Maya Rudolph just filed the birth certificate for her baby -- which is interesting because she gave birth A YEAR AGO.

According to to the document -- obtained by TMZ -- Maya and longtime partner Paul Thomas Anderson gave birth to a baby girl on Aug. 1, 2013 ... naming her Minnie Ida Anderson after Maya's mother, Minnie Riperton.

Everything was pretty much on the down low until the certificate was filed Tuesday in L.A. The reason -- Maya gave birth at home, so there was no hospital to record the birth.

In California ... birth certificates must be filed before the baby turns 1, so Maya and Paul got in just under the wire.

Happy birthday, Minnie!

Two days after giving birth ... Jwoww arrived home from the hospital Tuesday carrying her precious cargo -- but she let her fiance carry the baby.

Jwoww held tight to her breast-feeding pillow ... while fiance Roger Mathews toted their newborn daughter, Meilani, in a baby carrier.

They were greeted by "Jersey Shore" co-star Snooki ... who's preggo with her 2nd bambino.

Nice balloons, Snook.

'Today” anchor Savannah Guthrie took her fetus for a walk with Matt Lauer -- and with her enormous belly growing by the minute, we had to ask if the forecast called for … water breaking on live TV.

Guess what -- Lauer's kinda likes the sound o' that. Ratings, baby!

Jwoww's stubborn baby is now officially here ... one day after inducing labor, she gave birth Sunday to a baby whose name you'd probably hear at the shore ... but not the Jersey Shore.

Jwoww and fiance Roger Mathews named their daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews ... the guidette weighed 7lbs, 13 ounces.

As we previously reported, some members of the reality star's family and friends flew out to Jersey for the occasion.

No word on whether any of her co-stars were on hand for the birth.

It's only a matter of time now before Jwoww pushes a miniature guidette out of her lady parts ... at least according to "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Magro.

Ronnie was leaving Boa with a friend Saturday night when he not only confirmed Jwoww's labor has been induced ... but the reality star also gave us props for being the first to report the news.

Jwoww is tired of waiting for her baby to pop out ... so the reality star made plans to induce labor.

Sources close to Jwoww tell us the 28-year old recently put the word out to her inner circle ... letting them know she'd squeeze her baby girl out this weekend -- artificially stimulated or not.

We're told some of her friends and fam rushed to Jersey to support the mom-to-be and fiance Roger Mathews ... and now everyone is patiently waiting to see what happens.

Our sources say it doesn't look like MTV cameras will film the actual birth.

Either way you cut it ... Eva Mendes will give birth to an objectively beautiful baby ... whether it's a boy or a girl -- so concludes a noted forensic artist.

Joe Mullins -- a forensic artist for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children -- studied photos of Eva and Ryan and used computer technology to predict what the kid's gonna look like. Obviously not a precise science, but still fun to predict.

So this is ironic ... Eva Mendes -- now the envy of every woman on the planet and a sizable number of men -- is going to gargantuan lengths to hide the fact that she's carrying Ryan Gosling's baby.

Eva was leaving a parking structure Wednesday in L.A. when she ran into a photog ... hours after news broke she's 7 months pregnant -- allegedly 7 months.

She went through contortions to hide the baby bump, using a Birkin bag, scarves and everything else within arms reach to obfuscate the money shot.

Sherri Shepherd does not want anything to do with her unborn surrogate baby ... because she believes her estranged husband defrauded her into having the kid in the first place so he could get child support ... this according to multiple sources connected with the couple.

TMZ broke the story ... Sherri and her husband Lamar Sally each separately filed legal docs to end their marriage. The big complication -- a baby will be born this month to a surrogate who signed a contract with Sherri and Lamar.

Now our sources say ... the baby was conceived with Lamar's sperm, but NOT Sherri's egg.

Now here's where it gets tricky. We're told Sherri does not want custody or even to be considered a parent ... because she doesn't want to get stuck with massive child support payments.

Sherri wants a judge to rule she has no parental rights or responsibilities -- which would shut the door to child support. She claims Lamar defrauded her -- that he got her to sign on for a surrogate birth knowing full well he would divorce her and then nail her to the wall for child support.

Our Lamar sources say Sherri tried to get pregnant in vitro and when it didn't work she got deeply involved in the surrogacy process.

As we previously reported ... Chris Colfer received similar treatment yesterday when his account tweeted saying he was let go from the show for personal reasons -- but it turned out to be the work of some internet bandit.

Lindsey Buckingham better beeline it to Babies R Us and buy a gift ... because Kenan Thompson's wife just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Georgia Marie Thompson was born Friday morning around 10:30 AM in New York -- weighing in at 6 lbs - the new parents are exhausted/ecstatic.

Kenan, hasn't slept a wink since the baby was born.

London's wild seven-day stretch began a week ago Friday, when he finalized his divorce from wife Melissa Cunningham.

London was arrested in 2012 for alleged domestic violence ... he agreed to take anger management classes and in return the charges were dismissed.

Fast forward to Tuesday, when London married his girlfriend, Juliet Reeves. That would have been the highlight of his week ... if she didn't give birth to their son Wyatt just two days later.

Ginnifer Goodwin gave birth to a healthy baby boy last week ... and TMZ has obtained the birth certificate that reveals a tie-in to the first family of reality television.

According to the certificate, Goodwin and her "Once Upon a Time" co-star/husband Josh Dallas named their boy Oliver Finlay Dallas. Goodwin popped out little Oliver at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center ... the hospital to the stars.

But the birth certificate also revealed this nugget ... the baby was delivered by Dr. Paul Crane ... who made several appearances on "Keeping Up With Kardashians" because he was the doctor for both Kourtney and Kim during their pregnancies.

Oh, the things this man has seen.

Antoine Dodson says if his newborn son turns out to be gay he'd still love him ... but he'd do his best to change him and make him straight.

Dodson -- who became famous in 2010 when he fended off a rape and told a reporter, "Hide ya kids, hide ya wife, hide ya husbands ... cause they rapin' everybody out here" -- said last year he was disavowing his homosexuality and becoming a straight family man.

Dodson tells TMZ ... he believes living a gay lifestyle is wrong and anti-religious, but he would love his son regardless. He says, "I wouldn't be shocked because I lived that life before," adding, "I would try and get him help."

Dodson continued, "Even if he couldn't be fixed it doesn't matter because I still support him no matter what."

Levi Johnston proved he's one of the most fertile men in all of Alaska by impregnating a girl for the third time ... and they announced the baby in the most Alaska way possible.

TMZ obtained the picture Levi and his wife Sunny Oglesby sent to their family and friends to announce they were having another kid ... and well, lets just say there's a lot of cheese on that spaghetti.

Hide ya placenta ... formerly gay and formerly famous YouTube star Antoine Dodson is presently a father ... his baby mama just gave birth to their son.

Dodson posted a pair of photos on Twitter announcing the arrival, writing ... "He's here, I'm officially a dad, 6lbs 7oz 19in long!!"

Antoine's come a looooong way since 2010 when he famously helped his sister fend off an attempted rapist ... and told a reporter, "Hide ya kids, hide ya wife, hide ya husbands ... cause they rapin' everybody out here."

Last year, he surprisingly announced ... "I want a wife and family, I want to multiply and raise and love my family that I create."
