ICE Agent Shoots Man in Front Of 5-Year-old Boy

An ICE agent in New York City shot a man in the neck Thursday evening ... and a 5-year-old boy believed to be his son watched it all go down ... and now Mayor Zohran Mamdani is saying the Trump administration is "terrorizing our city."

Oscar Belgal -- a 28-year-old man -- was shot in the neck after a federal immigration agent fired 7 rounds into his car, according to NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

The shooting took place in the Marble Hill area of New York City, the northernmost Manhattan neighborhood ... the child was not injured in the gunfire.

The Cornell Jane Doe is getting a groundswell of support from across the nation as demonstrators protesting sexual assault are taking to the streets in major cities from sea to shining sea.

Washington, D.C., New York City, Los Angeles, and Tucson saw large protests Thursday ... with demonstrators railing against the alleged October 2024 gang rape of Jane Doe by 7 Chi Phi fraternity brothers.

During Thursday's demonstrations in Tucson, people chanted "no more silence, no more crimes."

They marched in the streets with signs reading, "Unite Against Sexism and Racism."

A Frontier Airlines flight attendant got physical with a passenger after the plane landed in Georgia ... and it's all on video.

Footage shows a bunch of passengers crowded around the exit door, and a male flight attendant has a woman in a bear hug. They wrestle for a few seconds before the flight attendant shoves the woman away.

It's a tense situation, with the woman screaming at the flight crew to open the door and let her off the plane ... the video is captioned, "Frontier Airlines Locked Us On The Plane w NO AIR FOR A HOUR."

'Journey' Drummer Deen Castronovo Rushed To Hospital ... After Medical Scare During Show

Legendary rock band Journey had to hit the pause button on their Oklahoma concert Thursday night -- after their drummer suffered a medical scare onstage and was rushed to the hospital.

Deen Castronovo fell ill two songs into their set at BOK Center in Tulsa, stopping the show in its tracks during their 2026 "Final Frontier" tour.

Shortly after Castronovo left the stage, keyboardist Jonathan Cain walked up to the microphone and told the packed crowd that Deen had a medical emergency.

'RHOP' Alum Mia Thornton Facing Potential Jail Time ... Allegedly Stole Furniture

Former "Real Housewives of Potomac" star Mia Thornton is facing jail time after being hit with a felony charge stemming from her 2025 arrest for allegedly stealing furniture ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney filed a felony theft by taking charge against the reality star.

The docs claim Mia and an associate, Jared McGriff, stole furniture and a TV worth at least $5K but less than $25K on October 28, 2025 ... a couple weeks before she was arrested.

The alleged crime apparently went down while they were moving out of a furnished condo in the middle of the night.

10/9 10:27 AM PT -- The Cornell University disciplinary committee expelled Jonathan Newell because he had sex with her without her consent ... Jane Doe's lawyer tells TMZ.

Newell was the Chi Phi fraternity brother who sent the "free p***y" Snapchat message in the frat's group chat.

Someone who reviewed the hearing panel's decision told us the panel found Newell did NOT have "affirmative consent," meaning there was NOT express consent to engage in sex with Doe. Title IX says "silence or lack of resistance in and of itself does not demonstrate consent."

Jane Doe was in serious text mode 2 days after the alleged sexual assault, almost consoling one of the men she would later accuse of rape, saying there was nothing to be ashamed of.

TMZ obtained a text chain between Jonathan Newell and Jane Doe. On the evening of October 21, 2024, Jonathan apologizes to Jane and says, "You're an amazing person and I genuinely hope ur not catching as much heat from this as we r. We've been shutting down any stories we've heard but again I'm so so sorry."

Jane responds, "aw jonathan i really appreciate this text. my memories super clouded too. I think we were all way to f***ing drunk and high."

Christa Pike is going through some major psychological trauma after surviving her botched execution ... this according to her legal team.

TMZ obtained a statement from Pike's lawyers -- Randy Spivey, Kelly Gleason, Stephen Ferrell and Luke Ihnen -- who say her physical health is improving ... but the ordeal has taken a psychological toll.

The lawyers say she's eating a regular diet and her lungs are clear, but added ... "While her physical recovery has been remarkable, significant questions remain about the long-term effects of what she endured."

John Paris has entered rehabilitation after spending more than two months in a San Francisco hospital following a serious medical emergency ... and the band’s twice-postponed concert with Lionel Richie has now been canceled.

According to a GoFundMe, the Earth, Wind & Fire drummer suffered a spinal cord injury and recently left the hospital to begin the next phase of his recovery. His family says he faces a long road toward regaining his independence and returning home.
