Rodney Mullen Freestyling Again ... After Filing For Divorce
Skating pioneer Rodney Mullen is about to put his focus back on freestyling ... the "Godfather of Street Skating" has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years.
Rodney and Traci Mullen were married in April of 2000, and have no kids. They signed a prenup a month before the wedding according to divorce docs ... and Rodney wants it enforced -- in particular, the section that frees him from paying spousal support.
Rodney cites irreconcilable differences for the split.
If you've seen kids doing tricks involving kicking and flipping their boards around on the street or at the skatepark, you've seen Mullen's influence -- he either invented them or had them improved upon during his '80s heyday.

Demi to Ashton What's Mine is Mine ... What's Yours Is Mine!
Demi Moore has been like a heat-seeking missile ... squarely aimed at the bank of Ashton Kutcher ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.
Our sources say Demi -- who ironically is richer than Ashton -- has demanded spousal support from Ashton. It's particularly surprising because we're told Demi recently got around $15 million belatedly from ex-hubby Bruce Willis in connection with their divorce. If the case doesn't settle it's virtually certain a judge would reject Demi's spousal support claim.
Sources say Demi wants Ashton to help pay for the renovations to her New York apartment ... something he's unwilling to do. BTW ... we're told the apartment (in the ritzy San Remo building) is worth somewhere between $25 mil and $40 mil!
There are other sticking points. We're told Demi is upset because Ashton got involved in an online business and she feels entitled to part of it. Problem is ... he got involved AFTER they split, so it's almost certainly his separate property.
Our sources say Ashton is willing to give Demi something to end the battle ... the question is how much? Demi scored big in her divorce from Bruce Willis -- getting a reported $90 million. Her net worth is estimated at $150 million. Ashton's reportedly $10 million behind her.
In the end, our sources say Demi is backing off a bunch of her demands and the case could settle as early as next month.

Puddle of Mudd Singer ARRESTED Accused of Battering Ex-Wife
Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin was arrested in L.A. last night after cops say he roughed up his ex-wife in front of several witnesses ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... police were called to a business in West Hollywood around 3:30 pm after someone reported Scantlin shook his ex-wife and then tried to drag her by the arm or the shirt.
When cops arrived ... we're told deputies spoke with witnesses and the victim -- and decided to arrest Scantlin for domestic violence.
We're told Scantlin was extremely uncooperative during the arrest -- one source tells us, "He was very mouthy."
Sources tell us Scantlin -- who penned the hits "She Hates Me" and "Blurry" -- is currently in custody and bail has been set at $20,000.
It's been a rough month for Scantlin, who was arrested on May 7 on warrants stemming from his cocaine case.

Michael Lohan Pays Massive Delinquent Child Support Bill
Michael Lohan is no longer a deadbeat dad -- not that he's an upstanding one mind you, but at least he's current on his child support.
We got proof he just paid ex-wife Dina Lohan $30,422 in back child support.
And here's how he got there. Michael was ordered to pay $1,500 per month for his minor children ... but he didn't, so the bill ballooned over the years.
FYI, only one of the Lohan kids -- 16-year-old Cody -- is still underage. It's likely the back child support also covers the time when Lindsay's lil' sister Ali was a minor (she's 19 now).
Michael paid just in the nick of time ... Dina went to court last month, asking a judge to hold Michael in contempt ... but Michael apparently beat the judge to the punch by cutting the check.
Michael tells TMZ, "I admit I withheld part of [Cody's] child support because I was angry about certain things that were happening ... I was wrong and I'm making things right with Dina and my children."
As for Dina ... she says she's grateful, but needs to know he'll keep paying until Cody becomes an adult.

Terrence Howard Nasty Divorce War Over Ex-Wife Gets Bicycle
The dust has FINALLY settled in Terrence Howard's bitter divorce -- a judge finalized the split this week, TMZ has learned ... and the "Red Tails" actor made off like a bandit in the property settlement.
According to the divorce order obtained by TMZ, Terrence gets the lion's share of marital property -- including both houses in Pennsylvania and all 25 of his bank accounts.
And the embarrassing part ... Terrence's ex Michelle Ghent has been ordered to return the actor's 2011 Range Rover. (She gets to keep her bike ... and a BMW).
Terrence was ordered to pay Michelle $5,800 a month in spousal support for the next three years -- not a huge sum for someone of Terrence's means. Bottom line: He scored big.
You'll recall, Michelle filed for divorce in February 2011 -- a year after their wedding -- and the split was nasty ... with Michelle accusing Terrence of viciously beating her ... and Terrence accusing her of being a disgusting racist.
On a lighter note ... here's Terrence talking about Oprah's "tig ol' bitties."

Porsha Williams My Divorce Is 100% REAL ... But I Wish It Wasn't
Porsha Williams says her divorce from former NFL star Kordell Stewart is ABSOLUTELY NOT a publicity stunt or a contrived plotline for "Real Housewives" ... but she wishes it was.
After TMZ broke the story that Kordell pulled the plug on the marriage back in March ... several media outlets called B.S. on the split, claiming it was a cheap P.R. stunt concocted in the hopes they would stay on the show for another season.
But Porsha's rep tells us ... the notion of a phony divorce is "absolutely ridiculous" ... explaining, "Given everything this abrupt divorce filing has put her through in the public, [Porsha] would never bring something like this on herself, especially with them having a child in the house."
The rep adds, "[Porsha] wishes things could have been different [with Kordell] but that simply is not possible.”
We also spoke with Porsha's attorney, Randy Kessler, who says the two sides are trying to keep the split amicable and are working on reaching a separation agreement as quickly as possible.
The two were married in 2011 and have no children together ... but Kordell has a son from a previous relationship.

'Suburgatory' Star Jane Levy Divorcing After 7-Month Stealth Marriage
"Suburgatory" star Jane Levy plays a moody teen on TV, but in real life she's about to be a 23-year-old divorcee ... ending a marriage that lasted all of 7 months -- and no one seemed to know about.
Jane -- who shot to fame in the last two years with her hit show on ABC -- filed for divorce from actor Jaime Freitas on April 16, citing irreconcilable differences.
They married in March 2011 and were separated by October of that year ... they just didn't pull the trigger on a divorce. We're told the breakup was amicable.
Levy's filing indicates she doesn't want to pay spousal support to Freitas -- whose career isn't quite at her level. We're not familiar with a lot of his stuff ... then again, we don't watch a lot of foreign flicks.
Funny thing is ... they kept the marriage pretty quiet, as there's virtually nothing out there about the couple.
Except for this video they made together back in 2010 ... which is pretty weird.

'My Fair Wedding' Host Allegations of Sex Addiction ... Prostitutes
David Tutera -- host of "My Fair Wedding" -- is a hardcore sex addict ... and his penchant for hookers destroyed his relationship with his husband ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.
We broke the story ... David (pictured above left) filed documents to end his 10 year domestic partnership with his longtime partner Ryan Jurica. The couple is expecting a surrogate to give birth to twins for them in July.
Now, TMZ has learned ... TWO DAYS before David filed his docs in L.A., Jurica filed legal docs of his own in Connecticut hoping to end the civil union -- and the papers contain some explosive allegations.
In the docs, Jurica blames David's uncontrollable sexual appetite for the destruction of their relationship -- claiming, "After repeated attempts at marriage counseling and therapy, we have been unable to save our relationship due to [David's] addiction to sex."
Jurica continues in the docs, "[David] has engaged in a pattern of hiring sex escorts and prostitutes to support his addiction."
Jurica says David refuses to seek help for his hooker addiction.
There's more ... in the docs, Jurica also demands full custody of their unborn kids. David also filed a request for full custody in the legal docs filed in L.A..
Jurica also says David makes all the money in their relationship -- more than $1 mil per year -- and he needs money to survive (house payment, car payment, etc).
In the docs, filed by Jurica's lawyer Bettina D. Hindin, Jurica also says ... David was the one who broke up with him ... and he took it so hard, he went into a downward spiral and checked himself into an in-patient alcohol rehabilitation center.
TMZ did some digging and learned Jurica has been arrested twice in the past 5 months -- once for DWI and once for public intoxication.
8:30 PM PT -- David just released a statement to TMZ, calling the allegations baseless and untrue. He tells us, "I am saddened by these developments; I am angered by the lies; and I am committed to moving beyond this painful moment to focus on my professional commitments and the upcoming birth of my children."

Translation -- the media's gonna be all over your ass again ... so, govern yourself accordingly.
We're told Kerr appreciated the heads-up ... considering she was Aldean's kissing partner on the night he cheated on his wife back in Sept.
Since the warning, Brittany's been laying low -- shutting down her social media pages and staying out of the public eye.
It's not clear whether Aldean and Kerr have communicated since … or whether their relationship has a future.

"My Fair Wedding" host David Tutera is breaking up with his "husband" after a 10-year "marriage" ... and a war is brewing over the couple's unborn children ... TMZ has learned.
So why all the "quotes?"
Tutera and his longtime partner Ryan Jurica had a big wedding ceremony in Vermont back in 2003 ... but since they live in California (where gay marriage is not recognized) they filed for a domestic partnership.
But now, the relationship is OVER ... at least according to legal docs filed by David, seeking to end the domestic partnership because of "irreconcilable differences."
Here's the twist -- according to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, a surrogate is set to give birth to TWINS for the couple ... and she's due in July.
David wants full legal and physical custody of the kids ... and only wants to give Ryan visitation.
He also doesn't want to pay a nickel in spousal support, but wants Ryan to foot the bill for all legal fees related to the split.

But there are a number of unresolved issues ... although they signed a prenup in 2010, we've learned the division of property is still being negotiated. Ditto on child custody, child support and spousal support.
The judge set a deadline for Bethenny and Jason to agree on a parenting plan -- May 24th.
One other thing ... They're still haggling over a computer that Jason wants Bethenny to return.
Don't they know they can buy one at Best Buy for less than $500?

The problems began for Aldean when he was pictured kissing Season 11 "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr on the Sunset Strip in September while he was in L.A. for a concert.
Aldean and Ussery initially tried to patch things up -- and they even walked a red carpet side-by-side back in November ... but clearly, that didn't work out.
