We've reached out to the Eastwood family -- so far no comment.

Ozzy Osbourne 49 Days Sober ... and Still Headbanging

Published | Updated

Ozzy Osbourne celebrated his 49th day of sobriety by rocking out HARD -- we're talkin' crotch-thrusting, hardcore headbanging, and running around a stage like a maniac ... and it was awesome.

Osbourne -- who's 64 years old -- performed with Black Sabbath in New Zealand on Saturday ... just days after coming clean about his private struggle with drugs and alcohol.

We broke the story, Ozzy's wife Sharon decided to separate from the rock star after learning he'd fallen off the wagon -- and said she wouldn't come back until he was sober for several months.

The ultimatum seems to be working -- 'cause he looked fresh and energized on stage.

Sharon Osbourne I Won't Go Back to Ozzy 'Til He's Clean for Months

Published | Updated

Sharon Osbourne is in the business of tough love ... because she's NOT going to reconcile with hubby Ozzy Osbourne until he proves to her he'll be sober for the long haul.

Sources connected to the couple tell us ... even though Ozzy says he's been sober for 44 days ... it's not enough for her. She's been living with this most recent bout of drug and alcohol abuse for a year-and-a-half, and Sharon is saying 44 days doesn't make that go away.

Ozzy has admitted ... his boozing and drug use caused their split but he's confident Sharon will NOT end their 31-year marriage by filing for divorce.

Our sources say ... Sharon's intention is not to end the marriage, but she believes she has to make it clear to Ozzy once and for all ... she can't handle his substance abuse.

Sources familiar with the situation say there will be NO divorce. As one person put it, "They've been through hell and back together. They're not breaking up."

Lindsay at Coachella The Last Temptation ... Before Rehab

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan insists she was clean as a whistle at Coachella ... navigating around the muddy waters of drugs and booze.

LiLo is telling friends ... she didn't drink an ounce of alcohol and stayed clear of all drugs ... even though people all around her were getting high.

So why should we believe her, because frequently we don't? Here's the thing. There are NO pics that have surfaced of Lindsay partying, and whenever she does ... something gets out.

In fact ... we know Lindsay was invited to numerous parties and we checked with people who attended -- and could remember -- and no one saw her.

Lindsay is telling her friends she turned in by 10 PM both nights during the weekend.

Raising the question ... why bother going?

Lindsay Lohan NO Adderall ... NO Rehab

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan may leave rehab as fast as she arrives, if they dare try and take her precious Adderall away ... and we've learned that's exactly what the facility plans to do.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay will do her 90 days of rehab at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY. An official source at the Center tells TMZ although they allow people to take drugs prescribed by a doctor, they are suspicious of Adderall because of its many abuses -- lots of people say they take it for ADHD, when they're really using it for weight loss and getting high.

We're told Seafield tries to ween patients off Adderall and give them other, less addictive meds for ADHD.

As for Lindsay -- who's been a hard-core Adderall user for years -- she's telling friends she absolutely refuses to take an Adderall substitute. She says she's tried other meds and Adderall is the only Rx that works for her.

Bottom line -- Lindsay has said many times she's not going to stay in a facility that doesn't allow her to take her Adderall, and when she finds out Seafield wants her off of it ... she's outta there.

Lindsay Lohan Gets D For Attendance at 'SM5' Premiere

Lindsay Lohan is as predictable as a pineapple in a Mai Tai ... she showed up 40 minutes late for her "Scary Movie 5" premiere.

In fact ... she blew in 30 minutes before they rolled up the red carpet.

Her "SM5" and "Anger Management" co-star Charlie Sheen broke away from a few interviews to snap a few pics with the soon-to-be-in-rehab-but-not-until-after-she-goes-to-Coachella starlet.

Bet she won't be late when Phoenix takes the stage.

Lindsay Lohan No Drugs, No Booze For Me at Coachella

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan is going on her yearly pilgrimage to a place where drugs and alcohol are as plentiful as Botox in Bev Hills ... but she SWEARS she'll stay clean.

Lindsay is telling friends ... she doesn't care about all the snipers who are scoffing at the recidivist rehabber -- she says she's not living her life for other people.

LiLo insists she's going for the music and wants to have some fun -- just like last year (above) -- before checking into the rehab facility for a 90-day stay.

Lindsay is also insisting she doesn't have a problem with drugs or alcohol ... leading lots of us to wonder how on earth rehab is going to work. In fact, Michael Lohan told us Thursday on TMZ Live ... he expects his daughter will fail.

And there's this ... The judge in her criminal case warned her to stay away from people who do drugs or alcohol. This is an IMPOSSIBILITY at Coachella.

Lindsay's Rehab Next-Door Liquor Store Can't WAIT to Booze Her Up

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan will have plenty of temptation just down the road when she goes to rehab on Long Island -- TMZ has learned, the nearest liquor store is willing to serve her anything she wants.

The owner of Six Corners Liquors -- just a quarter mile from Seafield Center -- tells TMZ, "If Lindsay came in we would treat her like a normal customer. If she wants to buy something of course we will allow her to buy something. I would never say no to her."

Of course, Lindsay is forbidden from leaving the facility once she starts her 90-day sentence on May 2nd -- and could be thrown in jail if she does -- but let's face it ... she's got a history of skipping out of rehab for field trips.

While the liquor store owner tells us he's "rooting for [Lindsay] to succeed and drink in moderation" ... he also says she can get a 20% discount if she buys a case of wine.

Enabling ... it's not just for Lindsay's family.

Lindsay Lohan Will Fail at Rehab ... Says Her Dad

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan will not emerge from rehab a changed woman ... so says her own father.

Michael Lohan just called in to "TMZ Live" to discuss Lindsay's upcoming court-ordered stint in a fancy rehab center in The Hamptons -- and while he's hoping for the best ... it's clear he's not very confident it's gonna work.

In fact, Michael also says Lindsay's decision to hit the Coachella music festival right before she begins treatment is "one of the worst ideas she ever had."

Gotta respect the honesty ...

Michael Lohan Magna Cum Sober Degree From Lindsay's Rehab Joint

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan has history with the rehab center which she'll call home for 90 days -- her dad dried out there in the late '80s, and we're told he and the rehab owner are thick as thieves.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay will be moving into the Seafield Center at Westhampton Beach in New York for her court-ordered rehab. Turns out a coked-up and boozy Michael Lohan checked into the joint in 1989, and became tight with Executive Director Mark Epley.

Michael tells TMZ ... Mark knows the "family dynamic" of the Lohan family. Michael says the goal is to force Dina Lohan to agree to family therapy -- with Michael and Lindsay -- to deal with their laundry list of woes.

Here's the problem -- Michael got sober at Seafield, but he fell off the wagon pretty quickly thereafter.

Michael says he wanted Lindsay to go to Lukens Institute in Florida because the facility is small and stylized to the patients, but he still likes Seafield a lot.

Lindsay Lohan Rehab Facility SURROUNDED BY TEMPTATION

Published | Updated

8:00 AM PDT: Lindsay's attorney Mark Heller is telling various tabloids that no decision has been made on which rehab facility Lindsay will enter.

Sources connected to the situation tell TMZ ... Heller is not telling the truth. A decision HAS been made, and Lindsay's going to Seafield.

Lindsay Lohan will do rehab 15 minutes from the hottest summer club scene in the country ... problem is, if she tries to escape she's going directly to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay's lawyer and prosecutors have agreed on a facility where she'll do her 90 days of rehab. It's called Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY.

Seafield is NOT a lockdown facility -- something prosecutors and the judge required. But we broke the story ... there's no such thing as a true lockdown rehab joint where people are essentially held hostage.

We've learned prosecutors have modified the plea bargain and have agreed on Seafield. It's an inpatient facility where patients are not supposed to leave, but no one can stop them if they walk out the door.

But here's the reason why Seafield was chosen -- It has 24-hour staff guarding the doors, as well as surveillance cameras and walls. If Lindsay tries to leave, she can't be stopped, but someone would see her and notify authorities. That would trigger a probation violation and the judge would almost certainly throw her butt in jail.

As for the cost ... $4,025 a week. Grand total for 90 days -- $51,750.

One problem. We've learned the facility is not designed for a 90-day stay. The limit is 28 days. An admissions person told TMZ ... they've never had anyone there longer for one stay. But we've learned the administrator has told prosecutors he'd stylize a 90-day program just for Lindsay

One final thing. There are lots of rules. No tobacco, no cell phone, and you can't dress like a slut ...

Lindsay Lohan Tears & Vodka on Letterman

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan mixed vodka with rehab -- with a splash of tears -- on David Letterman's show last night.

The most famous defendant since O.J. Simpson says she's taking her impending rehab seriously ... but then -- on camera -- she reached for a coffee cup filled with a mysterious liquid.

Best mug shot ever!

By the way, Linds kept the party going after Letterman -- she hit up 1 Oak Nightclub, and was seen leaving early this morning.

At least she's not driving.

David Letterman Grills Lindsay Are You An Addict?

Published | Updated

David Letterman grilled Lindsay Lohan like a cheeseburger today ... firing off question after question about her upcoming stint in rehab ... until Lindsay finally shot back with a dig of her own.

Letterman broke the ice by asking, "Aren't you supposed to be in rehab now?"

Lindsay responded, "Don't you watch anything that goes on? What are you a tabloid now?"

Lohan eventually told Dave what he wanted to hear -- she'll be entering rehab on May 2 and believes it's "a blessing and not a curse."

Letterman kept pressing ... asking if Lohan believes she truly has an addiction problem -- and that's when Lindsay hit back.

Lindsay Lohan's Plea Deal One String Attached ... I WANT MY ADDERALL

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan drew a line in the sand during plea negotiations in her lying-to-cops case -- she'd agree to rehab ONLY if the facility would allow her to continue taking Adderall ... sources close to LiLo tell TMZ.

Our sources say Lindsay has taken Adderall -- used to treat Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and misused for various other purposes -- daily for years. She believes she needs it to function.

We're told Lindsay was steadfast -- either attach Adderall to the deal or she'd take her chances at trial. Sources say Lindsay's lawyer, Mark Heller, assured her he could find a lockdown rehab facility that would accommodate her demand.

Heller may not be able to deliver ... fact is, there's no such thing as a lockdown rehab facility that would take Lindsay, much less allow her to take the drug.

It's pretty ironic ... when Lindsay was jailed back in 2010, she got a doctor to prescribe Adderall while she was behind bars ... even though her ADHD diagnosis was called into serious question.

A number of people in Lindsay's life believe it was the Adderall that led to her downfall.

Cory Monteith Checks Into Rehab

Monteith's rep told PEOPLE mag, "[Monteith] has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction. He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery."

Monteith, who stars as Finn Hudson on the Fox show, was in rehab once before when he was 19. He talked about it back in 2011, saying, "I don't want kids to think it's okay to drop out of school and get high, and they'll be famous actors, too."

Lindsay Lohan In Limbo Over Rehab

Published | Updated

It's been two weeks since Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in lockdown rehab, but TMZ has learned there's been no movement in placing her in a facility.

We broke the story after lots of digging ... there's no such thing as lockdown rehab for Lindsay, and that creates a problem because we're told the judge and prosecutors were under the clear impression -- based on representations by Lindsay's lawyer -- that she could be placed in such a facility in New York.

We're told prosecutors are discussing what to do with the famed defendant, but nothing has been decided. The options are regular rehab (where Lindsay has been a royal screw-up in the past) and jail.

In fact, the sentence is actually 90 days in jail which can be fulfilled by 90 days lockdown rehab.

It's unclear if prosecutors will make the rehab decision on their own or take it back to the judge. Given that the judge also seemed to clearly be under the impression that lockdown was an option, it's likely Judge Jim Dabney will have to sign off.
