Chris Rock is officially single, after paying a visit to a New Jersey courthouse ... TMZ has learned.

Chris and now ex-wife Malaak both appeared Monday before a judge, finalizing their divorce.

The couple married in 1996 and have 2 kids, ages 12 and 14.

As we reported, there's a third child ... and the circumstances of how she became part of the family are shrouded in mystery. 8-year-old Ntombi was only 6 months old when she began living with the Rock family. Ntombi is from South Africa and the daughter of poor street peddlers.

Ntombi was never adopted and Chris maintained she was not his daughter. He has been in regular contact with his 2 kids since the couple separated in 2014, but has not seen Ntombi.

We don't know the terms of the settlement ... the case is sealed. It's unclear what, if anything, Chris is paying by way of child support ... particularly in the case of Ntombi.

We made repeated calls to Chris' rep, Leslie Sloane, but the calls were not returned.

The guy who's trying to dump Neverland Ranch from his books just got dumped himself ... his wife is calling it quits.

Thomas Barrack got slapped with divorce docs. His wife, Rachelle, cites the usual irreconcilable differences for walking away from their two-year marriage. She's asking for physical custody of their kids -- ages 5 and 2 -- plus spousal support.

Here's the kicker -- they still need to hash out who gets what ... potentially Neverland Ranch itself, if it doesn't sell.

They could just split the rides and the zoo animals down the middle ... but something tells us that would get messy.

Master P's got his kids doing the dirty work for him in his divorce case -- penning emotional letters to convince a judge to reduce his monthly support payments to his ex, Sonya Miller.

In new docs, Master P says his 3 minor kids stay with him full time because their mother's drug addiction makes it impossible for her to care for them. That's why he wants to slash the $10,473 in child support and $16,574 in spousal support that he's currently paying.

The kids -- Hercy, Mercy and Itali -- all wrote letters, submitted to the court, testifying they're better off for living with their dad.

17-year-old daughter Itali made the most compelling case ... writing, "Although I love being with my mom I was unable to keep my grades up. Unfortunately, my mom was dealing with addiction issues that affected my older sister, who hasn't even had the opportunity to graduate high school" ... even though she's 19.

Itali says she's trying to avoid the same fate.

Robert Griffin III is telling friends ... his wife was NOT blindsided by his decision to pursue a divorce -- insisting their marriage has been on the rocks for two years.

But it begs the question ... why would the couple then buy a house TOGETHER in April?

Amber Heard is giving ALL of her Johnny Depp divorce settlement money to 2 charities.

Amber confirmed what TMZ first reported ... the settlement amount is $7 million, and she tells us, "The donation will be divided equally between the ACLU, with a particular focus to stop violence against women, and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, where I have worked as a volunteer for the past 10 years."

Amber's also reiterating what she and Johnny said in their joint statement -- that the divorce wasn't about financial gain. She says, "Money played no role for me personally and never has, except to the extent that I could donate it to charity and, in doing so, hopefully help those less able to defend themselves."

Amber says she forfeited all residuals Johnny earned from movie deals he made during their 15-month marriage ... which she'd be entitled to because there was no prenup.

A rep for Children's Hospital thanked Heard and said, "her generosity will support the lifesaving treatments and cures that CHLA provides for critically ill children each year."

Amber added, "Hopefully this experience results in a positive change in the lives of people who need it the most."

Ed Hartwell denies Keshia Knight Pulliam's claims he's trying to kill their unborn kid ... and says she's the one who was mentally and emotionally abusive during their relationship.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, Ed says Keshia should be "ashamed" for saying he wants their baby dead, and thinks she's going over the top to make him look bad. He says Keshia's claims of his "deep-seated rage and uncontrollable anger" actually apply more to her.

TMZ broke the story ... last week Keshia said Ed was being abusive in an effort to kill their baby. She also said he was unstable and should be stripped of his guns. However, Ed says he's got no issues upstairs, and is more than capable of safely owning weapons.

Robert Griffin III and his wife have been separated for months -- after she found out he was dating a new woman ... and sources connected to the situation tell us she's absolutely devastated.

With his marriage apparently over, Robert Griffin III has already moved on ... 'cause he's getting VERY close with a smokin' hot new blonde and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Griffin is currently separated from his wife, Rebecca Liddicoat, (they have 1 child together) ... with a divorce in the works.

But over the past couple of weeks, he's been out in public with Grete Sadeiko -- a 23-year-old Estonian-born track and field athlete who currently attends Florida State University.

In fact, the two held hands on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame during a recent trip to L.A.

There's more ... Grete has also been posting thinly-veiled messages to the Cleveland Browns QB on Twitter (as pointed out by our friends at BSO) ... even referring to him as her "baby."

On August 12th, the Browns took on the Packers in a pre-season game. Grete tweeted, "Good luck to my baby tonight!!! And then hurry home."

She included an emoji of a dog (Browns reference) and a football.

Robert Griffin III's marriage is just about over ... the NFL star has separated from his wife and the two are in the process of filing for a divorce ... this according to Cleveland.com.

Amber Heard has dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition against Johnny Depp, because TMZ has learned the case has settled.

Amber and Johnny filed legal docs Tuesday in which Amber withdrew her request for a restraining order. She had alleged Johnny brutalized her on May 21 but now the case is over. She dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning she can never re-file it.

The divorce case, which was tied to the domestic violence petition, is also resolved. As we reported, our sources say Johnny agreed to pay Amber approximately $7 million to walk away ... that includes attorneys' fees ... at a point, $8 million was on the table, so she ended up with a mil less.

As we reported, Johnny's lawyers, Laura Wasser and Blair Berk, along with Amber's lawyers, Pierce O'Donnell and Samantha Spector, crafted a settlement after Amber was grilled Saturday during a deposition.

Amber and Johnny released a joint statement: "Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love..."

The statement goes on: "Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains." That's an interesting sentence, because it does not say neither party has made false statements.

And it goes on ... "There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm."

And it ends this way ... "Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity." She does not specify what percentage and which charity.

Johnny Depp could have saved the paint -- and the blood --- when he allegedly wrote the words "Billy Bob" with what was left of his finger on a mirror ... because Mr. Thornton says he never hooked up with Amber Heard.

TMZ broke the story ... Amber and her people claim in March, 2015 Johnny accidentally cut his fingertip off in the middle of an argument with Amber ... and did his artful handiwork on the mirror after accusing her of cheating with Billy Bob when they co-starred in the flick, "London Fields," which was set to be released in 2015.

Billy Bob tells us the cheating allegation is ridiculous ... "completely false."

Thornton says he never socialized with Amber off set, other than a cast dinner. Even on the set, he says he didn't hang with her ... he was mostly around members of the crew. He adds he didn't even have a friendship with the actress ... it was all professional, on the set, and that was it.

As for Johnny, even though they were on the same set, Billy Bob says they had no interaction ... did not even speak.

Billy Bob's been married to wife Connie Angland since 2014. He says he's talked to Connie about the story and assured her it was Johnny's fantasy.

Keyshawn Johnson's wife says her marriage to the ex-NFL star is OVER -- again -- and she's reigniting the divorce from the WR ... almost 2 years after they tied the knot.

Remember, Jennifer Conrad initially filed divorce docs just 7 months after their 2014 wedding -- but the couple reconciled and everything seemed like it was gonna work out.

Fast forward to Sunday night ... when Conrad -- who has 2 kids with Keyshawn -- was seemingly bragging about the fact she was pulling the plug again.

Here's what we know ... Conrad never pulled the divorce docs when the two reconciled last year -- but there hasn't been a hearing in the case since December.

Last night, Conrad was adamant she was going back to court to jump-start the proceedings.

The two have had a rocky relationship to say the least -- besides the multiple breakups, Keyshawn was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence for smashing her phone in 2014. But the charges were later dropped.

TMZ has learned there's a stalemate in the legal war between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp ... and it all has to do with a joint statement about what happened -- or didn't happen -- on May 21.

Sources connected with Amber tell TMZ, the sticking point is that Amber wants a joint statement in which Johnny admits he committed domestic violence. Our Amber sources say Johnny's people came back loud and clear -- he will NEVER sign a document in which he admits to domestic violence because he never committed it.

We've been reporting Amber demanded a phenomenal amount of money for their 15-month marriage ... the parties have settled on around $8 million, including lawyers' fees, but she wanted a lot more. Mind you -- all she'd be entitled to is half the earnings that were left after taxes and living expenses, and we're told they spent a lot of money together.

And we've learned Amber has hired a new lawyer to helm her case -- famed attorney Pierce O'Donnell, who recently repped Shelly Sterling in the Donald Sterling saga.

Johnny Depp accidentally cut off his fingertip in a fit of rage ... then dipped the stump in dark blue paint and wrote on the wall in paint and blood the name "Billy Bob" -- the actor with whom Johnny accused Amber Heard of cheating -- this according to Amber and her people.

TMZ has obtained this gruesome photo of Johnny's butchered finger -- WARNING ... EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO LOOK AT. It's an exhibit in her domestic violence case against Johnny.

We're told the incident went down in March of last year, just a month after Amber and Johnny married. They were in a villa in Australia when a fierce argument erupted.

According to Amber's version of events Johnny, who was drunk and high on ecstasy, smashed several bottles and windows and also slammed a plastic phone against the wall unit. She claims a piece of one of the items cut off a portion of the middle finger on his right hand.

Amber's version goes on ... she's a painter and had dark blue paint in the room. She claims Johnny dipped what remained of his forefinger in the paint and then used the gnarly digit to write various words on a mirror, including "Billy Bob" and "Easy Amber."

Amber had done a movie with Billy Bob Thornton and she claims Johnny accused the 2 of sleeping together -- something she strongly denied, adding he accused her of infidelity with other men as well.

Amber's people say Johnny didn't get medical help for nearly 24 hours, so doctors could not reattach the fingertip ... they used a flap from his hand to sew on a new tip.

Johnny Depp went crazy on Amber Heard in their kitchen, throwing a wine bottle and glass ... and she videotaped it.

We're told the video was shot months before the May 21 incident in which Amber claims Johnny struck her.

Amber asks Johnny if he drank a bottle of wine and tries to calm him down. She says she was sorry for something although she was not specific.

Johnny isn't having it, and appears out of control. After throwing the glass and bottle, you see him swiping at Amber's phone ... trying to get it from her.

Sources connected with Johnny tell TMZ ... the video is "heavily edited" and there are portions where Amber is seen smiling and egging him on. The sources add the video was a complete set up by Amber.

It's also likely the tape would not be admissible in court, partly because it's edited but more importantly because it appears he does not know he's being videotaped and she'd have to get his permission. We've learned, however, the tape is specifically entered in an exhibit in Amber's case.

Keshia Knight Pulliam says her estranged husband, Ed Hartwell, is so abusive, so violent, so diabolical ... he has plotted to kill their unborn child.

Keshia claims in divorce docs Ed "has been plotting to harm and obstruct [her] pregnancy" by engaging in "certain underhanded and unusual conduct" that would trigger a miscarriage.

Keshia, who is 5 months along, is not specific as to Ed's conduct, but she says he's engaged in "cruel treatment" which has adversely affected her pregnancy.

Keshia says in legal docs ... during their short marriage, Ed was constantly cursing, yelling and demeaning her. She says he also had affairs with multiple women, including a former baby mama.

And Keshia says she and Ed have multiple firearms ... she feels unsafe and wants an order forcing him to turn all the guns over to her. She's also asking the judge to order him to stay clear of her.

She wants the judge to order a mental evaluation.
