Anthony Michael Hall takes delight in squirting his next-door neighbor with a water hose, but now he's been ordered to knock it off ... according to court docs.

We broke the story ... the 'Breakfast Club' star was allegedly caught on video getting in the neighbor's face, shoving him to the ground and breaking his wrist.

In docs obtained by TMZ, the neighbor says that attack is just the most recent. Additionally, he says Hall shoots him menacing looks and frequently uses his hose to spray him and his patio. He went to court for a temporary restraining order, and the judge sided with him ... instructing Hall to stop all harassment.

These guys are like the new Hatfields and McCoys -- Hall was arrested for disturbing the peace in 2011, and the neighbor says he was involved in that case too.

Derrick Rose is turning to Tupac Shakur in the hopes of getting the judge to force his rape accuser to reveal her identity during the trial ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Rose believes it's completely unfair for his accuser to hide behind a pseudonym while trashing him and talking about the case to the media.

The judge initially ruled she must use her real name -- but the woman is fighting back and Rose has filed new court docs arguing why she must be unmasked.

So, to help convince a judge to see it his way, Rose dug up Tupac Shakur's old sexual assault case -- a case in which a judge forced the rapper's accuser to reveal her identity.

Brief history lesson ... Tupac was convicted of 1st degree sexual assault over a 1993 incident in which the rapper forced a 19-year-old woman to perform oral sex on him and his friends.

Pac served 9 months in prison for the crime and was then sued in civil court -- where the woman tried to use a pseudonym to protect her identity.

Tupac objected -- and the judge sided with him ... claiming the woman and her legal team tried to gain a "tactical advantage" in the case through public statements trashing Pac ... and it wasn't fair.

Now, in the new court docs filed by Rose, he cites Tupac's case and says the situations are almost identical -- with his accuser looking to bash him in the media to gain an unfair advantage in the courtroom.

"Mr. Rose would be placed at a serious disadvantage if he were required to defend himself publicly while Ms. Doe could make her accusations from behind a cloak of anonymity."

Kim Kardashian wants the notorious celeb attacker who went after her ass to get more than a slap on the wrist -- so she's calling in lawyers and the police.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell TMZ ... Kim's planning to file a report with Paris PD over Vitalii Sediuk's latest assault. We're told Kim's security team will give cops a rundown on Sediuk's bum rush and kiss.

She also wants to get a restraining order. After all, this is now the second time he's gone after her.

We're told Kim considers the guy a constant threat to herself and others, who won't stop until he pays the price.

Brad Pitt submitted to a drug and alcohol test early on during the investigation into allegations he abused his son ... but it was not something he was forced to do.

Sources close to investigators tell TMZ ... the test went down within a couple days of the alleged incident on the plane. We're told Pitt voluntarily provided a urine sample in an attempt to show he had nothing to hide, and to clear up any "exaggerations."

As we first reported ... both sides agree he drank heavily on the plane, but Angelina Jolie's people say it was after the alleged incident with Maddox -- Brad's camp says it was before.

Obviously, the test -- first reported "In Touch" -- wouldn't show when Pitt had been drinking, but we're told he wanted the test to blunt any claims he's abusing drugs or alcohol. DCFS did not require it for its investigation ... Pitt simply offered.

We're told the test results are not in yet.

Fetty Wap and his producer on "Trap Queen" are being sued by a Danish songwriter who claims they jacked his beat without permission for Wap's monster hit.

In his lawsuit, Lazar Lakic says he purchased exclusive rights in 2014 to a beat called, "Hello" ... from producer Tony Fadd. Lakic says that's why he was shocked to hear it sampled in "Trap Queen."

Lakic says Fadd contacted him in January 2015 in an attempt to buy back the rights to "Hello," but Lakic declined. "Trap Queen" ended up going 4x platinum in the US, and Lakic says he never got a cut.

Fetty's attorney, Navarro Gray, tells TMZ ... Fetty legally bought the beat from Fadd and has the contract to prove it. So if Lakic is awarded damages, Fetty says he'll go after Fadd to cover it.

Lakic is suing for profits from the banger. He also wants to destroy all copies and stop all sales of "Trap Queen" ... which would be damn near impossible at this point.

French Montana got pulled over outside a strip club, and seemed to have Desiigner's recent arrest in mind ... as he joked about his fellow passengers holding anything illegal.

French and a bunch of friends were being driven in an SUV leaving Aces in Queens early Wednesday ... when they got stopped. While recording video, he threw a few verbal jabs at the officers.

He referred to them as "hip-hop cops" (the alleged NYPD unit dedicated to tracking rappers) ... and repeatedly yelled, "Black lives matter." It's unclear why French and co. got pulled over, or if anyone was ticketed.

Watch the video though ... French wanted to make sure no one else in the ride had "some s*** I need to know about."

Lena Headey says she won't be returning her son to L.A. anytime soon -- father's wishes be damned -- because the American education system sucks.

Headey's ex-husband, Peter Loughran, claims in new legal docs Lena agreed to return their 6-year-old son from the U.K. after she was done filming "Game of Thrones" ... but didn't.

Headey supposedly emailed Peter saying she was enrolling their son in a Yorkshire school because the kid was being held back by a subpar American school system.

Loughran insists the deadline for returning the kid was Sept. 5th, so she's brazenly violated their deal and his right to make decisions for his child. She begs to differ, saying he agreed the boy could live with her in England.

Loughran says he hasn't seen his kid in 8 weeks ... Headey hasn't even let them chat on the phone.

Hayden Panettiere better think twice the next time she pawns off a couple dogs for 6 years ... at least that's the takeaway after she settled up with her former dog sitter.

You'll recall Tia Brooks sued Hayden back in July in a bizarre case. Hayden got 2 rescues and left them with a dog sitter for 6 YEARS, paying a whopping $119,335.88. Seriously.

But Hayden claimed the dog sitter was a crook, giving the pooches away but pretending she was still caring for them and billing all the while.

Brooks claimed everything she did was kosher and turned around and sued Hayden for the $8,500 balance she said was owed.

We've learned the case quietly settled. They split the doggie in half and Hayden paid Brooks $4,250.

Brooks appeared on "TMZ Live" shortly after filing suit and refused to say where Zander and Xena ended up. As for why Brooks says Hayden left the dogs with her for half a dozen years ... well, it's crazy.

The guy who rammed Kylie Jenner's security gate just copped a plea deal, but he's still getting some time behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, the Kyliegate perp was sentenced to 10 days in L.A. County Jail after pleading no contest to vandalism. He got credit for 4 days, and he's already started serving the other 6. He'll also be on probation for 12 months.

Lawrence Taylor's DUI case just went from bad to worse -- because he was just hit with more severe charges ... and now faces QUADRUPLE the jail time ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Taylor was arrested on Sept. 2nd in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida after crashing into a mobile home and a police cruiser while allegedly drunkenly driving his Bentley.

Following the arrest, Taylor pled not guilty to 1 count of DUI -- which carried a max sentence of 6 months in jail.

Now, TMZ Sports has obtained court docs which show prosecutors have substituted the charge with 2 counts of "DUI causing or contributing to injury to person or property."

Each count carries a max sentence of 1 year behind bars.

LT is due back in court next month.

The protesters who bum-rushed Ryan Lochte on "Dancing With the Stars" could end up behind bars now that prosecutors are hitting them with 2 charges.

We've learned the L.A. City Attorney's Office is charging Sam Sotoodeh and Barzeen Soroudi with leaving a spectator area and entering upon a stage, as well as interfering with a performance -- both are misdemeanors.

As we first reported, the protesters went to 'DWTS' because they blamed Ryan for a family member getting arrested in Brazil.

No one's going to San Quentin -- the ballroom floor got the worst of the protest -- but if convicted, they could get up to 6 months in county jail, and a $1,000 fine.

Shaun White has fired back in his sexual harassment case -- claiming his accuser (a former bandmate) is full of crap and just looking to grab a few headlines.

Lil Wayne's record label is getting called out for stiffing rapper David Banner, and now has to hand him more than $160k.

Banner won a default judgment in his lawsuit against Young Money Records -- he said the label owed him upwards of $150k for work he did on "Tha Carter III" and "We Are Young Money" ... specifically for three songs he produced.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Young Money failed to respond in the case ... so the judge entered the default of $164,303.19, which includes interest.

We're guessing Wayne already has an idea about how to pay off that tab.

Former NFL star Greg Hardy was arrested for possession of COCAINE late Sunday night in Texas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, Hardy was pulled over in a 2010 Dodge Challenger because he didn't use a turn signal.

Singer Nikki Williams -- who was married to Weston Cage for 2 years -- says Chameleon Entertainment CEO Breyon Prescott totally derailed her career and was verbally abusive ... according to a lawsuit she just filed.
