Justin Bieber I Didn't Trash Meek Mill's House!

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber is calling BS on getting dragged into a lawsuit against Meek Mill, and he's standing up for his famous friends who were also sued.

TMZ broke the story, Meek's getting sued by the guy who owned the house the rapper rented for a Grammy party. The landlord says Meek and his 1,000 guests caused $150,000 in damage.

The landlord added Bieber to the suit, saying he was a trespasser who contributed to the damage. The landlord's also suing Khloe Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and French Montana.

Bieber just filed his answer to the lawsuit, saying he didn't cause any damage, nor did any of the other famous defendants.

What's more, Justin takes offense to being called a trespasser. He says he was an invited guest, and the landlord's just looking for an easy payday.

Barenaked Ladies My Ex-Bandmate Is Screwing Me Out Of 'Big Bang' Money

Fun fact -- The Barenaked Ladies wrote the theme song for "The Big Bang Theory".

Not so fun fact -- a former member of TBL says he hasn't received a dime for the work ... even though its TV's #1 comedy.

According to legal docs, former front man Steven Page claims he was promised 20% of all proceeds from the song. He says band member Ed Robertson is the only one collecting and has kept all the money for himself.

Page says he isn't sure of the total profits generated from the theme song but believes they are in excess of $1,000,000 -- and he's suing for his 20%.

Jared Fogle The Longer His Sentence, the Better ... Says Fellow Sex Offender

Published | Updated

Jared Fogle's plea deal in his child pornography case has pissed off a convicted sex offender who says he's facing more time for a less serious crime and now wants justice.

Thomas S. Ford wrote to Fogle's sentencing judge calling Fogle's plea deal "ludicrous" and "a slap in the face" to both his victims and others convicted for non-contact sex offenses.

Ford is doing 16-and-a-half years in a Miami prison for trading child pornography over the Internet. Unlike Fogle, Ford claims he never made contact with minors -- physically or on the web -- yet under his plea deal, Fogle is only facing 5 to 12.5 years.

Ford says Fogle deserves way more because he had 14 victims and he traveled across state lines for sexual contact with minors. He's suggesting Fogle get something closer to 30 years.

Fogle's sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 19.

James Blake Video of Takedown Cop Meant Business

Published | Updated

The NYPD just released video of a NYPD plainclothed cop ferociously grabbing former tennis star James Blake, throwing him to the ground and cuffing him.

The video shows Blake's description was not an undersell. You see him standing just outside the door of a Mid-City hotel when the cop swoops in, shoving him to the ground.

Police Commissioner Bill Bratton has apologized, saying Blake looks very similar to a guy who was a suspect in a credit card fraud case. Turns out that guy was innocent and the real suspect is still on the loose.

We posted a video earlier today where it appeared Blake rejected Commissioner Bratton's apology -- but that was NOT James in the video. The photo agency that shot the video and licensed it, informed us it was Blake.

Aldon Smith Welcome to the Raiders ... Charged with DUI, Hit & Run

Published | Updated

Ex 49ers star Aldon Smith got a new team Friday ... signing with the Oakland Raiders -- but he also got charged with DUI, hit & run, and vandalism. A real good news/bad news kinda day.

As we previously reported ... Smith was busted last month after allegedly smashing his car into his neighbor's parked car. Aldon fled according to cops ... only to return, where he was arrested for DUI.

Talk about coincidence -- the Santa Clara D.A. decided to charge Smith today, and the D.A.'s Office tells us ... he's facing up to 2 1/2 years in county jail, if convicted.

The old school Raiders wouldn't flinch at this kinda thing. No word on how the current regime feels about the charges.

Chris Brown Total Victory Joint Custody of Royalty

Published | Updated

Chris Brown just scored an enormous victory in his child custody war with his baby mama ... he got joint custody of Royalty, and he gets to take her home today ... TMZ has learned.

Brown and Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court Friday morning. She not only wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation.

The judge disagreed and we've learned Chris and Nia will share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days. Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A.

And Chris, who was in court represented by Mark Geragos, scored another victory. The judge ordered him to pay Nia $2,500 a month in child support, which is exactly what he's been paying her. She wanted $15k.

The judge also ordered Nia not to talk crap on Chris and not reveal anything about the case on social media.

2:00 PM PT -- Nia's legal team has a positive outlook on the hearing. We're told they see it as merely a temporary victory for Chris, since there will be a mediation in weeks to come -- and child support payments will be addressed.

Also, Chris agreed that his mother would always be present when he has custody of Royalty.

Chris Brown Do Me a Solid, Judge ... Make My Baby Mama Shut Up!

Published | Updated

Chris Brown wants the courts to do his dirty work -- as in, force baby mama Nia Guzman to quit bad mouthing him and talking about his fathering skills, or lack thereof, in public.

Chris and Nia are heading into court Friday morning to start hammering out a formal custody agreement for Royalty, but sources connected to the case tell us job 1 will be a gag order. Brown filed docs for an injunction blocking Guzman from bashing him to news media AND on social media.

Royalty's mom and dad have had very public beefs -- most recently when each accused the other of putting Royalty in dangerous situations. Sources close to Guzman say she thinks the gag order is a joke, since she only blasts Chris when he starts with her.

Also on the table today -- custody time (he wants 50/50), and monthly child support (she wants $15k/month instead of $2,500/month). This case won't be quick and easy. As one source put it, "It's gonna get nasty."

We'll be at court when the fireworks begin. Stay tuned ...

6:45 AM PT -- Nia just showed up at the courthouse in Houston. No sign of Chris yet.

Cam Jordan Cops Open Internal Investigation Into Alleged Ass Slap Incident

Published | Updated

The Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office has opened an internal investigation into allegations that several deputies at a New Orleans nightclub took NO ACTION when they were told a Saints star had allegedly slapped a woman's ass inside.

The whole situation involved Saints defensive lineman Cam Jordan -- who was accused of slapping a woman's butt and roughing up her boyfriend at Republic nightclub this weekend.

The alleged victims claimed they immediately reported the incident to 3 deputies who were working at the club -- "but the deputies neither investigated the incident nor did they take action."

Now, Sheriff Marlin Gusan has issued a statement saying, "We will be reviewing the actions of the deputies to determine if any policies or procedures were violated."

He adeed, "We will follow all leads in this investigation."

For his part, Jordan has denied any wrongdoing -- and called the allegations "ridiculous."

Tennis Star James Blake Bears Similarity to Misidentified 'Suspect'

Published | Updated

The man on the right was the person NYPD cops were looking for when they allegedly detained and roughed up retired tennis star James Blake -- although it turns out neither was the culprit.

As we reported, Blake says he was slammed to the ground near his midtown hotel Wednesday, when he was on his way to the U.S. Open. Blake says 5 officers manhandled and cuffed him because they said he matched the description of a suspect in a credit card fraud scheme.

We don't know the name of the man on the right. He obviously has darker skin but there is a likeness between the 2.

Blake has never accused cops of racism, but he was pissed about what he considers an excessive use of force.

The NYPD has launched an internal affairs investigation. We're told cops have video of the takedown.

James Cameron Sued for $1 Billion Over Alleged E-Cig Conspiracy

Published | Updated

James Cameron has been roped into a billion dollar lawsuit over an e-cigarette company that was allegedly mismanaged by his brother ... and the founders claim James helped deliver the death blow.

According to a new lawsuit, the 3 founders of a company called Safe Cig claim they were sold a bill of goods by John David Cameron, James' brother, when he came to work for the company in 2011.

Instead of opening doors with "the Cameron name," the Safe Cig founders claim Cameron wasted millions of dollars on trips, booze, unneeded employees and bulletproof glass for his office ... eventually running the company into the ground.

Here's where James comes in ... the founders claim in their suit John tried to wrestle away controlling interest in the business by intentionally defaulting on a loan the company received from none other than James. The suit claims the 2 brothers were up to no good.

The suit seeks ONE BILLION DOLLARS.

We reached out to James Cameron's rep ... so far no word back.

"This complaining individual is apparently a jealous boyfriend who followed Mr. Jordan into the men's bathroom. "

"Mr. Jordan did not commit any criminal offense whatsoever and continues to remain cooperative with any law enforcement inquiry into this situation."

Cameron Jordan Police Report 'I Can Have Any B*tch I Want'

Published | Updated

TMZ Sports has obtained the Cameron Jordan police report -- in which one witness claims the New Orleans Saints player stated in the nightclub, "I can have any bitch that I want."

Jordan is under investigation for allegedly slapping a woman's ass at Republic nightclub in N.O. and then spraying her and her boyfriend with champagne in an aggressive manner.

According to the police report, the accuser's boyfriend told cops he confronted Jordan about his disrespectful actions toward his GF in the restroom -- and that's when Jordan said, "I can have any bitch that I want."

The BF says he told Jordan, "She was not a bitch. She's my girlfriend."

The man claims Jordan condescendingly asked, "How much do you weigh? 180?"

The BF told him he weighed 190 -- and that's when Jordan allegedly picked him up and "held him high in the air against his will while passersby took pictures."

Cops were notified and began investigating and the sex crimes unit was contacted to look into the alleged ass slap.

Cops say there is no surveillance footage of the incident -- but they did note that there were roughly 10 other Saints players in the club that night.

Lawrence Phillips Murder Case Victim May Have Been Sexually Assaulted (Update)

Published | Updated

11:42 AM PT -- The Kern County D.A.'s office tells us Phillips has NOT been charged with sexual assault and there is no pending sexual case against him.

Translation -- the sexual assault kit must have not shown any signs of a sexual assault.

Another shocking twist in the Lawrence Phillips murder case ... TMZ Sports has learned officials believe the victim may have been sexually assaulted around the time he was killed.

The former NFL running back has already been charged with 1st degree murder in the April 11th death of his cellmate at Kern Valley State Prison ... where Phillips was already serving time for a plethora of other crimes.

But an incident report obtained by TMZ Sports shows officials administered a sexual assault kit on the victim in the days following the murder.

We spoke with officials involved in the murder investigation who tell us a sexual assault kit is NOT a standard operating procedure with murder victims at KVSP -- "There would have to be a reason to believe [a sexual assault occurred]. Some evidence or something else."

It's unclear what the sexual assault kit turned up -- or if prosecutors plan to charge Phillips with a sex crime.
