Chris Brown Australian Officials Want to Deny Entry He Lacks Character

Published | Updated

9:15 AM PT -- Chris posted a statement on Instagram, saying he'll be in Australia in December.

It looks like Chris Brown will be denied entry into Australia because officials from that country say the Rihanna beating makes it clear ... he's not of fit character to enter their borders.

Chris was scheduled to tour in the country in December, but Immigration officials want to lower the boom, saying, "People need to understand if you are going to commit domestic violence and then you want to travel around the world, there are going to be countries that say to you, 'You cannot come in because you are not of the character we expect in Australia."

The Prime Minister of Australia echoed the sentiment, saying it was "brilliantly expressed."

There were protests in Australia over his planned tours in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The visa has not been denied yet, but the handwriting may be on the wall.

Brown's application for visas have been rejected in Britain, Canada and New Zealand.

Patrick Kane Rape Case Someone Stole the Rape Kit ... Says Accuser's Lawyer

Published | Updated

Bombshell allegations in the Patrick Kane rape case ... with the accuser's lawyer claiming someone stole the rape kit evidence bag and dropped it off at her mother's doorstep.

The accuser's attorney, Thomas J. Eoannou, held up the bag during a news conference -- verified its authenticity -- and said, "The rape kit evidence bag has been tampered with."

Eoannou says the bag was delivered anonymously -- and he's demanding law enforcement immediately open an investigation into how the bag was removed from police custody in the first place.

Eoannou added, "In my 30 years plus of being both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, I have never seen an evidence bag outside a of police lab, a prosecutor's office, or a courtroom, let alone find one in the door way of a rape victim's mother's home."

"This evidence bag has been ripped open. The purpose of an evidence bag is to protect the items of evidence from tampering. The bag itself is even critical evidence to the chain of custody."

26-year-old Kane -- one of the biggest stars in the NHL -- has been accused of raping a 21-year-old woman back in August. So far, no charges have been filed.

Caitlyn Jenner D.A. Will NOT Prosecute in Fatal Car Crash ... UNLESS

Published | Updated

Caitlyn Jenner will not be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter in February's fatal PCH car crash, but there's one string attached, TMZ has learned.

Well-placed sources connected with the L.A. County D.A.'s Office tell us, the people assigned to review the case have determined Jenner's conduct was negligent, but not criminal. We're told the people making the decision are also relying on the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept., which investigated and came up with the same conclusion.

Here's the string that's attached. The D.A. herself, Jackie Lacey, can ignore the conclusions and go forward by filing criminal charges, but our sources say that's highly unlikely.

Matt Groening is literally living a Joni Mitchell song ... his neighbor paved paradise and put up a parking lot, and he's pissed.

Matt is enraged one of his neighbors is taking an ax to four 100-year-old pine trees, which he says are on protected property.

The "Simpsons" co-creator says the neighbor wants to pave over the area to accommodate her cars.

The Santa Monica neighborhood is up in arms. Bobby Shriver, the former Santa Monica mayor and member of the Kennedy clan, along with his wife, Malissa, tried to stop the chainsaw massacre by protesting to the City of L.A. Turns out, the trees are on the border between Santa Monica and L.A. and the stumps rest on the L.A. side.

One neighbor, Jerry Rubin, actually chained himself to one of the trees in protest.

Matt and company won a temporary reprieve ... the City of L.A. ordered the tree hackers to stop until they determine conclusively whether she has a right to chop the pines down.

As they say ... you don't know what you got till it's gone ...

A Warner Bros. spokesperson tells us, "The allegations are baseless and we will vigorously defend."

50 Cent Sues Over Reality Show 'Young White Girl' Casting Idea Was Offensive

Published | Updated

50 Cent has filed a lawsuit against a guy who he claims falsely represented to E! he wanted to do a reality show featuring a "young white girl" working at G-Unit.

50 claims he paid Andrew Jameson $270,000 to make deals for him, including TV projects. 50 says Jameson went rogue after his deal expired and went to E! and made a deal for 50 called "The Unit." Jameson suggested to a G-Unit employee to get a "young white woman" on board to make the show more sellable.

50 says in legal docs he was appalled when he found out, calling texts about the suggestion "highly offensive."

When 50 finally talked to E! to explain he didn't want to do a reality show, he was told Jameson had already closed the deal. 50 says he refused to do the show and it "severely damaged" his relationship with NBCUniversal, E!'s parent company.

50 wants all sorts of damages, totaling more than $800k.

Jameson's lawyer, Eric George, tells TMZ, "His claims aren't worth 50 cents." George adds, "In fact, Andrew is the one owed money -- several months of unpaid salary ... and he's in arbitration to get it."

Kylie Jenner Accused of Stalking Girl ... Over Jaden Smith

Kylie Jenner's been on a 3 year campaign to get revenge on a teenage girl she considered a rival for Jaden Smith's affection ... according to legal docs which read like an episode of "Gossip Girl."

In the docs, 17-year-old Chelsea Clark says Kylie was pissed because Jaden wanted to get with Chelsea. She says Kylie called her and said, "Leave my boyfriend alone cause you will never be like me."

Clark says Kylie then had people follow her and sent threatening messages to her over social media. She says at one point Kylie said, "This is war."

The alleged conspiracy gets even darker ... because, in the docs, Clark says she hurt her back in a car accident which she believes Kylie masterminded.

Clark requested a temporary restraining order, but it was denied. The court asked her to bring the threatening messages to court on Monday, but she was a no-show. There's a hearing scheduled for Oct. 9.

Sources close to Jaden tell us he doesn't know who Clark is either.

Sean Penn Sues Lee Daniels I DON'T Hit Women

Published | Updated

Sean Penn has sued Lee Daniels for $10 million, claiming the "Empire" creator dragged him through the mud and accused him of hitting women, just to make Terrence Howard look better.

Daniels did an interview in which he said, "[Terrence] ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some f***in' demon.... That's a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America."

Penn claims in his lawsuit Daniels' comments were "reckless and malicious" and Sean has falsely "for years been the subject of scandalous, scurrilous, and baseless attacks."

Penn has been caught on video attacking paparazzi and prosecuted for it. As for women, there have been numerous reports that he allegedly brutalized Madonna in the late '80s, and numerous publications reported he was charged and convicted. We did some checking, and it appears the story about being charged and convicted is incorrect ... he was never charged.

Penn says in the lawsuit, "Daniels' defense of Howard (and his improper invocation of two of the greatest actors and humanitarians of our time, Brando and Penn, in doing so) is apparently part of a misguided campaign to profit and further bolster and brand his show 'Empire.'"

Penn is suing Daniels for $10 million.

Rihanna Lawsuit She's Hot, Because She's Not Too Dark

FFO -- which also reps Kelly Ripa, designer Tory Burch and Katie Holmes -- also allegedly tolerated discussions about sex tourism and the relative "hotness" of Asian women.

And the suit claims there was loose talk about women, including comments such as a worker having an "ass of steel."

FFO is scoffing at the wrongful termination lawsuit, saying, "The complaint filed today is without merit, and we intend to defend vigorously against these baseless claims."

A second millionaire on "The Millionaire Matchmaker" in less than 2 months has been charged with brutalizing a woman ... and the latest one was so bad, the guy was arrested for attempted murder.

John Bonavia was featured on 'Millionaire Matchmaker' on March 20, 2014. According to the show, he's a financial adviser and worth $1 million.

On Sept. 12th, the Beverly Hills Police Dept. got a call from Bonavia's neighbor, who was alarmed after hearing screaming and pounding coming from Bonavia's house.

Law enforcement tells us, when cops arrived and knocked, Bonavia was uncooperative, so they forced their way in and found Bonavia and a woman, whose face was battered and bloody.

The woman was in bad enough shape that cops arrested Bonavia for attempted murder. The D.A. later charged him with felony injury on a cohabitant. He was also charged with making criminal threats.

And this isn't Bonavia's first brush with the law. In May 2014, another girlfriend accused him of hitting her with his fists and choking her.

And earlier this month, another millionaire from 'Millionaire Matchmaker' was charged with forcible rape, rape by use of drugs, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by a foreign object and attempted sodomy by use of force, and 2 counts of administering drugs to commit rape.
