Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are well on their way to finalizing their divorce, with only a few more details to hammer out, and we've got their full filings to check out.

TMZ broke the story, Ariana filed for divorce from Gomez Monday, and he filed his response almost immediately. Our sources said Ariana and Dalton have been super cordial through their divorce proceedings, working with care and respect behind the scenes to make sure most things were sorted out before actually filing the documents.

Ariana notes the two have a prenup in her filing, writing, "There are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties' Prenuptial Agreement."

Dalton's response filing almost totally mirrors Ariana's divorce docs -- both listing their date of separation as February 20, 2023.

As we first told you, even though there's a prenup in place, Ariana will still cut Dalton some sort of cash check ... but it won't be a crazy amount.

Anthony Anderson will fork over $20,000 every month to his ex-wife, Alvina Stewart, per his divorce judgment, but he could be paying even more, depending on how his career's going.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Anthony will pay the $20k as a base amount, and that number will go up if his gross annual earnings go over $2 million. In that case, he'll pay an additional 20% of his income.

In other words, the more Anthony makes, the more he's gotta shell out to Alvina -- that's how spousal support works -- but he's not walking out of the marriage empty-handed.

The docs say Anthony gets to keep their property in Encino, CA, and a 2004 Land Rover -- she gets the 2022 Mazda and their place in Houston. They also have a cemetery plot at Inglewood Park Cemetery, which they'll be selling and splitting the proceeds. RIP to that deal.

Lastly, the docs say there's a glock-19 firearm that's registered to Alvina but currently in Anthony's possession -- and he'll have to return that to law enforcement within the next 30 days.

Here, Sophie is front and center as Taylor's big guest ... and while they hugged inside before sitting down for their meal -- their walkout together is even more telling.

Check it out ... ST and TS were literally linking arms like a couple of school girls as they strolled outside and faced a massive pap crush -- which was snapping away. Sophie's outfit here isn't lost on anyone either ... she's looking pretty hot.

Obviously, this is a big deal 'cause Sophie is in the middle of a divorce with Joe -- and Taylor, of course, used to date the Jo bro way back when too. So, they're both past loves.

It also appears Sophie's back in the States after recently filming her new show.

We know Joe and his brothers are on tour right now -- hitting up different venues all over the country -- and according to Joe ... he's been the primary caretaker for his and Sophie's 2 young children of late. Now that mom's back, though ... we'll see if that remains the case.

Jaime King and Kyle Newman have finally settled their long and bitter divorce, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former couple signed off on the settlement Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court. Details have not been made public.

This is good news for Jaime and Kyle ... the two have been battling over child custody and spousal support since Jaime filed for divorce in May 2020.

Their legal fight got so ugly Kyle accused Jaime of being an alcoholic and opioid addict ... allegations she denied. Jamie, on the other hand, requested a restraining order to keep Kyle away from her and their kids. But, the judge ultimately ruled their 2 sons could continue to see their father.

Kyle has also accused the actress of failing to pay the base amount of child and spousal support. As we reported, Jaime became the breadwinner after Kyle put his writing and filmmaking career on hold to take care of the children during their 12-year marriage.

Joe Exotic and his fiancé, Seth Posey, have called it quits ... telling us the decision was mutual.

The 'Tiger King' recently sent us a letter, saying he just wasn't getting enough support from Seth to help him get sprung from prison, while also claiming Seth could no longer take the public pressure of dating such a famous figure.

In the one-page letter, Joe gave Seth props for speaking with him by phone for the last 2 years and helping him "mentally fight cancer." Joe also wished Seth and his "amazing" mom all the best in the future.

But, Joe had one more surprise, teasing that he has a new beau ... "Someone older, much more mature and supportive will be a huge part of my life soon."

As you know ... Joe has been a dude magnet in federal prison ever since he was convicted in 2020 for a murder-for-hire scheme and sentenced to 22 years.

After his split from Dillon Passage in 2021, Joe held an online 'Bachelor King' competition, accepting applications to be his new boyfriend. Seth applied and became the lucky winner, but the two broke up and then got back together. In between, Joe briefly dated fellow inmate John Graham, who cut off the relationship after he was released from prison.

Then there's Joe's very public battle with prostate cancer, which has complicated matters. As we reported in February ... Joe didn't think he had much time left on this Earth so he signed a will, leaving everything he had to Seth.

Bijou Phillips has made the decision to end her marriage with Danny Masterson, less than two weeks after he got 30 years to life for rape.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bijou filed to end things Monday in a California court. Her attorney, Peter A. Lauzon, tells TMZ, "Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter."

He continues, "This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter."

Bijou stood by Masterson throughout his rape trial and re-trial ... even accompanying him at his sentencing hearing.

Danny was convicted on two counts of rape in May, but the jury was hung on the 3rd count. He was first charged back in 2020, with the 3 women saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003.

Bijou and Danny have one daughter together, born in 2014 ... and reports stated Bijou was devastated after his sentencing. In a letter used as a character reference in his sentencing hearing, Bijou called Danny, "a life-saving partner to me.”

As we reported, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis received a ton of heat for letters of support they wrote for Masterson, speaking to his character and their friendship with the actor. Both issued an apology in the wake of the backlash, and Ashton stepped down from his position within the anti-child sex abuse org he co-founded.

In it, Bijou said he was a "live-saving" man who spent his time during his rape allegations farming to help support his family -- and pointed out the ways he helped young actors stay away from the dark side of fame -- another thing Ashton and Mila noted in their letters.

She also said she still couldn't accept that he raped 2 women ... something he was found guilty of months before.

Bijou reportedly let out a wail in the courtroom when he was found guilty back in May ... Judge Olmedo had to tell her to keep her composure or step out of the courtroom.

As improbable as a settlement seemed, there were signs it might happen. As we reported, Kevin's legal team, headed up by disso queen Laura Wasser, won a series of legal skirmishes, particularly in the child support department. Wasser submitted paperwork to the court saying Kevin's monthly obligation should be $63k a month. Christine wanted $248k a month, and after a 2-day evidentiary hearing in Santa Barbara earlier this month, Judge Thomas Anderle sided with Kevin.

The judge also made it pretty clear ... the prenup would be enforced, and if Christine challenged it she would have to repay Kevin more than $1 million and pay his attorney's fees for the prenup fight. Apparently, Christine saw the handwriting on the wall and agreed over the weekend to the terms of a 3-page settlement letter.

The 2 were married for 18 years and had 3 kids together. Christine filed for divorce back in May and asked for joint custody. Kevin also asked for joint custody. We don't know the details of the settlement, but it looks like Christine's $850,000 fee request is off the table.

Although the prenup is enforceable, our sources say Christine got more than what was prescribed in the doc ... for the sake of settlement.
