Billionaire David Geffen's refusing to reveal how wealthy he truly is in an attempt to minimize his spousal support payments to his estranged husband, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) -- at least that's what Armstrong says is going on.

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Armstrong is accusing Geffen of refusing to submit his financial documents to the court because he thinks he can skirt around California’s financial disclosure laws, all "in an effort to achieve aggressive spousal support limitations."

Armstrong says it's completely unfair, likening the situation to "a case of David and Goliath" because the financial gap between him and Geffen is so wide. He further claims he is being "unfairly outspent" and that his ex "is prepared to win by any means necessary."

One of Diddy's close friends is speaking out about the terrifying moment the mogul woke up in prison with a knife pressed to his throat.

Charlucci Finney says the attack went down during one of the nights Diddy was sleeping at MDC Brooklyn -- an incident that first came to light during Diddy's sentencing. Sources familiar with the situation have confirmed its authenticity to us.

Finney told Daily Mail, his friend woke up with the weapon to his neck ... just seconds away from serious harm, or death.

Prince Andrew has had a rough time lately ... first, he stripped himself of most of his royal titles, and now he's on the verge of being asked to testify before Congress about his alleged association with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew, as you know, was linked to Epstein after an infamous 2001 photo surfaced showing him standing with his arm around a teenage Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's most prominent victims, who died by suicide this year.

In the pic, Epstein's girlfriend and confidante Ghislaine Maxwell -- who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for child sex trafficking -- is standing behind them with a smile. Ever since the release of the photo, Andrew has been in the doghouse with the royals and trying to dodge legal pitfalls.

Now, Stephen Lynch, a Massachusetts Democratic Representative on the House Oversight Committee, wants to invite Andrew to the U.S. Congress to talk about his purported involvement in the Epstein scandal.

Melania Trump is being dragged into a legal battle with journalist Michael Wolff -- who has filed a lawsuit accusing the First Lady of threatening to take legal action against him over public statements he made linking her to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Wolff says Melania sent him the October 15 letter demanding he "immediately retract" certain comments he made to the Daily Beast for an article that ran on the news outlet's website.

Wolff told the Daily Beast ... Melania was "very involved" in the Epstein scandal and could be the missing link in President Trump's ties to Epstein, among other things.

Lizzo Sued for Copyright Infringement ... But Song Never Commercially Released

Lizzo is facing a new legal battle ... she's being sued for allegedly ripping off another artist's song for one of her latest tracks that blew up on social media.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the GRC Trust is going after Lizzo and her label, Atlantic Records, claiming the singer sampled and copied parts of an original composition, "Win or Lose (We Tried)" it owns without permission.

GRC claims Lizzo's 2025 release "I'm Goin' In Till October," also known as "Good Jeans," dropped on TikTok and Instagram earlier this year and they claim lifts both instrumental and vocal elements from their copyrighted work.

A rep for Lizzo tells TMZ ... "We are surprised that The GRC Trust filed this lawsuit. To be clear, the song has never been commercially released or monetized, and no decision has been made at this time regarding any future commercial release of the song."

Kelli Ferrell was a new addition to "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta" last season, but she's already making waves ... her ex is suing Bravo for claims made about him on the show.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell claims Kelli spread lies on the show in a fabricated storyline on the show that he abused Kelli and didn't pay back money.

He says he and Kelli jointly applied for a $420K loan back in 2022 to build out a restaurant called Nana's Chicken-n-Waffles. He says Kelli spent a bunch of the loan money on her birthday and other unauthorized expenses and then fabricated a story that Chuvalo stole the money from her. He says he repaid the loan, but she's still pressing forward with the false claim he stole the $420K.

According to our source, the President is "vacillating" on a commutation. We're told some of the W.H. staff are urging Trump not to commute the sentence. But, our source states the obvious -- "Trump will do what he wants," and we're told Trump could set Diddy free as early as this week.

Diddy is serving a 50-month prison sentence for violating the Mann Act. He's served 13 months, and with credit, he could get out in around 2 years -- but none of that matters if Trump commutes his sentence.

David Geffen Divorce Estranged Husband Drops Salacious Civil Lawsuit

David Geffen's estranged husband has withdrawn his salacious civil lawsuit against the media mogul, and is choosing another course, which takes much of his enormous money demand off the table.

David Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) filed his civil lawsuit back in July, alleging the 82-year-old billionaire targeted the 32-year-old, whose trauma was weaponized for Geffen's "personal gratification and public image."

Armstrong claims he gave up his modeling career after allegedly being promised Geffen would take care of him financially for life. The former couple did not have a prenup -- Armstrong says he's entitled to community property. We're told Geffen, who has been retired for 15 years, has no community income.

Lawyer Suing Fat Joe Indicted After Allegedly Mowing Down Process Server

Tyrone Blackburn -- the lawyer suing Fat Joe -- has been indicted for allegedly running over a process server with a car ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources confirmed to us Blackburn has been officially indicted over the alleged May incident ... though we're told the indictment will remain sealed until his arraignment.

ICYMI ... Blackburn was arrested in June after cops say he got into his vehicle while a 66-year-old process server was giving him papers connected to the Fat Joe case.

Blackburn then allegedly put the car in reverse and hit the process server in the leg ... causing a somewhat major knee injury that the server claims he needed surgery to fix.

Diddy Take That, Take That, Feds ... Officially Files to Appeal Criminal Case

According to new legal docs, filed in federal court in New York and obtained by TMZ, the notice was filed Monday and lists Alexandra A.E. Shapiro as his counsel. We're told Diddy's team will likely file their substantive brief for the appeal within 4 to 6 weeks.

Finley finds the Friday situation outrageous ... but tells us Aaron didn't need to be interviewed before a warrant was issued if a judge determined there was probable cause.

Aaron was sprung from the joint super quick ... Finley tells us, “people who care about him” ponied up the necessary funds to satisfy the $200,000 bail -- meaning he was only in custody a few hours.

We're told Aaron's in “good spirits, and all things considered, has a good attitude” about the situation ... 'cause he vehemently denies the accusations, and he's ready to fight the charges.

Finley tells TMZ ... he will remain Aaron's divorce lawyer and help him retain a criminal defense attorney.

Cindy filed legal docs in L.A., obtained by TMZ, asking the court to issue a temporary restraining order prohibiting a 35-year-old man named Daniel Lee Schoonover from coming anywhere near Cindy or her family.

In the docs, Cindy outlines a series of highly suspicious alleged activities by Schoonover, including showing up at Kaia Gerber's performance at a theater festival in Williamstown, MA on July 29 and, months later, sleeping outside the pedestrian gate next to the driveway at her house.
