Jeffrey Epstein New Mexico Ranch Investigation Reopened ... Following Dead Bodies Tip

While Jeffrey Epstein's island and jet have been a point of fascination for years, his New Mexico mansion has gotten less scrutiny, until now ... state officials have renewed interest in the ranch, which is rumored to have dead bodies buried on site.

According to The New York Times, Epstein purchased the sprawling 30,000-square-foot estate -- known as the Zorro Ranch -- in 1993 from the family of former NM Governor Bruce King. Epstein was reportedly drawn to "The Land of Enchantment," as the state is called, due to its obscurity and the lenient sex offender registry laws.

In 2019, the year Epstein died, an anonymous tip from someone who claimed to have worked at the ranch alleged that Epstein ordered the dead bodies of 2 abused girls to be buried in the hills outside the ranch, NYT reports.

Shia LaBeouf is reflecting on his Mardi Gras morning arrest ... saying he doesn't have a drinking problem, but rather a Napoleon complex -- oh, and he's scared of gay people touching him.

The troubled actor said all this and more in a lengthy interview for "Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan" published on YouTube Saturday. You can see it all in the clip -- he reflects on his Feb. 17 arrest and theorizes his outburst has more to do with his anger and ego than his use of alcohol.

Shia also looks back on what led up to him getting physical with a group of people before his arrest ... explaining "big gay people" are scary to him ... and he was frightened when they allegedly began touching his leg.

And on the actual day? He tells us it'll be a "spa day in a beach town."

Can't blame the guy for wanting to just kick back. His birthday comes on the heels of him being named in a lawsuit by an alleged parishioner of The Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota for allegedly disrupting a service last month.

Shia LaBeouf just got hit with more legal troubles ... police in New Orleans reportedly issued a new warrant in connection to his bar brawl early Mardi Gras morning on Feb. 17.

The warrant was issued Friday and involves an additional victim from the physical altercation that went down involving the Disney alum at R Bar in the French Quarter, WWL Louisiana reports, citing multiple sources. TMZ has reached out to NOPD for comment ... so far, nothing back.

We told you all about the beatdown -- Shia allegedly got physical with at least 2 people outside of R Bar ... before getting his ass whooped and taken to the clink on 2 counts of simple battery. The official police report also says he hurled homophobic slurs multiple times at a group of people outside the bar.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Mauricio Umansky’s family is taking their dad Eduardo Umansky’s longtime girlfriend to court over alleged financial elder abuse, TMZ has learned. 

Mauricio’s sister, Sharon Umansky Bento -- in her role as Eduardo’s conservator -- filed a lawsuit against her dad’s ex-partner, Simin Tabibnia.

In court docs, Mauricio’s family explains Eduardo was once a real estate agent ... until his cognitive decline gradually interfered with his work. They said his doctor observed his mental issues in 2021.

The feds are going hard on the anti-ICE demonstration Don Lemon covered at a Minnesota church ... because dozens more protestors are going to be arrested.

According to a superseding federal indictment, obtained by TMZ, the feds are charging 30 new people. Don and 8 others were already arrested and charged in relation to the January 18 protest.

Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas has been released from federal prison ... though he's not a free man just yet.

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is out of FCI Miami, TMZ has learned ... and, he's now under community confinement supervision of the Miami Residential Reentry Management Office, according to the Bureau of Prisons website.

This means he's either living in a residential reentry center -- AKA a halfway house -- or he's held in home confinement ... it's unclear which.

TMZ obtained a restraining order Glover filed against his ex in Los Angeles County Superior Court -- and it contains some wild allegations ... as well as three photos of the "Back To The Future" star with blood streaming down his cheek after the alleged assault.

According to the protective order ... in March 2024, Glover claims he ordered his ex not to enter his home, but she forced her way inside as he was putting her belongings on the front porch to kick her out. Glover says his ex phoned a friend to swing by his house and threatened to "hurt" him.

The actor filed documents earlier this week requesting to leave the jurisdiction from March 1 to March 8 for religious reasons to see his dad, Jeffrey ... who is set to be baptized in Rome, Italy.

Shia has no scheduled court appearances for the dates in question, his lawyers argued ... and, he was happy to provide the address where he's saying to the court upon request.

In court docs, Ray J scoffed at Kim’s suggestion that his comments about her and her mother Kris Jenner being investigated by the feds could derail her getting her law license.

Durrell "Tank" Babbs' home was broken into today by a trio of thieves ... but it seems they weren't able to make off with much, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a call came in around 4 AM when his alarm company alerted police to activity at Tank's Los Angeles house. We're told the three suspects -- all wearing hoodies -- were gone by the time police arrived.

Will Smith is asking a judge to throw out the sexual harassment lawsuit against him ... with his lawyer alleging that the filing is just a desperate attempt to shake the star down for cash.

Remember ... violinist Brian King Joseph filed a lawsuit against Smith last month, in which he claimed he returned to his hotel room in Las Vegas and found a note reading, "Brian, I’ll be back...just us,” which was signed by “Stone F."

He also said that he found "wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to Plaintiff.”

Denise Richards Ordered to Pay Ex-Aaron $5K in Spousal Bills

Denise Richards is the one writing checks in her messy divorce from Aaron Phypers.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge on Wednesday ordered Denise to pay Aaron $5K per month in temporary spousal support while the divorce plays out. The payments are due on the 5th of each month starting March 5 and will continue until further order of the court.

In addition, the docs state Denise must foot Aaron $25K in attorney's fees, plus an additional $5K that may be used for a forensic accountant. The $30K total will be paid in three $10K installments at the end of March, April and May.

The ruling stems from Aaron's October 2025 request for spousal support. Both he and Denise were sworn in and testified before the judge made the decision.

As we previously reported ... the split between the former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and Phypers has been anything but amicable. The two have traded accusations over finances, income and business dealings, with disputes over who should shoulder mounting legal costs becoming a central fight in the case.

3:37 PM PT -- A source connected to the investigation tells TMZ ... the FBI has looked at the video and says it's a dead end ... the area where the cars are driving as well as the ingress and egress has led the Agency to the conclusion the cars have no association with the kidnapping.

Update in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case ... a never-before-seen video has surfaced from early on the morning of Feb. 1, the day investigators believe Nancy was taken.

The video, recorded about 2.5 miles away from Nancy's Tucson, Arizona home, shows vehicles speeding by, which could lead to more clues.

Fox News reports the footage comes from a house in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood -- about 7 minutes from Nancy's house -- from a street-facing Ring camera. The property reportedly sits on a back road and avoids major intersections.

The time stamp on the video shows the footage was recorded from about 12:30 AM to 6 AM Mountain Time.

Influencer Celina Powell Threatens to Sue Deshae Frost over STD, Assault Claims

Celina Powell has lawyered up and is going on the offensive against Deshae Frost ... firing off a cease and desist letter after he accused her of sexual assault and giving him herpes during a livestream.

TMZ has obtained the cease and desist, sent Thursday by the model and internet personality's attorney Rebecca R. Bordoli, demanding Frost to immediately stop making what they call "defamatory, defamatory per se, harmful, and false statements" about her.

According to the letter, Frost allegedly made the claims during a January 26 livestream, telling viewers Powell sexually assaulted him and infected him with herpes. Her legal team says the allegations are "completely devoid of factual support" and have "no merit whatsoever."
