Congratulations, Corey Feldman -- you're the winner of the smallest celebrity divorce settlement we've seen this year.

According to court docs, Corey and his ex, Susannah -- who've been legally separated since 2009 -- just finalized their divorce ... and he'll be paying her $750 a month in child support for their 10-year-old son.

By comparison ... Charlie Sheen pays more than $100K a month to Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller -- and Eddie Murphy reportedly shells out $60K per month.

Also by comparison ... Corey Feldman hasn't had the success of Charlie or Eddie.

Susannah also gets the couple's 2002 Hyundai ... while he gets their 2001 Mercedes.

In the docs, Susannah agrees to give back the Feldman name, and return to her maiden name ... Sprague. We're guessing she agreed to that pretty quickly.

Neil Young is bailing on his wife after over 35 years of marriage, but he's not turning his back on their son ... an adult with special needs.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer filed to divorce singer-songwriter Pegi Young, citing irreconcilable differences. They got hitched back in 1978, and separated this past April.

In his divorce docs, Young makes no mention of paying Pegi alimony ... but says they've agreed that both will continue to support their adult son, Ben, who has cerebral palsy. (Neil actually has two adult kids with CP ... the other is from a previous relationship.)

It seems Nick Cannon is making his break-up with Mariah Carey official ... 'cause he appeared on "America's Got Talent" Tuesday night sans wedding ring.

Cannon was hosting a live episode of the show and his lack of wedding ring was extremely noticeable ... especially since he normally sports a pretty big sparkler.

We got Mariah out earlier this week ... and the 44-year old diva was also walking around without a wedding ring -- only she replaced the expensive hardware with her signature butterfly ring.

Paul Walker's mom has pulled the trigger on her 30-year marriage ... filing for divorce.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Cheryl Walker cites she's been separated from Paul Walker III for almost 12 years.

Sources connected with the couple tell us her decision to file has nothing to do with her son's death last year.

We're told they had a very bad, tumultuous marriage and the separation was anything but amicable.

Cheryl is asking for spousal support.

In terms of assets ... she listed a gun collection and a house.

Nick Cannon had that "single guy glow" Monday afternoon as he left his soon-to-be ex Mariah Carey's apartment in NYC.

But when the photog asked her to comment on her split from Nick, she pled the fifth ... citing the weather. FYI, it was only in the mid 80s in New York Monday.

Nick Cannon is the one who decided to bail on his marriage -- not Mariah -- sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Nick has made it clear to all involved ... he's deeply concerned about Mariah's emotional state and is ending the marriage for the well being of their kids. He believes the environment around Mariah is toxic and fears for his kids.

We're told Nick believes his kids have already shown signs of emotional upset living with Mariah.

Our sources say Nick's MO is simple ... he wants to create an environment separate from Mariah that gives the kids a safe haven from the "chaos" at her home.

Nick is also telling his people he's deeply concerned about Mariah's mental health and believes her people don't care about anything but her ability to make money and pay their salaries.

Mariah Carey has gagged Nick Cannon -- but not in a good way. He's not allowed to say boo about their divorce ... or else.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Nick and Mariah's lawyers hashed out a confidentiality agreement as part of their divorce ... and it's completely one-sided.

Nick is barred from saying anything about the split. If he does, there are severe financial penalties. But Mariah has the right under the agreement to announce the split on her terms.
