k.d. lang is done with longtime girlfriend Jamie Price -- k.d. has filed legal docs to dissolve their domestic partnership.

According to the docs, the couple registered for a domestic partnership in 2009 -- and separated 1 year and 9 months later ... in August 2011.

The pair hooked up in 2003 after meeting through a Buddhist teacher.

Chad Ochocinco's famous fiancee has slammed the brakes on the couple's wedding plans, TMZ has learned ... all because she suspects the NFL star has been messing around behind her back.

Sources tell us ... "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada recently confronted Ocho after she became suspicious about his behavior ... and she isn't convinced he's been faithful.

The two are set to be married in the summer -- and while Evelyn hasn't "officially" cancelled the wedding yet, we're thinkin' the priest should start making other plans.

Plus, Chad and Evelyn were supposed to begin shooting their new reality show in just three weeks ... we're told that plan is also up in the air.

Chaz Bono and his ex-fiancée Jennifer Elia were spotted separately outside the L.A. home they once shared on Wednesday ... the first time they've been photographed since going public with their break-up.

While Bono was spotted hauling his own suitcase out of the house, Jennifer looked visibly distraught upon her arrival.

Chaz Bono and his fiancée, Jennifer Elia, have called off their engagement and "are no longer a couple" ... a rep for Bono tells TMZ.

Bono's rep, Howard Bragman, tells TMZ, "They leave this relationship with great love, respect and affection toward one another. No further amplification will be forthcoming and they ask that you respect their privacy at this time."

How did Ashton Kutcher handle Demi Moore's divorce announcement? By knocking out another episode of "Two and a Half Men."

Just a few hours after the news broke Demi wants out of their marriage ... Ashton was spotted on the Warner Bros. lot where the show is taped.

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis tells TMZ, she's had her fill of her baby daddy's slacker do-nothing lifestyle ...so she dumped the guy, and took the kid to her parents' house.

18-year-old Whitney -- who was featured on the MTV show in 2009 -- tells us, she was living with her boyfriend and their son in an apartment in Georgia up until a couple of weeks ago -- but she decided to call it quits.

According to Whitney, she ended things because her man -- Weston Gosa -- "was gone all the time. He wouldn’t come home until 3AM in the morning ... I was home with the baby and he was nowhere to be found.”

But Whitney doesn't believe Weston was cheating -- telling us, "You know when someone is cheating on you. He was just out with his friends all the time getting messed up ... I don’t want that around my kid.”

Whitney claims the couple was fighting constantly and she just couldn't take it anymore, so she moved back in with her parents -- and took their son with her.

The NBA offseason from hell just got worse for Los Angeles Lakers player Matt Barnes ... who just announced that he's officially broken up with his "Basketball Wives" baby mama Gloria Govan.

Barnes -- who has 2 children with Govan -- just released a statement saying, "We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time."

He adds, "We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best."

Barnes and Govan have had some issues in the past -- including the time Matt was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence back in 2010 ... but prosecutors didn't press charges due to a lack of evidence.

Deal of the century -- some mystery buyer just purchased the massive engagement ring Hugh Hefner gave to Crystal Harris ... for a fraction of the original $90,000 price tag.

Sources tell TMZ, the unidentified bidder won Crystal's auction this morning -- bidding $38,000 for the 3.39 carat circular-cut diamond. With taxes and fees, the final bill was $47,500.

Shockingly, the ring actually exceeded auctioneer expectations -- because it was only supposed to sell for $20 -$30k.

Hugh reportedly shelled out the full $90k for the ring when he proposed to Crystal less than a year ago -- but Crystal called the wedding off.

Michaele Salahi has suddenly become the most famous cheating spouse in the land -- which is why one website that specializes in extramarital affairs ... wants her to be their new spokeswoman.

A site called MarriedWivesClub.com has reached out to Salahi's management group in an effort to recruit her to work for them. The site -- which claims that 50% of women and 60% of men cheat -- feels that Michaele would be "the perfect cheating spouse to represent" them.

The relationship they said would never last ... didn't last.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Mark Ballas and "American Idol" hottie Pia Toscano have officially broken up ... according to People.com. The split is said to be "mutual."

On the surface it's the unkindest cut of all ... Arnold Schwarzenegger out bike riding Sunday in Santa Monica, wearing a shirt that says, "I survived Maria" -- the woman whom he betrayed so badly.

But there's more to this story. We found out ... Arnold got the shirt last November, during a farewell party for the Governator's staff. The shirts were actually designed by Maria's staff, as a joke. The shirt they presented to Arnold had 2007 crossed out and 1977 scribbled above -- that's the year Arnold and Maria started dating.

And, we're told, Arnold and Maria are not at war. They're well along in the process of settling their divorce, and they speak frequently.

But all of this begs the question. Given the events of the last few months, should Arnold have worn the shirt in public?

Kristin Cavallari threw on a small black dress and hit up a hotspot last night she KNEW she'd get photographed at ... STK in Hollywood.

Kat Von D lives her life with "no regrets" -- which is exactly why she's NOT removing a big ass tattoo of Jesse James' face from her ribcage ... DESPITE the end of their relationship.

Kat tells TMZ, "I love my tattoo" -- adding, "It's more than just a portrait, it has a lot of meaning."

FYI -- the tat is a school picture of Jesse ... from when he was in the FIFTH GRADE.

Kat -- whose show "L.A. Ink" premieres tonight on TLC -- also has a tattoo of another ex-BF somewhere on her body ... and she tells us, that's not going anywhere either.

Kat Von D says she had a DAMN good reason for walking off "Good Day L.A." this morning -- telling TMZ, she made one reasonable request ... and producers repeatedly BLEW HER OFF.

Kat tells us, she agreed to answer a question about her breakup from Jesse James on one condition -- that the anchor didn't mention the split in his introduction.

But according to Kat, that request was IGNORED -- and as we previously reported, anchor Jeff Michael read out an introduction that highlighted Kat and Jesse's breakup.

Kat says she saw what was on the teleprompter long before Jeff read it -- and even pulled a producer aside to have someone change the script ... but nothing happened.

According to Kat, she "very politely" informed them ... if it wasn't changed, she wouldn't be able to go on. But no one changed squat, so Kat beat it.

Later, during the show, the executive producer went on the air -- explaining Kat's only prior request was not to bring up Sandra Bullock or Michelle McGee ... a request "Good Day" honored.

Kat Von D walked off the set of "Good Day L.A." this morning ... minutes before she was set to give an interview -- and we're told, it was all because the anchor mentioned her breakup with Jesse James.

Sources on set tell TMZ, Kat was all set to give the interview -- but flipped out when she heard how she was introduced on the show ... and walked out of the building before the interview even started.

During the introduction, "Good Day" aired a clip from Kat's show "L.A. Ink" -- showing Kat getting a tattoo of Jesse James on her side -- and anchor Jeff Michael mentioned she got the tattoo before she and Jesse called it quits.

According to sources, Kat was pissed Michael even brought up her relationship with Jesse ... and stormed out of the building.

We're told Kat approved the Jesse James tattoo clip from her show -- and even got a heads up from "Good Day" producers that she would be asked about the breakup during the interview.

It's unclear what exactly went wrong -- but Kat just tweeted, "Dear GoodDayLA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning. Lack of compassion n respect for each other never fails to disappoint me."
