Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Divorce is a Done Deal

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have settled their divorce case ... TMZ has learned.

Paula filed legal docs Tuesday declaring they have reached a property settlement as well as a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old son Julian.

The terms of the settlement are private. There's an indication from the legal docs Paula is getting primary custody, but it's not spelled out specifically. They've also agreed on the terms of spousal and child support.

The divorce does NOT become final until April 14, 6 months after Paula filed. At that point they will be officially single, but now it's just a matter of time.

Robin Thicke Puts Paula Patton On Hot Seat ... In 'Blurred Lines' Lawsuit

Paula Patton could have Robin Thicke by the short hairs ... again -- she's being called to testify in the court battle over whether he ripped off "Blurred Lines" from Marvin Gaye.

According to court docs ... Robin's estranged wife is listed as a witness for the case which still looks like it's heading to trial. Marvin Gaye III and Robin have been warring over 'Blurred' and a handful of other Thicke tunes.

Paula is expected to testify about the 2011 song, "Love After War" ... which Gaye thinks copies Marvin's "After the Dance." Paula appeared in the 'Love' music video, and we're told she co-wrote it with Robin.

Going through a very public, painful, drawn out break-up with your ex -- and then calling her to testify on your behalf in a major legal battle ... seems like a recipe for disaster.

However, as TMZ first reported ... Robin actually went to a holiday party at Paula's house -- so maybe the dust has settled. We'll see, when and if she takes the oath.

One thing's for sure ... the video was freakin' hot!

Robin Thicke Merry Ex-Mas ... With Paula Patton

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton spent Christmas Eve partying together -- and even though they're not reuniting -- based on pics from the bash ... some of her family wishes they would.

Robin looked like the most popular guy at the holiday fest thrown at Paula's house -- and her cousin posted photos of the singer all buddy-buddy with everyone in the fam. Except Paula.

A source close to Robin tells us it was totally normal for Paula to invite Robin because of their kid, Julian. But c'mon -- look at the photos -- it's not normal for her family to show him so much love.

As for Thicke's current GF April Love Geary -- she was NOT his plus one at Paula's crib. There are limits to forgiveness. Even at Christmas.

Robin Thicke's 19-Year-Old GF Couldn't Wait to Get Naked

Robin Thicke's nude girlfriend likes being ... nude.

April Love Geary is only 19 ... she couldn't even do this legally until a year ago. Butt clearly she couldn't wait to bare arms, and legs and ...

We got our hands on modeling pics April took with famed photographer Neave Bozorgi, who has an eye for very hot young women.

It's unclear whether Robin saw the pics before he began dating April, but if he did, it's kinda like test driving a Porsche ... once you get behind the wheel, you just gotta have it.

Robin Thicke Hal-HO-ween Without Paula

Robin Thicke is clearly done trying to win his ex Paula Patton back ... because the dude rolled into a costume shop with 4 chicks and bought them all sexy outfits.

Thicke hit up Trashy Lingerie -- a supplier of celebrity undies -- and we're told he dropped $2,800 on his harem of hotties ... buying them skimpy greek bras and skirts for Halloween.

As you may recall ... Thicke went on a campaign to woo Paula Patton back into his life after they broke up -- but she filed for divorce anyway.

The single life ... it could be worse.

Robin Thicke I Was Too Wasted on Vicodin To Write 'Blurred Lines'

4:34 P.M. PDT -- Thicke's attorney Howard King tells TMZ ... “Robin's moment of personal vulnerability is being exploited in the hope of diverting attention from the obvious weakness of their legal claim.”

Robin Thicke was wasted on Vicodin and booze when he helped create "Blurred Lines" ... and that's his defense to allegedly ripping off Marvin Gaye.

Thicke sat for a deposition in the case where Gaye's family sued him for allegedly lifting Marvin's song, "Got to Give it Up."

The lawyer for Gaye's family asked Thicke if he was present when Pharrell created "Blurred Lines." Thicke responded, "I was high on Vicodin and alcohol when I showed up at the studio." He goes on to say he was so out of it he really wasn't involved in the creative process.

Thicke then kind of throws Pharrell under the bus in the depo, saying, "The reality is, is that Pharrell had the beat and he wrote almost every single part of the song."

Thicke has a problem ... he gave a GQ interview where he said, "Pharrell and I were in the studio and I told him that one of my favorite songs of all time was Marvin Gaye's 'Got to Give it Up.' I was like, 'Damn, we should make something like that, something with that groove.'"

Thicke had a great answer for his GQ interview, telling the lawyer, "With all due respect, I was high and drunk every time I did an interview last year."

In fact, Thicke said, "Every day, I woke up, I would take a Vicodin to start the day and then I would fill up a water bottle with vodka and drink it before and during my interviews."

Robin says he's now drug free, telling the Gaye family lawyer, "I've been sober for the last 2 months ... When your wife leaves you, it gives you good reason to sober up."

But here's the thing. Later in the depo Robin says he's sober in the sense he no longer pops Vicodins but he still drinks.

Robin Thicke Single Guy Parties Too Hard Gets Ticketed

Robin Thicke gave cops the same treatment Paula Patton's been giving him -- ignoring officers who asked him to stop blasting music on Labor Day ... and he ended up getting a ticket for it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the LAPD was called to Thicke's home in the Hollywood Hills late Monday night, into Tuesday morning, after neighbors complained about loud music.

We're told Thicke appeared to be drunk -- no big deal since he was partying at home -- but also had a "total disregard" for the cops. After agreeing to lower the volume, we're told Robin cranked it up again once the officers walked away. So they wrote him up for loud music.

A source close to Robin tells us he actually apologized to police.

We're told this was the 2nd night within the last week police went to Robin's house for noise complaints.

Paula who?

Paula Patton Now Accepting Applications

A freshly single Paula Patton re-emerged back out on the scene Monday night, hitting up Craig's in West Hollywood for a post-Emmys bash ... the first time she's been seen out since her break-up from Robin Thicke.

Don't get it twisted, just because she's single ... it doesn't mean you have a chance.

Robin Thicke From Blurred Lines to Grocery Lines

Robin Thicke is living that bachelor life now, which includes making a solo run to the grocery store Tuesday.

Robin went to the uber-expensive Bristol Farms in Bev Hills ... where 3 bags of groceries can really set you back. And, just like the rest of us, he succumbed to the temptation of tortilla chips.

DiGiorno frozen pizza? You know you want it!

Robin Thicke That's My Nanny, Stupid!

Robin Thicke was not cavorting with a chick on Lake Perris when he was supposed to be performing a concert ... he was with his son and his nanny.

There have been a slew of reports the chick might be Robin's new girl. But we've learned it's not. Robin, we're told, isn't dating anyone and has no interest in getting back on the saddle ... at least for now. He still wants Paula back ... but he knows it's probably not gonna happen.

As for why Thicke canceled his Indiana concert and hung out on the lake ... we're told he was having vocal issues, so he decided to make the most of a bad situation and spend time with his kid.

Can't fault a dad for that.

Robin Thicke Another Concert Canceled For the Beach

Robin Thicke went camping with his son and a mystery woman the same day he was supposed to be performing in Indiana ... and this isn't the first time it's happened.

What was termed a "scheduling conflict" was in actuality a personal day ... deja vu, because he did the same thing back in February when he cancelled 2 back-to-back concerts because of illness, but ended up at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA with his son.

R.T. fans better read that return policy pretty closely.

Robin Thicke My Marriage is Over

Robin Thicke is waving the white flag ... telling people in his camp his marriage to Paula Patton has collapsed.

Thicke certainly gave a strong sign the union is over by listing his L.A. home Monday. Paula has not lived in the house since their separation in February, after that grab-ass pic became public.

Sources connected with Robin tell TMZ ... an attorney is already working on a financial settlement -- separating assets.

Our sources say, however, neither side has hired a divorce lawyer.

Thicke is saying he will NOT be the one who files for divorce ... she'll have to do it. But he says he's done begging and is moving on.

Robin Thicke & Paula Patton House Up for Sale Can You Say, Final Nail?

If Robin Thicke's begging ever works, and he actually gets back together with Paula Patton -- they'll be living somewhere new -- their Bel Air home is officially on the market.

TMZ has confirmed the 3,158 square foot home was listed Monday with an asking price of $2,985,000.

It was originally purchased by Robin's dad, Alan Thicke back in 1990 for a paltry $910,000 -- though we're told Robin's name is now on the deed.

We're told neither Paula or Robin has officially moved out of the 2-story crib -- with awesome views over Sunset Blvd -- though we know they haven't slept under the same roof since separating in February.

The pad includes a recording studio where Robin may have worked on songs like "Blurred Lines," "Lost Without You," and "Get Her Back" -- which he obviously hasn't.

The question: If you're a newlywed couple looking for a house -- would you dare?

Robin Thicke I Haven't Seen Paula in Four Months!

All of Robin Thicke's on-stage begging and pleading hasn't worked ... because he says he hasn't seen his estranged wife Paula Patton in FOUR MONTHS!!!

Thicke -- who's made very public apologies at the Billboard Music Awards and the BET Awards -- was on "EBRO in the Morning" Tuesday on HOT 97 ... when he said he's been persona non grata with Paula for months now.

But sources connected to the ex-couple tell us that's not entirely true -- he and Paula have literally seen each other several times ... particularly when they hand off their son for visits.

So, maybe Robin's just looking for more sympathy -- but at the same time he admits Paula hasn't even heard most of his new album (which bears her name).

Sounds like it's time for a new approach.

Robin Thicke Gets Stoned

Robin Thicke re-upped his chakra security after visiting a gem store this week ... picking up a jumbo-sized crystal used for protection.

The singer dropped by Crystalarium in West Hollywood with 4-year-old son Julian Tuesday and snagged a 2 foot high chunk of Amethyst.

Spiritual sources tell us ... Thicke spent a few thousand bucks on the stone -- which is used for purification and protection ... as well as getting in touch with the higher consciousness.

Thicke has been making a full-court press to get back with wife Paula Patton. Rock on, dude.

Robin Thicke Worst Timed Crotch Thrust During Plea for Wife's Forgiveness

Robin Thicke sang his heart out at the Billboard Music Awards ... begging for estranged wife Paula Patton's forgiveness -- and also gave a random woman in the crowd a face full of his crotch. Bad timing?

As TMZ first reported, Thicke penned the song "Get Her Back" specifically to try and win back Patton ... with lyrics like "All I wanna do is make it right" and "I'll wait for forever for you."

The song was catchy and filled with the requisite amount of pleading but at the end of the song he made the poor choice to drop to his knees and pump his hips at a cute chick in the front row.

Now we wait and see if the song worked. On Paula, not the fan.
