Tyson Beckford, DJ Ruckus Bloody Fight Over Shanina Shaik

Published | Updated

Tyson Beckford got into an all-out brawl with DJ Ruckus over the "Bro Code" ... TMZ has learned.

It happened Thursday at Up & Down nightclub in NYC. Tyson and Ruckus have had ongoing beef over Shanina Shaik. Tyson, who was friends with Ruckus, was dating Shanina, broke up and then Ruckus hooked up with her. So, you can see why things have been tense between the guys.

We're told Ruckus saw Tyson in the club, flipped him off, and then Beckford went over to Ruckus and said if he had beef with him they should "take it out in the street." That's exactly what happened.

We're told the fight was violent. At one point Tyson was on top of Ruckus, pounding away, when one of Ruckus' friends began punching Beckford in the head.

It didn't end there. Ruckus punched Tyson in the groin, and Tyson returned the favor with his knee. A doorman called the cops, and by the time cops got there the 3 men were gone. No arrests were made.

We got video outside the club, where you can see the fight starting to brew -- but because there were a ton of cops patrolling that area, we're told Ruckus and Beckford moved the action a few blocks away.

Naomi Judd Never Said 'Slave Food' ... Ray J Got It Wrong

Published | Updated

Ray J did Naomi Judd dirty when he accused her of calling grits "slave food" while they were shooting their reality TV cooking competition -- because she NEVER used those words.

According to sources connected to "My Kitchen Rules" ... when the cast gathered Wednesday, producers played back the "grits" footage in question. We're told what really happened is Lance Bass and his mom served shrimp and grits -- as part of the show -- and during the meal Naomi said when she was growing up her mother wouldn't let her eat grits ... because it was poor people's food.

It's a huge distinction from what Ray J said in his video post -- that he'd seen Naomi refer to grits as "slave food." We're told Naomi was merely telling a story about something her mom had said.

Not to say the "poor people" comment is great, but it's a big difference from "slave food" -- plus, they were her mom's words, not Naomi's.

Still, we're told Ray J took the comment as low key racism, and he's unhappy about it.

Kesha Screw You, Dr. Luke ... Performs Dylan Tribute, After All

Published | Updated

Kemosabe Records is giving Kesha permission to perform at the Billboard Music Awards, after all.

Dr. Luke's label announced Thursday that it reached an agreement with the BMAs ... once it was satisfied there would be NO reference to Kesha's legal battle.

Kesha got a small victory over Dr. Luke by pulling off the live performance he's blocked her from doing at the Billboard Music Awards.

Her pal, Ben Folds, invited her onstage during his Wednesday night concert at L.A.'s Orpheum Theatre ... and they did a somber version of Bob Dylan's classic, "It Ain't Me, Babe."

Kesha said she wanted to do the song at Sunday night's BMAs ceremony -- but as TMZ first reported, Luke's Kemosabe Records bigfooted her ... and yanked its approval for her to play at the award show.

Sources at the BMAs say Kesha was planning to make a "statement" about her battle with Luke and Sony, and that's why he shut it down. Kesha denies she was going to mention Luke.

STOP THE HATE

Ray J is making serious accusations about Naomi Judd and grits -- namely, that she called the Southern dish ... "slave food."

Ray was on his way to the set of "My Kitchen Rules" when he described the alleged incident. Check out the video because what he has to say is incredibly shocking, if true.

As we reported ... Judd very openly said she didn't want to be on the cooking competition show once she found out her co-stars were people like Ray J, Brandi Glanville and Andrew "Dice" Clay.

Ray says he was disappointed to hear that's how Judd feels. As for the grits incident, he adds it definitely "smells like some racism."

We've reached out to Naomi's camp. We'll let you know as soon as we hear back.

Naomi Judd Burns Cooking Co-Stars ... I'm Above These Brandi & Ray J Types

Published | Updated

Naomi Judd wants nothing to do with reality TV stars like Ray J and Brandi Glanville, which is why she tried to quit "My Kitchen Rules" -- the cooking competition she's shooting with them.

Naomi went on the attack on Facebook claiming producers misled her about who her competition would be on the show. The other contestants include Andrew Dice Clay and his wife, Glanville and LeAnn Rimes' ex Dean Sheremet, Ray J and Brandi, and Lance Bass and his mom Diane.

Naomi skewered most of the cast, saying Brandi's from "one of those tawdry Housewives shows" ... Ray J's a "bad boy" who made a porn and calls Dice "a no holds barred comedian."

Naomi says she wanted off the show since she'd never "choose to socialize with" people like her co-stars, but she'd already signed on the dotted line. So, she's stuck.

She insists she's not judging, she just has different views from them. She also claims they've all formed an alliance against her on the show. Can't imagine why.

Master P Sonya Makes HIM Say Uhh ... Has to Fork Over $825k

Published | Updated

Master P will not be collecting his reality show payday ... instead the entire lump sum of nearly a million bucks will go directly to his longtime estranged wife.

The judge in their ongoing war over child and spousal support ordered Master P to hand over $825,000 -- his salary for Season 2 of "Master P's Family Empire" -- to Sonya Miller. According to docs, that amount will cover back child and spousal support payments. The judge said the amount will also be used to secure future support.

As we've reported ... Sonya's been griping for years that P refused to give her a cent in support -- even though she was with him when he built his No Limit fortune, now estimated at $200 million.

The judge's order also requires him to pay $15k to Sonya's lawyer.

We've reached to Master P ... so far no word back.

Jillian Michaels My Neighbor's Dogs Are A Real Bitch

Published | Updated

Jillian Michaels has a real issue with her neighbor's pooches ... and it's gotten so bad she's called in the big guns to fix it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Jillian's been in a fight with her Malibu next-door neighbor for months. We're told Jillian recently filed a complaint with animal control, saying the neighbor's dogs are a total menace ... charging her fence, bothering her dogs and scaring her kids and horses too.

Animal control made a visit to Jillian's place last month but didn't see any cause for concern. They also checked the fence line for any breaks, but saw no problem.

At this point ... our sources say the feud's little more than "she said, he said" so animal control will continue to monitor the situation, but no disciplinary action's been taken yet.

Kesha Dr. Luke Torpedoes Billboard Gig

Published | Updated

4:30 PM PT -- Kesha now denies she was going to take a shot at Dr. Luke at the BMAs ... insisting she was merely going to perform a tribute to Bob Dylan by singing a cover of his, "It Ain't Me, Babe."

She says she was never going to "allude to my legal situation in any way. I simply wanted to sing a song I love to honor an artist I have always looked up to."

Production sources on the award show tell us the Dylan classic includes several lines that could easily refer to Kesha's situation with Luke ... and that was not a coincidence.

Dr. Luke is putting the kibosh on Kesha performing at the Billboard Music Awards ... where she was planning to make a "statement" about her war with Luke and Sony.

A rep for Dick Clark Productions -- which is producing the award show on Sunday -- says Dr. Luke's label, Kemosabe Records, has been unable to reach an agreement with Kesha for her to take the stage.

TMZ broke the story ... production sources told us the singer was going to reference her epic legal battle during her live BMAs performance. Problem for her is Kemosabe holds all the power, since it still controls her music rights.

We're told Dr. Luke had signed off, but pulled the plug once he got wind of what Kesha was planning.

Of course, she could still get onstage, and just not sing her own songs -- but we're told producers are still holding out hope for an 11th hour deal.

Matt Barnes On Fighting Fisher & Kaepernick 'I'll F*** 'Em Both Up'

Published | Updated

He's got no love for either man ... so we asked Matt Barnes who he'd rather fight, Derek Fisher or Colin Kaepernick?

His answer -- "I'll f*** both of 'em up."

Boom!

As we previously reported, Barnes has had animosity toward the 49ers QB for years -- stemming from a situation where Matt felt "disrespected" by Colin. Clearly, there's still strong feelings.

BTW, we also asked Matt if OKC Thunder star Steven Adams should get a pass for calling the Warriors "quick little monkeys" Monday in his post-game interview.

Matt's all about forgiveness on this one -- explaining why he believes the New Zealander didn't mean any harm.

Prince Dueling TV Specials Siblings at War

Published | Updated

Prince's siblings are now in a battle royale over how to market their late brother ... and make money in the process.

We've learned more than a dozen lawyers representing Prince's 6 siblings have been at each other's throats, competing for ways to get money for their clients ... and quickly.

Our sources say 3 and possibly 4 of the siblings and their lawyers have put together a TV package, with major music producers and famous artists who will perform Prince songs for a 2 hour TV special set to air in August.

The plan is to make the 6 siblings co-producers, which will give them enough money to tide them over as the bank running the estate figures out how to dole out the cash.

Here's the conflict. We're told Tyka and at least one other sibling is not on board ... she wants to produce her own special and control it.

The other siblings are enraged Tyka gets to live rent free in a house Prince owned ... a house on which the bank is still paying the mortgage and home-related expenses. The siblings feel they too should get comparable support, but they're getting nothing ... thus their idea for the TV special.

One source connected with the negotiations tells us, the lawyers met last week and "it's gotten really nasty. No one can agree on anything."

HIS MEMORY WILL LIVE ON

The rift between Prince's family and Prince's church did not affect his memorial service ... according to Sinbad, who was in attendance.

The comedian was coming back to L.A. after attending the Jehovah's Witness memorial in Minnesota -- and explained how he got the coveted invite.

As TMZ reported -- Prince's family refused to take part or send his remains to the service.

Sinbad scoffed at any attempts to "one-up" other memorials, but added that there's about to be a lot of feuding over all things Prince ... even though it's the last thing he would've wanted.
