Aaron Hernandez hasn't even wifed up his fiancee yet, but she's already said "I do" to changing her last name.

Shayanna Jenkins just doubled down with Aaron -- who's in prison for life -- by taking his last name. The change was approved by a judge in Rhode Island.

The judge said Jenkins-Hernandez requested the change, so she could have the same last name as Avielle, the 2-year-old daughter she had with Aaron.

A woman is suing the creator of "Empire," for hundreds of millions of dollars, claiming Lee Daniels lifted her life story, right down to a gay family member.

Sophia Eggleston claims in her lawsuit, she embodies the "Cookie" character in almost every important respect, including a penchant for wearing mink. She also says she did time for putting a hit on someone, and Cookie's character did the same thing.

Eggleston says she gave a copy of an autobiography to a screenwriter back in 2011, and she says months later the screenwriter called her to say she was pitching the book to Lee Daniels.

Kim Richards spent the night in jail after getting arrested for shoplifting Sunday night ... TMZ has confirmed.

The former 'Real Housewife' was booked into jail around 7:30 PM after store security called LAPD to a Target in the Valley. Law enforcement tells us a security guard nabbed her for allegedly scooping up a "bunch of items" worth more than $600.

Richards got out of the pokey on Monday afternoon. Her bail was $5,000. It's unclear if she was under the influence at the time of this latest arrest. She was also busted in April for allegedly making a drunken scene at the Beverly Hills hotel.

That arrested led to a rehab stint that just ended a few weeks ago.

As TMZ first reported, Kim's kinda on her own now ... since sister Kyle Richards and her husband are trying the tough love route after Kim went on a bender at her daughter's wedding.

Chris Brown believes he's an exceptional father to his daughter Royalty and plans to fight his baby mama's attempt to limit his custody to just supervised visits.

According to our sources, Brown plans to file an opposition to Nia Guzman's request for full custody ... countering her claims that he's a bad father. Guzman has cited several issues with Chris' parenting and lifestyle, but we're told he has a comeback for each one.

First off, we're told Chris will argue he never puts his daughter in harm's way and has increased security at his home since the recent break-in.

Secondly, our sources says Chris will say he has never done drugs around Royalty.

Lastly, we're told Chris will argue he has never allowed "gang bangers" to be around his daughter.

Chris has filed his own docs to establish paternity so he can fight for joint custody, but so far a judge has not ruled.

Indiana Pacer Jordan Hill had the nerve to ask cops if they HAD to arrest him ... after they busted him doing 107 mph -- and the exchange was all caught on dash cam video.

TMZ Sports got the full video, including the audio, which reveals Hill's hysterical attempt to get some leniency. As we previously reported, he got arrested last week in Georgia, and after cops pulled him out of his Range Rover -- shirtless, for some reason -- he tried to turn on the charm.

Watch the clip -- the police officer said, "What's your story, man? Just driving like an idiot?" Hill actually mutters an excuse which clearly did NOT sway the officer ... who quickly put him in cuffs.

Tyga is getting sued for club hopping in Vegas.

According to legal docs ... Kylie's BF signed a contract with a promoter to perform last summer at Body English for $25k. Part of the deal was that Tyga couldn't perform anywhere else in Vegas a week before the concert and a month after. It's called a "radius" clause, and it's really common.

The promoter -- Z Entertainment -- claims Tyga hopped onstage at another Vegas venue the night before the Body English gig.

The promoter also says Tyga screwed them over when he was a no-show last November at a gig in Santa Monica.

The promoter wants Tyga to fork over $100k in damages.

Bob Barker has no problem if someone does to Dr. Walter Palmer what he did to Cecil The Lion ... kill him.

Barker and his partner Nancy Burnet believe Palmer and hunters like him have a personality defect like other criminals.

Chris Brown's baby mama fears for the safety of their daughter when she's alone with him ... so she's asking a judge to ONLY allow him to see 1-year-old Royalty when someone else is around.

Jared Fogle reportedly paid $100 to have sex with a 16-year-old girl ... an encounter he called "amazing."

The FBI has subpoenaed text messages between Jared and a Subway employee with whom he was having a sexual relationship, according to Business Insider, which broke the story.

According to the report, in 2008 Jared wanted the woman to advertise herself on Craigslist to have sex with other men so he could watch. He allegedly said he'd pay $500 per encounter. Business Insider says the woman responded, "Is this the same website you found that 16-year-old girl that you f*****? I still can't believe you only paid $100 to her."

The report says Jared responded, "It was amazing!!!"

The woman says she went to Subway to complain, but the company did nothing.

Meek Mill can't get a break this week ... after getting trashed for his tepid Drake diss song, he's now in the crosshairs of of The Undertaker over the wrestler's famous ring entrance song.

Meek sampled The Taker's signature bells in the diss track, and the WWE is not amused. A spokesperson tells TMZ, "WWE takes its intellectual property rights very seriously, and we're looking into the matter."

The timing is sure bad ... the WWE is in no mood for clowning, given the tragic death of Rowdy Roddy Piper.

Snoop Dogg found himself in some hot water with Italian Customs agents after facing a problem most people wish they could have ... he was carrying too much money.

Reports say that Snoop was stopped at an Italian airport with approximately $422,000 in cash ... WAY more than the $10K you can move across European borders without claiming.

Half of the money was impounded but in most cases it's returned after fines.

Snoop hasn't had the best of luck in Europe ... he was arrested after officers suspected he was under the influence of pot in Sweden last week.

Luis Miguel is being sued by a photog who claims the Latin legend's bodyguard beat him up ... at the singer's direction.

Tony Echevarria claims he was filming Miguel on April 19 when the singer's bodyguard pushed him to the ground and battered him.

The pap says the bodyguard was instructed by Miguel to attack any pap who tried taking his pic.

Dr. Walter Palmer -- the dentist who gunned down Cecil the Lion -- has resurfaced and contacted authorities after days of hiding ... TMZ has learned.

Officials for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service tell us a rep for Dr. Palmer contacted them late Thursday.

We're told Dr. Palmer is cooperating with the investigation into Cecil's death, which focuses on an international law governing hunters who move their trophies from one country to another.

Fish and Wildlife have been looking to speak with Dr. Palmer as it conducts its investigation into the killing of Cecil. The U.S. Dept. of Justice is also investigating.

The other shoe has dropped ... Zimbabwe officials say the dentist who killed Cecil violated criminal laws in the barbaric hunt and have started the process to get him extradited from the U.S. to the scene of the crime.

The Environment, Water and Climate Minister says, "We want him tried in Zimbabwe because he violated our laws. Police should take the first step to approach the prosecutor general who will approach the Americans."

The Minister says Dr. Palmer of "a well-orchestrated agenda which would tarnish the image of Zimbabwe and further strain the relationship between Zimbabwe and the USA."

As for the laws that the Minister says were violated ... the law that controls the use of a bow and arrow and financing an illegal hunt.
