Mother's Day came in January for Karl Joseph's mom ... the Oakland Raiders rookie safety just bought her a brand new house in Florida ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

The 14th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft was laser-focused on hookin' up his mom with something nice after he signed a 4-year $12 million deal ... and pulled the trigger when he found her dream home.

We spoke with Karl's agent, Chafie Fields, who tells us the home is in central Florida where he grew up after the family moved to the U.S. from Haiti.

"He comes from very humble beginnings," Fields says ... "Ultimately, his goal was being able to provide for his mom."

"He didn't want to buy himself a car. Didn't want to buy himself a house. He wanted to get his mom a house."

Fields says his team helped with the house hunt but ultimately Karl made the final call -- "He wanted to see the house for himself, so that's why we waited until after the season."

"He has brothers and sisters that still live at home. He wanted to do this for all of them."

The president and his family are just like us ... schlepping boxes when you move from one house to another.

The Obamas are packin' up and moving boxes from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. to their new rental digs near Georgetown.

They've got some art (no, not like the portrait of George Washington) and other stuff.

Jan. 16, 2017 -- Reps for Soulja Boy tell us Soulja's business partner is the person who leased the house, NOT Soulja, and the rapper has no obligation to pay the landlord a cent.

Soulja Boy's not only in the market for some serious boxing lessons, he could soon be looking for a new place to live ... because he's WAY behind on rent.

Soulja leased a pad in the Hollywood Hills 3 months ago for $6k a month. His landlord tells us he's already $6k behind and counting. The landlord says when he demands rent he gets blown off.

Since he moved in, the house has been a target for trouble. Cops arrested him there last month after he violated his probation ... and earlier this week the place was burglarized.

The landlord tells us he's had it with Soulja, and if he doesn't pay up by week's end, the legal guns come out.

Robbie Williams' homes are like his records ... they make millions for him.

The British pop star just sold his stunning hilltop L.A. estate for $9.9 million to DJ Khaled.

Williams originally purchased the 10,000 square foot, 7 bedroom home for $5.45 million 15 years ago and listed it for $11 mil, so going down on the asking price didn't exactly hurt his pockets.

The mansion -- in the celeb-heavy and gated Mulholland Estates -- is move-in ready with all-white interiors and immaculate bathrooms ... 11 of them, including a Moroccan themed master.

There's also a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, views for days and an elevator accessing all 4 floors.

Robbie's already got another roof over his head. He purchased a $32 million pad in Beverly Hills a year ago.

President Obama is taking a cue from Donald Trump ... he's building himself a wall.

We got photos of construction at Obama's soon-to-be D.C. rental. You also see construction in the garage. As we reported, it will become an office with a bathroom.

We broke the story ... the rental will be home until Sasha graduates so the Obamas needed the property outfitted for the Secret Service and ... it needed more fortification.

BTW ... he's getting a new neighbor. Ivanka Trump and fam are moving nearby to a rental.

At least the landlords know the checks will clear.

Rob Kardashian's parting ways with his home in the family compound ... another sign he's back with Blac Chyna and done with the bachelor life.

The pad's 4,256 sq ft with 4 bedrooms in the gated Oaks neighborhood where most of his sisters live. Rob just bought it last February for $2.285 mil ... so it'll be a decent payday if he gets his asking price.

As TMZ reported ... Rob and Blac Chyna started renting one of Kylie's cribs last month, so it certainly seems like he's happy with that for now. We reached out to Rob's real estate agent, Tomer Fridman, but haven't heard back.

You know you're rich when ... you just DOWNGRADED to a $5 million beach pad.

That's what L.A. Clippers superstar DeAndre Jordan just did -- the same day he sold his $11.75 million Pacific Palisades mansion, he scooped up another beach pad for more than half the price.

Jordan's new spot ain't too shabby ... a 4,600 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in a private guard-gated community.

Movie theater? Check. Swimming pool? Yeah. Guest suite? He's got that too.

It's not like he can't afford the bigger spot -- DJ's in the middle of an $87 MILLION contract.

Bethenny Frankel got screwed in her divorce -- once by her ex-husband and once by her own lawyers -- so she claims in a new lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, back in 2011, Bethenny bought a Manhattan condo for $5 million. Jason Hoppy, her hubby at the time, suggested she put the property in a trust. She claims she wanted it held in her name alone, but went along with the trust idea and they had their lawyers draft the document.

Bethenny claims, after divorce papers were filed -- to her horror -- she discovered the trust gave Jason a 50% interest in the condo. What's more, he had the right to live there and not pay a penny in rent.

Bethenny claims the snafu made the divorce super messy and it took 3 years to resolve.

Teresa and Joe Giudice's rap sheet with the feds has nothing to do with their old Jersey Shore crib getting torn down -- it has everything to do with turning a quick profit.

We're told the new homeowners plan to tear down the home and sell the lot ... which they bought last August for $127k.

You'd think the new owners were superstitious about the house, since the previous owners both landed in the big house. But, we're told they actually had no idea who had previously owned the house when they bought it off the bank.

The Giudices bought the home for $347k in 2005. The bank foreclosed on it and put it up for auction last year but there were no bidders. The bank bought it back for $100.

Marisa Zanuck dumped her husband, Dean, in February and now she's leaving her Bev Hills pad behind too.

The former 'Real Housewives' star unloaded her home for $1,825,000, nearly $100k over asking and just one month after she listed it.

The 3 bed, 3.5 bath house -- listed by Heidi Davis -- is 2,397 sq ft with an open floor plan, hardwood floors and tons of lighting. It's also got a sweet pool and spa setup, and it's just minutes from the Franklin Canyon Hiking Trails.

Mike Posner's ditching his L.A. bachelor pad, and based on the asking price the rest of the country is saying, WTF?!!

The "I Took a Pill In Ibiza" crooner's home is in escrow for around the $1.375 million asking price. Posner initially put the 4 bedroom, 3 bath place on the market in September for $1.425 mil.

There's a huge private deck connecting the main house with the back guest house, where we think Posner wrote some of his songs.

He's been living there since 2013, when he bought it for a little over a million bucks, so he'll walk away with a nice profit.

Ex-NFL cornerback Will Allen just kissed his Florida home goodbye ... after he was convicted of screwing people out of MILLIONS in an illegal Ponzi scheme.

Allen -- who played for the Giants, Dolphins and Patriots -- pled guilty to running a $35 million Ponzi scheme back in November and just filed new legal docs detailing his personal financial collapse.

The most interesting part ... Allen says his 4,474 square foot lakefront property in Davie, Florida has been foreclosed on and his family has been asked to vacate the premises.

Allen needs court permission to change addresses while he's out on bail (he'll be sentenced in February) and filed new court docs asking if he can move to a nearby Staybridge Suites hotel.

Allen explains the family -- his wife and 3 kids -- "has no other option and this point and it is an emergency situation."

Zsa Zsa Gabor struck a sweet deal on her Bel-Air mansion, and now that she's died ... it means her widower has to find a new place to live ASAP.

Sources close to Zsa Zsa tell TMZ ... Frederic Prinz von Anhalt has to move out of the home he shared with her because he has no ownership rights. Gabor actually sold the mansion in 2013, but made a "life estate" deal which allowed her to live out her days there. Hugh Hefner has the same setup at the Playboy Mansion.

We're told the buyer has been great to Zsa Zsa and her husband, so Frederic isn't being rushed out -- escrow still has to close and he'll likely have 90 days to find a new pad. Zsa Zsa's realtor, Roger Perry, is currently helping him with that.

Our sources say Gabor's home was listed for $14.9 million, and sold to a commercial real estate mogul who plans to renovate it, or possibly tear it down.

Dan Bilzerian needs a change of scene -- so he's moving to a bigger house in Vegas closer to his brother and putting a house up for sale where the sweet life is deep in the dry wall.

The famous playboy just listed his bachelor pad, and for $5.1 mil ... you too can live like Dan once did -- or just enjoy a 5 bed, 9 bath crib over 9,400 sq. feet. Either way.

Whatever the new home owner's desire, this place is fit for any purpose. It's got underground parking, a courtyard, a library and rec room, plus a backyard grill and built-in bar ... pool and fire pit included.

'Star Trek' actress Alice Eve is now getting the wrath of a furious neighbor who claims she illegally built a fence on city property.

The Hollywood Hills dispute is all over a 6 foot fence installed back in April at the edge of her property. Neighbors were outraged because the fence is blocking off a wildlife corridor, which is NOT part of Alice's property. One angry neighbor filed a complaint with the city.

City officials tell us the beef is legit ... the fence is on government property.

The city tells us Alice was put on notice in July for the violation, and there was a hearing on the matter in September. We're told Alice was not there. We reached out to her camp, but no word back yet.

As of Friday, the fence is still standing. The neighbor who dimed her out to the city is pissed and wants it torn down ASAP. He's clearly not a fan of her work in "She's Out of My League."

He might be alone on that one.
