Scott Disick is a changed man thanks to rehab, and the Kardashians are loving it ... so much so, Kourtney has NOT completely closed the door on a reconciliation.

We're told Scott spent time with his kids and some of the Kardashians Wednesday night, and seemed like "a whole new him." Our source says he's been "amazing" since checking into rehab last month, and he gets a day off here and there to see his kids.

And get this, Kourtney might still be open to patching things up. We're told it would take a LONG time for Scott to prove himself again, but it's not officially over.

Shortly before he met up with the fam, Disick was looking healthy and refreshed around Malibu.

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose threw the "L" word around a lot when they reunited on the Sunset Strip ... and it sure looked like someone was catching feelings again.

The exes chopped it up outside 1 OAK after French Montana's birthday party, and anyone standing nearby might have thought the old spark was coming back. Especially when Amber started banging on Wiz's window, screaming about a chick in the SUV with him.

But the drama ended with a laugh, and while both talked to us about their "love" ... they also squashed any "getting back together" rumors. Amber was passionate about someone else -- a chick who yelled, "What a slut!"

Amber's response is awesome.

At least one of Derek Jeter's many MANY famous ex-girlfriends is thrilled for him now that he's engaged to Hannah Davis ... telling TMZ Sports, "He's living his dream."

We spoke with model Vida Guerra -- who dated Jeter way before Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba -- who tells us she's genuinely happy #2 found his #1.

"He said once he retired he wanted to get married .... so he's living his dream. Congratulations to him."

Question is ... is Vida jealous that Hannah got the rock and not her???

Miranda Lambert's 32nd birthday is all rainbows and unicorns -- well, she's got the hard part of that done, anyway.

Miranda's pals helped her shake off a rough year -- y'know divorce and such -- and showed up at her home in Nashville to slap a horn and some paint on her horse named Sophie.

Not sure if Sophie appreciated it, but at least it looks like Miranda's having a good day.

Iron Chef Cat Cora's marriage to wife Jennifer Cora has disintegrated and all signs point to a bitter custody struggle over their 4 kids.

TMZ has obtained the dueling divorce docs ... both women filed on the same day, with Jennifer requesting full physical custody of their kids. Cat is asking for joint physical custody.

The two have been married since 2013 and have four sons together -- 3 of whom Jennifer gave birth to and 1 who was carried by Cat.

Cat's been the breadwinner, which is probably why Jennifer's asking for spousal support.

Cat's had her share of problems, most notably getting busted for DUI in June 2012.

Cat's been a food force for a long time ... she's one of the original American Iron Chefs, and she operates 4 restaurants.

Cat was most recently a guest judge on "Cutthroat Kitchen."

Karrueche Tran is the prototype of post-rapper breakup success ... which is why Rick Ross' ex Lira Galore has reached out to Tran's camp for an instruction manual.

Sources close to Lira tell us she met with Karrueche's manager, Jacob York, this week in Atlanta to see if he could provide career guidance. Lira -- whose engagement with Ross ended last week -- was impressed with how Karrueche remained relevant after her breakup with Chris Brown.

It was a nice little run, but Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas are done -- they're breaking up.

TMZ confirmed the couple formerly known as G.I. Joe decided to call it quits after what amounts to an extended summer fling. A source close to the couple tells us it was all about their schedules. Joe wanted to focus on his new group DNCE ... which is just kicking off a new tour.

And of course, Gigi is busy being one of the hottest models in the world.

They were last seen out on Oct. 25 in West Hollywood (not looking thrilled), and the fact they weren't together for Halloween, and Gigi was solo at Kendall Jenner's party ... shows the split's been in the works.

It's particularly bad timing for Joe, since he could've had a front row seat when Gigi walks the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" next week.

Rick Ross and Lira Galore have called off their engagement, less than 2 months after making the leap.

We're told they had a major blowout, although it's unclear what it was about -- but it was serious enough that Lira moved her stuff out of Rozay's Georgia mansion.

Ross spontaneously popped the question back in mid-September while they were jewelry shopping in New York. They'd only been dating a few months at that point.

As for the giant 11 carat, $350k rock he gave Lira ... so far there's been no discussion on whether she'll return it. She still had it on her ring finger in a photo she posted a day ago.

The good news for Rick -- legally speaking, the ring is a gift in contemplation of marriage. Translation: Lira gotta give it back.

9:20 AM PT -- Miles addressed the alleged assault on his Instagram Monday morning saying, "Woke up this morning to more gossip, slander and lies ... I've never put my hands on anyone ..."

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Miles Brock was arrested Halloween night after allegedly attacking ex-BF Milan Christopher who's also on the show.

Law enforcement tells us Milan went to NYPD cops Friday night, claiming he and Miles ended up at the same party, they started arguing and Miles slugged him in the face.

Milan filed a police report and the next night Milan tracked Miles down in Times Square, found a cop and pointed Miles out. The cop cuffed Miles and placed him under arrest for assault.

Khloe Kardashian is NOT disconnecting from James Harden -- reportedly leaving Lamar Odom's bedside to go to James' basketball game this week.

Khloe was spotted in Houston at the Rockets game earlier this week, according to multiple reports.

As we first reported, Khloe has told people she's putting her relationship with Harden on hold temporarily while she focuses on aiding Odom in his recovery.

But it sure looks like the relationship with Harden is far from over because flying out to the game clearly shows there's still something there.

Khloe has said she withdrew the divorce because of "medical issues" -- including insurance. But the question now is ... if she's back with Harden, will she refile the divorce once Odom recovers?

Halle surfaced Thursday afternoon for the first time since filing for divorce from French hubby Olivier Martinez.

So where was the "Extant" star headed? ... Starbucks? Pick up her kids? Divorce lawyer?

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ Future's actions speak louder than his "I'm single" tweet, since she's with him every weekend. Yes, she thinks Future's announcement was a low-blow, but she still considers him "her man."

Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Halle cited irreconcilable differences. As for money, we're told it's not an issue because the couple had a prenup.

A source close to the couple tells us, "They have a personality difference." And the incident at LAX, where Olivier hit a guy with a car seat, exacerbated their conflicts. Olivier got sued for the incident last week and our sources say the couple argued about the suit, and it became a breaking point.

One source tells us the 2 year marriage went into a tailspin a week ago ... to the point each of them had it with the marriage, but Halle filed first.

Another source said, "They're just very, very different people. He's a very macho guy, and things just didn't jive."

The couple issued a joint statement ... "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period."

They have one child together, Maceo, who is 2 years old. Halle also has a daughter, Nahla, from a previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

Our sources say Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, but rather what is in "the best interests of the child."

We're told the expectation on Halle's part is for a quick, non-contentious divorce.

With nothing left to hide ... Morena Baccarin and Benjamin McKenzie are getting kinda touchy on the NYC set of "Gotham."

Even when cameras weren't rolling Thursday, Ben slipped in a little PDA with his baby mama.

Morena was wearing a baggy coat and scarf as they waited to shoot a scene ... so it doesn't look like they're working the pregnancy into a "Gotham" plotline.
