Terrence Howard's taking an "L" in his longstanding spousal support war with his ex-wife ... who just won in appeals court.

According to court docs, Michelle Ghent Howard got a ruling on their spousal support overturned. Two years ago, Terrence convinced the court he'd been forced to sign their marital settlement under duress. He claimed she was threatening to go public with naked photos and videos.

At the time, he'd been paying her $5,800 per month.

Michelle appealed that ruling and the judges agreed with her argument -- that Terrence was NOT under duress because too much time had passed between the threat and Terrence signing the agreement. The court said it was more like Terrence had "buyer's remorse" -- and he had other options besides signing on the dotted lines.

For instance, the court said he could have gone to the police if he felt Michelle was blackmailing him.

Anthony Weiner is soaking up his last days of daddy duty before his nearly 2-year prison sentence begins ... and his estranged wife, Huma Abedin, is even hanging with him.

Nothing warm and fuzzy about it -- just co-parenting -- but Huma and Weiner did come together to walk their son, Jordan, to school Monday morning in Manhattan. It's the first time they've all been seen together since he was sentenced to 21 months in prison for sexting a minor.

Huma filed for divorce from the disgraced Congressman in May after he pled guilty, but looks like they're at least burying the hatchet for the kid's sake.

The role of Scott Disick will now be played by Kourtney Kardashian ... who, for once, is the one jet-setting in Europe while Scott stays home with the kiddos.

Scott was on dad duty Wednesday in Calabasas, taking all 3 of his little ones out for seafood and froyo. Meanwhile, Kourtney was in Paris taking in a soccer game with BF Younes Bendjima -- right behind Robin Wright, btw.

The exes are co-parenting like a charm -- last weekend Scott was in Miami smooching his new GF, Sofia Richie, and Kourt had the kids.

Ron White's sticking to his story -- he and Margo Rey were never married ... and now he says he's got the unsigned prenup to prove it.

According to new docs ... Ron made it very clear to Margo he would not marry her unless the couple had a signed premarital agreement, and they never got to that point due to her "demands for more money." He also claims she knew their "mock wedding ceremony" in October 2013 didn't count as the real thing.

TMZ broke the story ... Rey claims the comedian left her high and dry and wants more than $81k a month in spousal support. Margo's story is the 2 had a common law marriage in Texas and lived together as husband and wife in California too.

Ron denies the common law marriage, and says Margo has absolutely no legal proof she was ever his wife.

Jesse Williams is opening his wallet wide for his estranged wife, to the tune of $160,000.

Jesse's estranged wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, just filed legal docs which disclose a temporary settlement, in which Jesse agrees to give her $100k for spousal and child support and $60k to cover her lawyer's fees and other costs.

He has to pay her in 3 installments from his first 3 "Grey's Anatomy" paychecks.

Fergie is successfully juggling motherhood and career ... by bringing her little man to work with her.

Fergie was at a NYC radio station Monday morning holding on to her son, Axl Jack, who's been going back and forth between mom and dad. Josh Duhamel was hanging out with the kiddo last week, the day before he and Fergie announced their split.

Audrina Patridge's estranged husband, Corey Bohan, is off the hook with Orange County prosecutors when it comes to domestic battery ... TMZ has learned.

The D.A.'s Office says it will not prosecute Bohan based on the report Audrina made to cops after a Sept. 6 incident. As we first reported ... Audrina claims Corey verbally belittled her and her mother, and snatched her phone out of her hand while she was recording his rant.

Despite her claims, the D.A. says there was not enough evidence to go forward with prosecution.

Audrina Patridge was cool, calm and collected while meeting up with estranged husband Corey Bohan for the second time in a day -- despite accusing him of domestic violence.

Paps got Audrina picking up her and Corey's 1-year-old daughter, Kirra, after a 7-hour visitation with him. She had come face-to-face with him at the drop off earlier Sunday ... but this time it looks like she actually exchanges words with Corey in close proximity.

Surprisingly, she keeps it together ... even smiling at him at one point. We're told the two met at a local police station for the exchange.

We broke the stories ... Audrina filed for divorce as well as a temporary restraining order against Corey after she says he shoved her while holding Kirra and called her a "f***ing c**t." She also claims he planted cameras to monitor her. He denies planting the cameras.

Audrina Patridge met face-to-face with her estranged hubby, Corey Bohan, this weekend to drop off their 1-year-old daughter for a dad visit ... this after filing for divorce and claiming domestic abuse.

Paps got Audrina and Corey Sunday morning at a neutral location in the Orange County, which was agreed to through a judge. We're told Corey arrived first, and Audrina showed up with their kid, Kirra, and a friend about 10 minutes later to make the exchange.

You can see them heading back to the parking lot together -- with Audrina slightly keeping her distance from Corey as she walks ahead. Still, it's interesting she's comfortable meeting with him at all considering everything she's alleged.

Audrina Patridge is retreating to the comforts of home -- not hers, but her parents' -- while her nasty divorce from Corey Bohan plays out.

We got these pics of Audrina unloading a bunch of stuff at Mom and Dad's crib in Orange County -- and it looks like she's planning to hunker down for a while. She had a bunch of baby supplies for her 15-month old daughter, Kirra Max.

Audrina Patridge's estranged husband just responded to her allegations in court docs, denying that he installed 5 cameras in their home in a fit of rage and in fact he says her dad became ominous and physically threatening.

Corey Bohan says in new docs, there were 2 existing cameras in the house and she knew all about them. Bohan says Audrina and her dad barged in through the garage door while he was there and made it clear ... they would not set a time for her to come get her belongings. He says they texted him only 15 minutes before showing up, and that wasn't enough time to arrange for the pickup.

He's also complaining the restraining order hearing was set on the very day he was supposed to have visitation with his daughter -- whom he hadn't seen in 2 weeks.

In divorce docs, Audrina said the violence started in August when they argued over accusations he was cheating. She also said Corey had threatened suicide in July when she was out of town on a business trip. There were other incidents in September -- he told her she's "f**ked up" because of her childhood -- which led to cops and child services getting involved.

Audrina said the breaking point came last weekend when Corey, an Australian BMX rider, followed her onstage at a beauty event and demanded to know where their daughter, Kirra, was and said he was going to take her.

Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband of less than a year, on the heels of running to court to get protection from him ... TMZ has learned.

The former 'Hills' star filed to divorce Corey Bohan on Wednesday, and according to docs the split appears to be triggered by a series of incidents she considers menacing and emotionally abusive.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Audrina says the violence began in mid August when they argued about her accusing him of cheating. She says she was holding their daughter, Kirra Max, when Corey pushed her back. Audrina says he then emptied out her backpack and purse, and began punching himself in the head ... and threatening to bash himself in the head with a metal canister if she left.

She says Corey had threatened suicide before -- in July while she was out of town on a business trip.

According to docs, on Sept. 6, Corey was at home watching KIirra, and when Audrina got home, he began calling her names and harassing her. Audrina says she grabbed Kirra and went upstairs, but he followed and told her she's "f**ked up" because of her childhood and her messed up mother. She says she started recording video of him, and he said, "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce."

"Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi filed for divorce after just 2 months of marriage, but there's a problem -- her husband claims they were together 'til just last week.

According to new legal docs ... Shalom Yeroushalmi agrees he and GG got married on January 25, but he claims their separation date is September 13. GG previously claimed March 27 was the day they split.

Shalom's also fighting GG's request to block him from getting spousal support. He's asking the court to award him some, and wants her to pay his attorney's fees too.

As we reported ... friends were worried GG was rushing to the altar, and now it looks like her divorce proceedings are going to last much longer than her marriage.

If Fergie is upset about her breakup from Josh Duhamel ... she didn't make it obvious at her Rock in Rio after-party singing the ol' Black Eyed Peas track "The Time."

Fergie jetted to Brazil after she and Josh announced their split last week. She performed at the 2017 Rock in Rio festival Saturday and then things got a bit wild at the after-party. She's got a new solo album coming out, but still seems to have a soft spot for her old group -- given her song choice.

Some people drown their sorrows in a pint of Ben & Jerry's ... others do it like Fergie.

Billy Bush and his wife of 20 years have called it quits ... TMZ has confirmed.

A rep for Billy tells TMZ ... the former "Today" co-host and Sydney Davis are "separated for the moment to evaluate their life together." The rep goes on to say, "They love each other and their children deeply and are committed to a bright future." The couple has 3 kids.

Billy had a rough 2016 after a video surfaced showing then-Presidential candidate Donald Trump talking to Billy about trying to bang chicks back in 2005. Trump referred to the conversation as "locker room talk."

"Today" suspended Bush over the incident, before ultimately settling with him on his exit for a reported $10 mil.

David Hasselhoff must continue paying alimony to his ex-wife, because she's earned it after 16 long years of working for him behind the scenes ... according to her, anyway.

A rep for Hasselhoff's ex, Pamela Bach, tells TMZ ... she worked hard on David's behalf during their marriage, which is more than enough reason to continue supporting her now.

We're told Pam contributed a number of services toward his career -- everything from consulting, accounting and handling administrative duties to keeping up with the house and kids ... whom she still considers under her parental care, even at 25 and 27.

We broke the story ... David's asked a judge to end his $10k/month alimony payments because he says it's time Pamela started paying her own way.

Pamela thinks David still owes her, and believes the judge will agree. And BTW, sources say she isn't sitting on her ass -- she's trying to get back into acting.
