Oops, she did it again. For
the 3rd time in a week,
Miley Cyrus' peeps hijacked her radio interview when the questions crossed the
Disney approved line.
MiCy was on with
WNCI Columbus this morning -- but as soon as the DJ asked about the
meagerly anticipated 4th season of her TV show, the line went dead.
On her Twitter, Cyrus blamed
previous hang-ups on her busy schedule -- saying if "a station goes over time I am IMMEDIATELY connected to the next station."

It's time for Round 2 of
Miley Cyrus' PR bulldogs vs radio DJs -- and this time, one of her handlers actually jumped in on the conversation in order to redirect the line of questioning.
Miley was on with
Chet Buchanan and the Morning Zoo on
98.5 KLUC in Vegas today, when they strayed from the pre-approved topics and asked how much control Cyrus has over her bank account. Great question, right?
Wrong.
The voice that answered was not Hannah Montana's -- and the DJ's response couldn't have been more perfect.
Miley Cyrus' PR peeps are hardcore -- and they'll shut anyone down who doesn't play by their rules.
When the
MJ Morning Show decided to go rogue on the 16-year-old Disney supastar -- asking questions that weren't pre-approved by her publicity team -- the only response he got was the click of a phone hanging up.
After finally realizing that her
first apology wasn't much of one, Miley Cyrus is actually saying she's "sorry" for taking part in this photo that mocks Asians.

Miley took to her fan club website to give the second mea culpa. She wrote:
"I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD's ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles"
Hanoi Montana doesn't seem to get why people think she's mocking Asians in this picture.

During a half-ass non-apology she just posted on her website, Miley claims she was simply making "goofy faces" with her friends and "In NO way was I making fun of any ethnicity." Ok, it's a plausible explanation ... BUT WHY ISN'T THE ASIAN DUDE MAKING THE FUNNY FACE?
Hanoi then deflects responsibility even more by joking that the only reason people are mad is because "... now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on!"
Her full statement can be read after the jump.
When Miley Cyrus transformed herself into Hanoi Montana for this photo -- she had to know it would turn into bad fortune.

The OCA -- a group "dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans" -- is fuming at this photo of Miley and pals for using what they have deemed an offensive, stereotypical gesture.
The OCA sent us this statement: "The photograph of Miley Cyrus and other individuals slanting their eyes currently circulating the Internet is offensive to the Asian Pacific American community and sets a terrible example for her many young fans. This image falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent...

Repeat after us: Miley Cyrus is alive.
We clarify because some creep hacked into Miley's YouTube account this weekend and posted a video which read, "Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. She always told us if anything ever happened to her then tell her loyal fans first before the public. R.I.P Miley, we'll never forget you!" The weird message has been pulled down.
Miley was out about all weekend -- so once again -- she's very much not dead.
