A nor'easter has been pummeling the East Coast with heavy wind and rain ... and even though the worst is yet to come, pics and video show devastating coastal flooding.

Among the hardest-hit areas is the Jersey Shore. One video taken last night shows a road in Surf City completely submerged with waters rising rapidly.

The onlooker called the situation "terrible" and said they were concerned about houses being flooded.

In a Friday press release ... attorneys Edward Andrew Paltzik and Tyler Cox said Nolan's pals Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson and Morgan Seymour "refuse to be intimidated by today's litany of bomb and death threats."

The legal team added that these threats came from people "outside the community."

Good news for Carrot Top ... the comedian has been released from the hospital and is feeling better, TMZ has confirmed.

A source with direct knowledge tells us ... Carrot is now at "home with his family and doing well." PEOPLE was first to report the news.

As TMZ first reported ... Carrot attempted suicide and was in critical condition after authorities received a call for a "suspected overdose" at his Las Vegas home on September 18.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, cops responded to the scene and discovered Carrot — breathing but unconscious -- next to a pool in his backyard.

Billionaire hedge fund manager and Pittsburgh Steelers co-owner Robert Citrone is asking a Pennsylvania judge for an emergency order to block his alleged baby mama from blabbing to the press after he says she took their bitter court battle to social media ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Citrone's attorneys say Amy Blunt -- the alleged mother of Robert's 3-year-old disabled son -- posted to her social media claiming she had won an appeal allowing her to depose Citrone, his wife, and his children.

The docs say Amy's post also referenced Citrone's wealth, claiming he was worth roughly $250 million when his children were young "compared to billions now" ... while claiming her child, Luca, had to "fight for basic needs."

An Australian man was captured on camera chasing his young daughter around a house in Indonesia before killing her, his son, and himself.

Chadwick Boseman's widow, Taylor Simone Ledward Boseman, says she has been generous with the late actor's family ... despite his brothers claiming she has been less than transparent with the estate's finances.

In newly filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, Simone opposed Chadwick's brothers, Derrick and Kevin Boseman, in their attempt to remove her as the administrator of the actor's estate.

Simone claims that since 2022, she has paid over $1.7 million to Carolyn and Leroy Boseman. She says she sent them $1.5 million in May 2023, another $260K later in 2023, and over $4K in December 2024.

Joshua Jackson raised concerns about his daughter being around Jodie Turner-Smith's brother long before three women sued the actress and her bro over his alleged drug-fueled sex parties ... according to the attorney representing the women suing the siblings.

Here's the deal ... Jodie and her brother, Richard Mark Anthony Smith, were sued by three Jane Does who claim Richard pressured them into drug use and nonconsensual sexual activity.

The lawsuit also alleges Jodie knowingly provided her brother with housing, money, and other support despite his alleged behavior. Through her reps, Jodie has denied the allegations, calling them false, and claimed the lawsuit was actually filed by a man who was harassing the actress.

Now, plaintiffs' attorney Nissan Thomas is firing back in a statement to TMZ ... he claims sources close to the family told his office Joshua had concerns about Richard being around his daughter, Juno, who he shares with Jodie.
