TMZ first reported, the DOJ arrested Lontrell Sr., Pooh, and seven others. The alleged incident with Gucci went down on January 10 at a Texas recording studio. Pooh was signed to Gucci’s label and allegedly wanted out of his contract.

Pooh allegedly forced Gucci to sign paperwork releasing him from his deal while pointing a gun at him.

Jesse Lally says his ex Michelle Saniei's romance with Dr. Dre came out of nowhere ... claiming he doesn't even think his former flame has ever listened to rap music!

"The Valley" star chatted with photographers in Los Angeles Tuesday ... and, of course, the photos of Michelle holding hands with the hip hop legend came up.

Lally's laughing the whole situation off ... saying Michelle's allowed to date whoever she wants -- though he doesn't think she's super knowledgeable about rap music.

Tupac Shakur's family is taking Keefe D to court to hold him responsible for the rapper's tragic murder ... filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him.

Maurice "Mopreme" Shakur -- Pac's stepbrother -- filed the lawsuit on behalf of his late brother's estate Tuesday ... noting Keefe D is the only person who has ever been arrested in connection to Tupac's murder.

The estate is also suing a number of "John Does" ... claiming the conspiracy to kill Tupac goes far beyond Keefe D, even though law enforcement has not yet identified anyone else who played a role in his death.

Bianca Censori has traded in her half-naked modeling look for more conservative attire so she can attend an Ivy League school ... at least for one day!

TMZ obtained exclusive footage of Kanye West's better half rolling up to Columbia University in NYC Tuesday, hopping out of her black SUV while covered from head to toe in ... wait for it ... clothes!

Now that's unusual for Bianca, given her penchant for wearing skimpy outfits -- or nearly nothing at all -- around the globe.
