Hilary Duff has finally pulled the trigger on her marriage, filing for divorce from hubby Mike Comrie ... and it looks like Mike's wild night in Bev Hills was the tipping point.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... it's NOT a coincidence Duff filed her docs a day after the Daily Mail reported Mike was drunkenly propositioning women at Mastro's steakhouse in Bev Hills.

Hilary -- who hired attorney Laura Wasser -- cites the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce. She lists the date of separation as January 2013.

In the docs, Hilary asks for primary physical custody of their son, Luca, who turns 3 next month. She wants Mike to have visitation, but sources connected with the couple say she's concerned that his partying and drinking could adversely affect their kid.

The couple has a prenup, but neither spouse is struggling in the money department. Hilary wants her earnings and other stuff to remain her stuff.

Hilary and her NHL star husband were married in 2010 and when they split Hilary's mom, Susan, said, "They're better friends than a married couple."

Pam Anderson claims the ruckus over the allegedly "missing" dog Bumblebee is all for nothing ... but Rick Salomon's family is crying foul -- and Rick's daughter got into a standoff at Pam's house.

After a rough day that included her husband filing for annulment, Anderson went out in Bev Hills ... and told our photog the family pooch was fine, and simply at the groomer. She laughed off the idea she was holding the pup hostage.

But sources close to Salomon tell TMZ the family went to the groomer Thursday ... and came up with no pooch. Rick's fam claims Pam is lying about Bumblebee's whereabouts.

Meanwhile, Rick's daughter Tyson had her own issues. Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies had to go out to Pam's house Thursday night when Pam refused to let Tyson in to grab some of her stuff. We're told Pam never caved ... turning Tyson and deputies away.

Bottom line ... looks like Rick and her girls will have to sue to get anything out of the house.

Bumblebee the dog is MIA from Pamela Anderson's Malibu compound, and her estranged husband thinks it's all out of revenge because he filed to annul their marriage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Pamela saw our post Thursday morning that Rick Salomon has filed for annulment in Las Vegas, claiming she defrauded him into marriage.

We're told after Pam saw the story, Rick's daughter Tyson -- who was living at the home -- had just walked in the door and Pam ordered her to get out. As Tyson got ready to leave, she asked where her dog Bumblebee was, because the pooch was nowhere to be found.

We're told Pam told Tyson she had the dog taken to a boarding facility, but the place says they never had the dog.

Pamela Anderson defrauded Rick Salomon into marrying her ... so Rick claims, because we've learned he's just filed legal docs asking a judge to annul his marriage.

TMZ broke the story ... Pam filed for divorce in L.A. last week, citing irreconcilable difference. But this week Rick filed his own legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in Las Vegas, claiming the marriage should be nullified because Pam deceived him.

Sources connected with Rick will not disclose the nature of the fraud, however they say Rick has solid proof she bamboozled him into marrying her.

The couple married in January 2014.

Rick is also asking the judge to rule there is no community property in the marriage. Rick is loaded ... winning huge sums in poker last year. We're told his fortune is vast ... hers is not.

The annulment was filed by Rick's lawyer, Richard Schonfeld, who also represented Britney Spears in her Las Vegas annulment.

Wiz Khalifa will offer photo evidence Amber Rose's home is too dirty and unsafe for their toddler -- which is why Wiz wants to change their custody agreement.

TMZ broke the story ... Wiz is gearing up to demand an increase in the amount of time he gets with their 1-year-old son Sebastian -- and we're told these photos will be part of his case.

One of the images shows dog poop strewn across a backyard patio. As we told you one of the complaints from Wiz's camp is Amber's dog eats its own feces and then licks Sebastian's face.

Other pics include a knife left out on a counter top and loose garbage in the yard.

Michelle Branch has finally decided to make it official after separating from her husband more than a year ago ... she has filed for divorce.

Branch and hubby Teddy Landau are ending their nearly 11-year marriage. She says it's the usual -- irreconcilable differences.

It sounds like things are amicable ... Michelle filed her divorce docs without a lawyer ... pro per as they say in the legal biz. But judging from the docs, it looks like they've gotten some legal help as well as help from business managers, because they're working out a property settlement.

Michelle wants joint custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Owen Isabelle.

And the singer clearly has a type. Teddy is a bassist, but she's currently hooking up with Chris Null, a bassist for Dead Sara.

Wiz Khalifa stumbled out of a Hollywood club just before 2 AM Wednesday, and his posse railed at our photog for daring to ask the question Wiz himself raised about Amber Rose being a bad parent because she stays out too late.

Wiz was feeling no pain as he left Emerson Theatre. TMZ broke the story ... he's gearing up for a custody fight, claiming Amber Rose cares more about partying than parenting.

No doubt he has every right to party when he isn't taking care of 1-year-old Sebastian, but listen to the outrage from his friends when the subject is raised.

Meanwhile back at the ranch Trinidad Carnival, Amber Rose is partying it up in barely any clothing.

"Empire" star Terrence Howard doesn't just have a TV ex-wife threatening him, he has a real life one he says is targeting him for death ... and the LAPD is on the case.

TMZ has obtained a search warrant to determine if Michelle Ghent is behind a barrage of Instagram threats, including, "I'm watching you! I'm coming for ... LOL. You two won't live to see your children." The "you two" appears to refer to Terrence and his new wife.

Another Instagram post warns his wife, "Your husband is cheating on you! Just thought you should know." The message was sent with a photo of Terrence and another woman.

And there's this ... there's a pic of a pill bottle that belonged to Terrence with the caption, "Oh dear, look what I found. Do hope you refilled. It's one of the things you can't leave home without."

The LAPD claims in the search warrant affidavit, there's reason to believe Michelle is behind the postings. One reason ... the Instagram accounts have no followers except for her.

The LAPD got a judge to sign the warrant and they have gone on the hunt to find out if she's behind it.

Terrence says he's been getting nasty posts for a year ... and he filed a police report because he believes she's the culprit.

Michelle tells TMZ, she did not send the messages and claims the LAPD has talked to her and she's no longer a suspect.

Pam Anderson is on a tear, ordering her husband's daughters and their dog to get the hell out of her house ... this according to sources close to Rick Salomon.

As we reported, Pam filed for divorce last week, and it's not the first time. She filed for divorce in July but then withdrew the petition. And she was married to Salomon in 2007 but got it annulled 2 months later.

We're told Rick is working in Vegas and Pam called him Monday and demanded that his 2 daughters -- ages 18 and 16 -- get out immediately. She also wanted Bumblebee the Rottweiler removed STAT.

Rick begged Pam to give them a week or 2 until they could find a new place, but she refused.

The daughters, Hunter and Tyson, are from a previous marriage to E.G. Daily.

Pam's rep had no comment.

Wiz Khalifa is gunning for more custody of his 1-year-old son, because he believes Amber Rose is a bad mom ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.

We've learned Wiz's camp has put together a laundry list of complaints, including:

-- Amber often stays out all night, requiring that relatives and staff take over

-- The family dog eats its own feces and then licks Sebastian's face

-- When she wakes up she'll play with the kid for 15 minutes or so and then disappear

-- Amber and her mom have a volatile relationship, laced with "shouting matches and vulgar exchanges," which upset the boy. And during the arguments the N word was hurled by Amber's mom

Wiz has not filed legal docs to change custody, but we're told that's coming ... which is why he's getting relatives and others involved to help him make a case.

Khloe Kardashian is NOT back with Lamar Odom ... she hasn't seen him or even spoken with him in months ... but she still will NOT get off the dime and make her divorce official.

Our Kardashian sources say stories that she's back with Lamar are bogus. She wants nothing to do with Lamar anymore and she's been steadfast about it.

That said ... there has been no activity in her divorce. As we reported, she filed in December, 2013, but we've reviewed the docket and nothing has been filed ... there's no movement. Sources tell us Khloe doesn't want to deal with it, but until there's a property settlement it will be hard to move on.

Slash can flaunt his new chick all he wants -- his soon-to-be ex-wife doesn't care, since she's getting her fair share of action too ... now that she's single again.

We got Perla Ferrar out in Beverly Hills ... and she told us she's got no problem with Slash's new gf -- and doesn't even mind their matching tattoos. In fact, Perla laid out a bunch of reasons why -- less than 2 months after Slash surprisingly filed for divorce -- they're totally cool with each other.

Rosie O'Donnell is making a clean break -- leaving her wife AND quitting "The View" ... all in one fell swoop.

Rosie's rep confirmed she and Michelle Rounds are splitting after 2 and a half years of marriage. The couple adopted a baby girl together in 2013.

Rosie also announced next week will be her last on "The View." She just returned to the show last September -- and her departure comes amid rampant speculation that Rosie Perez would be the one exiting.

The New York Post first reported O'Donnell's departure.

The man who's getting divorced from Walmart heiress Paige Laurie says he's become accustomed to their lifestyle and needs around a quarter of a million bucks a month to keep the yacht afloat.

Patrick Dubbert -- who separated from Paige after less than 6 years of marriage -- says in legal docs obtained by TMZ, he misses his life and she needs to fork over between $210K and $240K a month AFTER TAXES (gross would be just over $400K a month) for necessities that include:

- Rental home -- between $40K and 60K a month
- Furniture -- $10K a month
- Personal chef -- $6,700 a month
- Clothes -- 5K a month
- Personal trainer -- $2,500 a month
- Vacations $30K a month (but that includes NetJets)
- Entertainment $80K a month
- Personal stylist -- $1K a month
- Driver -- $4K a month

Dubbert complains he was living with Paige in their $11 million home, and now he's stuck in a Santa Monica apartment half of the year. He spends the other 6 months with his parents in Jefferson City, MO.

Dubbert's argument -- he's worked for her company, and he needs some time to get back into the job market -- and money -- to get back on his feet.

And he says, the law is the law and he's become accustomed to their lavish lifestyle, which included yacht parties that costs $500K a pop, travel in the Walmart private jet, and on and on.

He says Paige rakes in $872K a month just from stocks and dividends, so she can more than afford to pay him.

Here's the hardest one to swallow. He wants HER to pay him $2,500 so he can make charitable donations.

Jeremy Renner's estranged wife is gunning for primary custody of their kid ... and speaking of gunning, she has a issue with his.

Sonni Pacheco -- who married Jeremy in January 2014 -- has filed a document that is endlessly long, making a series of curious demands and accusations.

Sonni is asking for primary custody of their 22-month-old daughter Ava. What's curious ... since they split in December, we've learned they have shared 50/50 custody. In California there's a presumption that a divorcing couple should share joint custody, which is what they've had.

In addition, she's claiming his house is unsafe for the child. Sonni says the pool needs to be properly fenced. She also claims he has a gun collection and one of the weapons are out in the open, behind a bar. But we're told when she lived in that house with their child the pool was protected and the guns were all locked up.

Sonni claims Jeremy's loaded and she's not -- so she wants lots of child support. She says he made around $3.5 million in 2014 and has $13 million in assets.

In the legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Sonni says when she told Jeremy he'd have to pay child support he responded, "Get a j.o.b." But our sources say he's been paying child support since they split.

She also wants $75K in attorney's fees and another $25K in other legal expenses.

Sources connected with Jeremy grouse he's given Sonni everything she's asked for and this is just a ploy to make what should be a simple divorce very expensive.
