Steven Tyler scored a massive win in court days before he's set to face off with his abuse accuser, Julia Holcomb, TMZ has learned.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge sided with Steven on several issues ahead of the trial, scheduled for September 21.

Steven and Julia were in a relationship in the 70s and even got engaged at one point. Julia filed a lawsuit in 2022 claiming Steven sexually abused her when she was a teenager and he was an adult … and she wants damages for the alleged emotional distress he put her through. 

The rockstar denies all claims of wrongdoing and argues the relationship was consensual. The judge dismissed the majority of the claims in the suit. 

Lena The Plug and Adam22's fake divorce was finally thrown out of court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the OnlyFans model filed docs asking to dismiss the case, and the clerk did just that on August 26. Lena believes the divorce was filed by a man who is being catfished by another party pretending to be her.

She told TMZ she thinks the man who filed the divorce docs believes she is in danger and being harmed by Adam22. She even gave us her side of things on "TMZ Live" back in June.

Famous Dex allegedly beat up his reality star ex-girlfriend Pam Rodriguez before his domestic violence arrest, and now a series of photos show the injuries she claims he inflicted ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported, the rapper was taken into custody Sunday in Las Vegas after allegedly using Pam as a punching bag. Our sources say Dex and Pam live in Vegas and dated for a few weeks before they split.

We're told Pam lost a bunch of influencer gigs after the alleged incident, which hurt her bottom line. As a result, Pam launched a GoFundMe to raise money for medical bills, legal fees, and loss of income.

Wynonna Judd's daughter will apparently have to give birth while under close supervision ... because a judge denied her request for a temporary release from jail to have a C-section.

Here's the deal ... Grace Pauline Kelley filed a document last month asking for a quick trip out of jail to welcome her second child, according to Us Weekly. She pled guilty to felony driving with a suspended or revoked license back in June and received a 15-month sentence.

A Virginia judge shot down the temporary furlough ... though the docs note law enforcement will escort her to an outside hospital for a C-section on a scheduled date.

President Trump's former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will NOT be joining "The View" with Whoopi and Joy Behar, despite reports to the contrary ... TMZ has learned. 

Production sources tell TMZ ... there is no truth to Karoline being eyed for a permanent role. We're told the show has never had any discussion about her coming on full-time and only extended an offer to be a guest on an episode. 

Our sources tell us the producers love the current cast and are not looking to add anybody at the moment. 

The rumors started after a report came out Thursday claiming Karoline was joining the cast as a co-host.

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after his ex accused him of attacking her ... TMZ has learned.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show Wisconsin prosecutors hit Josh with two misdemeanor charges stemming from his May 23 arrest.

The paperwork revealed details from the arrest ... cops went to a home after getting a report for a disturbance between a man and a woman and were told by a man at the house that Josh's girlfriend was involved in the incident. Cops say they caught up with the girlfriend at a neighbor's house, and she told them she had a lump on her head due to Josh.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley claims she hasn't filmed any scenes with her new costar Tracy Tutor ... and it doesn't sound like she's too excited about the prospect.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Brittany Fortinberry and her husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, finalized their divorce Monday -- more than a year after he first filed to end the marriage.

Per the settlement, Brittany will be awarded her clothes, shoes, and makeup. Her ex walked away with a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota 4Runner.

This woman allegedly met Brian at the downtown nightclub the Cat's Pajamas on March 28 ... though she admitted to P6 she was "heavily intoxicated" the night she allegedly met Brian and didn't remember much.

On March 29, Brian allegedly DM'd the woman, "Great meeting you last night pretty lady. I owe you a date. I’m heading to [C]ity Tavern for a slushie in a bit you should join."

Callaway just dumped Good Good ... as one of the biggest golf controversies in years rages on.

The golf giant announced Thursday it’s cutting ties with the uber-popular YouTube crew “effective immediately” -- days after their now-infamous driver ad blew up in their faces.

Mama June's daughter Jessica Shannon is officially single again ... a judge has finalized her divorce from estranged wife Shyann McCant ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge signed off on the final judgment and decree Thursday, ending Jessica and Shyann's marriage for good.

The order says the marriage is dissolved, the two are now legally separate people, and each is free to remarry. It also restores Jessica's maiden name ... Jessica Louise Shannon.
