Alec Baldwin swung back at wife Kim Basinger, slamming "certain people" who he says, "will go to any lengths to embarass [sic] me and to disrupt my relationship with my daughter."

In a statement on his website alecbaldwin.com, Baldwin apologizes for "losing my temper" but is "equally sorry that a court order was violated," and maintains that despite his now-public tirade he has friends and "respect from people I work with," and what he claims to be "a normal relationship" with daughter Ireland. Here's the statement in full:

Thank you to everyone who has posted messages of suppport and understanding. Naturally, it is not best for a parent to lose their temper with their child. Everyone who knows me privately knows that I have endured a great deal over the last several years in my custody litigation. Everyone who knows me privately knows that certain people will go to any lengths to embarass me and to disrupt my relationship with my daughter.

In such public cases, your opponents attempt to take a picture of you on your worst day and insist that this is who you are as a person. Outside the doors of divorce court, I have friends, I have respect from people I work with and I have a normal relationship with my daughter. All of that is threatened whenever one enters a court room.

Although I have been told by numerous people not to worry too much, as all parents lose their patience with their kids, I am most saddened that this was released to the media because of what it does to a child. I'm sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I have been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now. You have to go through this to understand. (Although I hope you never do.) I am sorry for what happened. But I am equally sorry that a court order was violated, which had deliberately been put under seal in this case.

Once my book is published, I'm sure more people will understand the incredible strains created by parental alienation.

Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora have officially finalized their divorce, this according to People magazine. They are now free to marry each other's best friends, if they want to. Or even David Spade.

Lawyers for the former couple met with a judge on Wednesday, according to a mag source, and finished working out all the details of their split, which was filed more than a year ago, in February 2006. No details were given as to the specifics of money or child custody.

Spears, who hasn't been seen near a drink since first entering rehab in late February, partied it up at swanky Bridge Restaurant and Lounge. She stayed just 30 minutes and made a quick exit.

As TMZ first reported, Spears reached a settlement with K-Fed earlier in the day. The divorce will soon become final.

Shanna made an appearance at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace to support Barkers Famous Stars and Straps Fashion Showcase. When the MTV reality couple first called it quits, the bullets were flying, but now it appears the only exchange is saliva.

We contacted Shanna's reps and were told "No comment."

Paul McCartney's estranged wife went crazy on a photographer in London yesterday by screaming and yelling -- even going so far as to kick the cameraman -- all while videotaping the incident herself!

It's not clear what set the former model off balance, but her freakout might land her in yet another lawsuit. Rumors have it that she and Paul are close to a $50 million settlement in their nasty split.

Actor David Faustino, aka Bud Bundy from the classic TV show, "Married with Children," is pulling the plug on his marriage to Andrea Elmer, and he's asking the judge to make sure she doesn't get any of his stuff.

In the divorce papers obtained by TMZ, Faustino asks for "all property acquired during the marriage ... be kept as his sole and separate property." Faustino blames the

split on "irreconcilable differences."

Sandra Oh is legally on the market again. But, there are still strings attached to her divorce.

TMZ has obtained a copy of Oh's official divorce decree, which was entered on December 21 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star married Alexander Payne, the director of "Sideways," back in 2003. Oh filed for divorce in April, 2005.

According to legal documents, the couple has not resolved financial differences. Court papers reveal that they must still resolve six money matters, including who gets what when it comes to pension and retirement funds.

Oh's lawyers filed a declaration explaining that the couple wanted the divorce decree this year, in order to file separate tax returns.

No word on why it has taken a year and a half to seal the deal on this split -- and it's still not over.

Far from the blonde bombshell we're used to seeing, Pam was caught by snappers on a very bad day -- the day she claims her marriage with Kid Rock hit the skids.

While Kid claims the couple didn't go their separate ways until five days later, the look on Pam's face tells a different story.

The former lovebirds were spotted all over L.A. yesterday; first at Fred Segal clothing store with their two kids, then later that night breaking bread (instead of necks) at celeb eatery Mr. Chow, which the two exited all smiles before jumping into the same car and heading into the tattooed night.

Could this signify the end of a most ruthless and entertaining celebrity breakup? Only time, and their MySpace pages, will tell.

Travis Barker is keeping the fight with estranged wife Shanna Moakler alive.

TMZ spotted the former Blink-182 drummer at a Beverly Hills party Friday night, where he was asked to comment about Moakler's claim that Paris Hilton has herpes. His response: "That's purely Shanna being jealous of Paris. Always has and always will be."

Cameras caught Moakler last week after the "Dancing with the Stars" finale, telling photogs to "tell her [Paris] to take her Valtrex," amid rumors that Paris and Travis have hooked up since their split.

Glad to see everyone's being civil.

Britney's back, and the newest bachelorette is popping up (and out) everywhere. It started with her drive-by appearance on Letterman on the night before filing divorce papers. The very next night, she was caught at a New York City Gap store shopping for cotton thong panties and clothes for an evening of ice skating at Rockefeller Center with an old friend ...

That old friend was her former manager, Larry Rudolph, the man who transformed Britney from former Mouseketeer into America's reigning Pop Princess. His relationship with Brit was solid until K-Fed came along. Kevin reportedly had a problem with Larry, and Brit chose Fed over Rudolph. Just one night after she left K-Fed, she reunited with Rudolph; it appears they were in talks before Brit's split.

Now, old television commercials for Britney's fragrances have begun popping up in time for the holidays, and rumors of musical collaborations with the likes of Pharrell, and a surprise appearance at last night's AMAs, are signs that the hard-working Britney Spears is definitely back. One thing she's retained from her K-Fed days; that awful gum-chewing. At least she tucked her gum to one side of her mouth while she presented the AMA to Mary J. Blige. Classy.

Meanwhile, there are rumors of a surprise superstar appearance at Los Angeles radio station 102.7 KIIS FM's annual concert, Jingle Ball. Our guess: It's gonna be Brit.

Chris Robinson has filed for divorce from his wife of nearly six years, actress Kate Hudson.

Powerhouse disso-queen lawyer Laura Wasser filed papers Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Robinson's behalf, citing "irreconcilable differences." The couple, who married in December of 2000, has a two-year-old son named Ryder. Robinson is seeking joint custody. As for financial matters, TMZ has learned the couple has a prenup and that Robinson is not seeking spousal support.

Robinson and Hudson announced their separation back in August 2006. At the time, rumors swirled that Hudson was romantically involved with her "You, Me, and Dupree" co-star, Owen Wilson. Both Hudson and Wilson have denied that they're an item.

Robinson's lawyer, Laura Wasser, is also repping Britney Spears in her divorce from Kevin Federline.

Chris Rock and wife Malaak Compton-Rock were seen together last night at the Living Legends Foundation 13th Annual Dinner. The couple arrived arm in arm, which begs the question: Are they working on a reconciliation? As TMZ was first to report two weeks ago, Chris began divorce proceedings against his wife on November 3.

Rock, who referred to getting married as "shooting yourself in the head," may just be pulling the trigger again. Sources close to the couple tell TMZ that papers were never actually filed and it looks like the Rocks have iced their issues.

While Chris' rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, would not comment on his personal life, she did confirm to TMZ that both Chris and Malaak will be together in Vegas this weekend at The Comedy Festival, where Rock will be given 'The Comedian' award. Contrary to published reports, Chris is not performing. He is only attending the Festival to accept the honor.

It's been a grueling year for celebrity relationships, and as we reach TMZ's one-year anniversary, we'd like to take a moment to remember the Tinseltown relationships that didn't make it through the year. This year's breakups have been some of the messiest, saddest and most shocking splits to hit La La Land.

Most recently Britney Spears won back millions of fans by ditching her dead beat husband Kevin Federline. Britney filed for divorce this week in Los Angeles citing "irreconcilable differences," but most people blame K-Fed's embarrassing attempt at a rap album, bad hygiene and constant partying. The burning question -- how much dough will Federline dance away with?

Britney wasn't the only pop sensation to say "I don't" this year. Former "Newlyweds" Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey announced their split in November, 2005. The two didn't have a pre-nup. In the end, they settled out of court, and Nick walked away with a lot less from Jess, sans stress.

As the super-sexy almost-single mom strolled into a NYC Gap store last night, she didn't appear to be bothered by a huge scrolling electronic sign behind her, flashing the headline; "Britney Spears Filed for Divorce." Her smile has more wattage than the sign!

Spears can be seen at the table, wiping away tears and talking to a man who appears to be her bodyguard. Britney then shows the man a new red dress with a tag on it, leaves the table and returns in the dress!

As TMZ first reported, whatshisname didn't know that Spears was filing for divorce. According to court papers filed yesterday, Spears is asking for both legal and physical custody of one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights. Er, when he shows up, of course.
