Justin Bieber is screwed ... 'cause the rowdy Beliebers in Argentina just got the singer kicked out of his hotel ... and TMZ has learned all the surrounding hotels don't want him either.

Sources close to Biebs tell us ... Hotel Faena officials in Buenos Aires finally had enough after fans continued to destroy hotel property all week long while camping outside.

As we previously reported, fans were even tearing down the barricades police set up outside.

We're told J.B.'s people have been trying to find another hotel for him to stay at following his sold out show tonight -- but each establishment has told them no ... because all his fans will follow.

Our sources say Bieber's people have NO IDEA what they're gonna do yet ... and are scrambling to find a place for JB -- and 25 other crew members -- to stay.

Eminem's childhood home -- the same pad he pictured on the cover of his new album, "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" -- was badly burned in a fire yesterday ... officials say.

The 767 square foot, 2-story bungalow -- located right near 8 Mile in Detroit -- sustained damage to the second floor. Fire crews were able to put out the flames before it spread to the rest of the home.

Officials say the blaze began around 6:20 pm Thursday evening. So far, it's unclear how the fire began.

Public records show the home was bought by Em's mom in 1987 for $19,900 -- it's changed hands roughly 10 times since then. The home was eventually abandoned, and after failing to sell for $500 at a recent auction, it's currently owned by a bank.

The only thing more awesome than the massive French manor Mark Wahlberg is building for himself ... is the WATER PARK-LOOKING THING he's creating in his backyard.

Wahlberg's mega-mansion -- which would look right at home in Paris (either France or Vegas) -- is under construction in Beverly Park ... a neighborhood that carries the exclusive 90210 zip code .... but is actually in L.A.

We're told .. .the house has all the amenities you'd expect -- home theater, wine cellar (natch), gymnasium and 2-story wood paneled library. When it's done ... the whole thing will cover 30,000 sq. feet.

"Girls Gone Wild" honcho Joe Francis wasn't kidding when he promised to save his ridiculous Bel Air mansion from foreclosure -- he actually pulled it off.

We broke the story, Joe's bank, JPMorgan Chase, began foreclosure proceedings back in September, claiming he slacked off on mortgage payments to the tune of $127,686.91.

Joe pleaded the problem was with his accountant, not him.

Well guess what -- we just got official docs revealing the bank has backed off the foreclosure.

Joe tells us -- his accountant acknowledged the screw up and made the account current ... so everyone's happy.

It's a ray of good financial news in a bleak financial forecast.-- Joe's company declared bankruptcy in February, and he's personally been ordered to pay Vegas casino mogul Steve Wynn $19 million.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are packing it in -- we've learned they are secretly selling their Tarzana mansion.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe has given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing -- meaning the house will not appear in the multiple listing service. It's being done on the down low. Any prospective buyer must pre-qualify before seeing the house, meaning they must have the dough to buy the crib.

We're told Khloe and Lamar want a cool $4 mil for the house. They paid $3.95 million in 2009.

Our sources say Khloe is the driving force behind the sale, telling realtors she wants to "start fresh and move on."

Title to the house is held in both Khloe and Lamar's names.

"Baywatch" star Alexandra Paul has just been ordered by a judge NOT to harass her stalker ... bizarre but true.

It all started back in 2011 ... when Nicole Albrecht -- a German citizen -- and her 8-year-old brother knocked on Alexandra's door at her home in Pacific Palisades and asked to use the bathroom. Alexandra obliged.

A short time later, Nicole showed up with a gift to thank Alexandra for the hospitality. But that wasn't the end. Alexandra says Nicole went psycho, showing up 3 more times in a week.

And then Nicole started showing up at Alexandra's gym and nearby pool. At that point Alexandra and her hubby went to court and got a restraining order against Nicole.

Somehow Alexandra and Nicole ended up in a room with a mediator, and they agreed to stay clear of each other at the gym, the pool and Alexandra's home.

Fast forward to October. The two women start running into each other at the pool. Alexandra pitches a fit, telling Nicole she has no right to be there. But Nicole fires back, she's a member of the community pool and Alexandra was horning in on HER space.

So Nicole went to court and just got a restraining order against Alexandra, prohibiting the "Baywatch" star from harassing, intimidating, molesting, attacking, striking, stalking, threatening, assaulting, hitting, or abusing her at the cement pond.

By the way, Alexandra ended up getting the same order against Nicole.

The home of The King .. could become the home of the Whopper ... 'cause TMZ has learned the honchos at BK have made a serious offer on Elvis Presley's former Bev Hills home.

TMZ obtained a letter from Burger King Corp. to Peter Morton -- who owns the 5,367 square foot Elvis Presley Estate in the 90210 -- which states the company's intention to buy the house for a cool $3.69 mil.

The letter reads, "This would be a fast closing within three days and we would be happy to provide you with proof of funds upon request."

BK says if Morton agrees to the sale, the company will "preserve all residential historical value."

Buuuut, there are a few problems -- first, the house isn't really on the market.

Second, Morton bought the house back in December for $9.8 mil ... and there's virtually no chance he's willing to take a $6 million hit on the place.

Sidenote -- the timing of the offer is interesting, 'cause it happens to coincide with the launch of BK's new sandwich, the Big King (Big King ... King of Rock 'n Roll ... we get it).

BK wants to move fast -- really fast. In fact, BK's put a ticking clock on the offer ... it ends at midnight TONIGHT.

Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds' bathroom got real hot and steamy this weekend ... cause it was on fire.

Sources tell TMZ ... fire trucks raced to the Grammy winner's L.A. mansion yesterday afternoon after a fire started in his tinkle room.

We're told the singer's inside sprinkler system put out the flames before units arrived -- nothing major burned down ... but there was some water damage.

A rep for the singer didn't know if Babyface was inside when the fire started ... but we're told the house was occupied.

No word on what started the fire.

Fun Fact: Babyface has written and produced over 26 No. 1 R&B hits throughout his career.

We're guessing this won't set him back much.

Justin Bieber's dad is living in a pretty badass Canadian home ... along with his two kids ... but TMZ has learned, JB is the one who sprung for the place.

Sources connected to the Bieber family tell us ... Justin wants to make sure his half-brother and half-sister are living in a really nice home, so he shelled out a cool $850k in cash for a 5-bedroom cabin-style pad in Ontario, where they live with their dad.

We're told ... this isn't a case of the family sponging off of Justin -- it's Justin who made the offer to the family.

The house is located way out in the Canadian wilderness in a small town of roughly 8,000 people.

But it's not like the family is trying to get off the grid -- the family name is plastered right on the mailbox.

The man accused of stalking Rihanna -- and claiming to be her "future husband" -- must continue to stay away from her for the next 2 years ... TMZ has learned.

As we first told you ... Jonathan Whooper was arrested earlier this month for multiple trespasses at the home RiRi was renting in Pacific Palisades. A security guard at the home says Whooper claimed he was going to marry the singer.

A judge in L.A. just granted Rihanna a permanent restraining order against Whooper. He has to stay 100 yards away from her ... the same restriction as the temporary restraining order which was already in place.

This is unbelievable ... Gloria Estefan's Miami Beach mansion is so ridiculously big ... it costs $30,000 just to rent her GUEST HOUSE.

Gloria put the lavish 4,500 sq. ft. Star Island "guest house" up for rent recently ... but if you look at the photos, it's really more of a guest palace: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private entrance, and its own spa/jacuzzi.

And yes ... a guest house that size means Gloria's main residence is muy grande.

The 7-bedroom, 6-bath ... 9,854 sq. ft. castle is right next door to the guest quarters. Feast your eyes.

Elin Nordegren is putting the finishing touches on her Florida mega-mansion -- and it would never have been possible if Tiger's wang wasn't touching all those skanks back in the day.

New photos of the place show the property is in the final stages. It was reportedly scheduled to be completed in December, but by the looks of things it might be ahead of schedule.

Elin has been living in a $4.25 million pad across the street ever since she purchased the new property for $12 million back in 2012.

As TMZ previously reported, Elin knocked down the original home on the property so she could build her dream house ... a 21,000 square foot mega-home, complete with 9 bedrooms, a 600 sq. ft. theater, 1,182 sq. ft. kitchen and a 460 sq. ft. "ocean loft."

There’s also plenty of room for her two kids… the mansion comes with a 300-square-foot playroom and a 70 ft. by 40 ft. swimming pool with a 12-foot deep end.

And how does she have the money to fund such a gargantuan project? Simple ... she got $100 million in her divorce from Tiger Woods after learning he was bangin' every skank, skalliwag and skeezer he could get his paws on.

Madonna has rid herself of her massive Beverly Hills estate ... the one she bought during her marriage to Guy Ritchie ... and she pocketed a cool $8 MILLION in the process, TMZ has learned.

Madge had only listed the property back in January for $22.5 mil ... and just 10 months later, real estate guru Kurt Rappaport closed the deal for $20 mil. Not bad considering she bought the place in 2003 for $12 mil.

Real estate sources tell us ... the lucky guy who scooped up the pad is a Wall St. big shot.

The mystery buyer is clearly a fan of privacy ... 'cause the 17,000 square foot property is incredibly secluded -- with a 500 foot tree-lined driveway ... and massive trees covering the perimeter of the estate.

The home is insane -- with 15 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, a 2-story dining room, pool, movie theater tennis court and a gym -- 'cause as we all know, Madge LOOOVES to pump iron.

So, where's Madonna gonna live now? We're told Madge is on the hunt for a smaller place in L.A. But don't worry about her ... she's still got massive properties in London and New York.

Venus is cutting ties with Jupiter -- TMZ has learned tennis star Venus Williams is giving away her fancy Jupiter, Florida home FOR FREE ... to her mother.

According to official records, Venus deeded her mother, Oracene the 2,804 sq. ft. house in September. The only money exchanged -- $10. Clearly, the house is a gift, and the nominal fee just keeps it legal.

Venus originally purchased the 4-bedroom, 3-bath home for $310,000 back in 2000 ... which has to be the greatest year of her career: she won the U.S. Open, Wimbledon, and an Olympic gold medal.

Total prize money for Wimbledon and the Open that year was more than $1.5 million ... so the house purchase would have been a breeze for Venus.
