A woman who called 911 to report a burglary at Greg Biffle's home told police she felt something was off when she noticed several doors were kicked in upon her arrival.
TMZ Sports obtained audio of the call on Friday ... a week after the late NASCAR legend's North Carolina home was burglarized on January 8.
The unidentified woman told police she arrived at the Biffle residence to help clean things up weeks after the tragedy ... and when she got there, she said she noticed signs of a burglary.
"I'm at the house now, and it looks like someone tried to break in," the woman said. "Yeah, someone tried to kick the doors in."
YouTube Star Vitaly You're All Done Here ... Back To Russia You Go!
YouTube star Vitaly Zdorovetskiy's officially done with his time in The Philippines, and now he's set to head back to his native Russia -- as part of his deportation process.
ICYMI ... the social media star was arrested in April 2025 after several livestreamed stunts in Bonifacio Global City, which reportedly involved instances of harassment and theft, the Philippine Star reports.
Vitaly was charged with unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, and attempted theft. He was designated as an "undesirable foreign national."

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. reacted to the arrest of Russian-American vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy.

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said, while Vitaly, who was born in Russia, resides in the United States as a green card holder, his deportation will be processed based on his passport of origin.
Interestingly ... Remulla said the government of the Philippines held "no ill feelings" towards the social media star.
The Bureau of Immigration, which serves as the Philippines' agency for managing immigration laws, is reportedly coordinating the details of Vitaly's deportation with Russian authorities.

Nick Reiner Landed in Mental Health Conservatorship in 2020
Nick Reiner was placed into a mental health conservatorship for one year, which may have resulted from an involuntary psychiatric hospitalization ... according to The New York Times.
NYC's newspaper of record published its findings Thursday ... citing Steven Baer, a licensed fiduciary who was Nick's appointed conservator, and a clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. However, they did not provide any details beyond confirming Nick was in the conservatorship in 2020.
Reiner was placed in an LPS conservatorship -- a type of conservatorship initiated by a doctor which usually follows an involuntary psychiatric hospitalization -- sometime in 2020. This is a different kind of conservatorship than the ones celebs like Britney Spears underwent.

11:03 AM PT -- West's attorney, Brandon Sloane, tells TMZ Sports he's confident the details of the case will show there's much more to the story ... but the ex-NBAer is using the experience as a wake-up call to seek professional help.
The attorney says he is "proud of Delonte as he has used this process to seek out help and been released on bond to a treatment facility. We all look forward to his continued progress, and Delonte is particularly appreciative of the numerous thoughts and well wishes over the last several weeks."
Delonte West has found himself in trouble with the law again -- the former NBA star was arrested last month in Virginia after he allegedly robbed an individual -- TMZ Sports has learned.
Law enforcement tells us they received a call from a person who reported getting robbed and assaulted in the 5900 block of Richmond Highway in Belle Haven ... and claimed the culprit ran off on them.
When cops arrived on the scene, they learned the individual in question didn't get far. The caller pointed out the man across the street as the one they were looking for. It turned out to be West, whom officials in the area have unfortunately become familiar with over the years.

Timothy Busfield just appeared in a New Mexico court for the first time since surrendering on charges of child abuse and criminal sexual contact with a minor ... and we've got it all on video.
Timothy was shackled and in an orange jail jumpsuit for his very brief court appearance. He's being held without bond and has another court hearing later this month.
As we reported ... the award-winning actor and director was accused of sexually abusing two boys who were child actors on "The Cleaning Lady" while he was directing the show in 2022 in New Mexico. At the time, prosecutors say, the child actors were 7 and 8 at the time of the alleged contact, and their parents reported the alleged crimes to the Albuquerque police two years later, leading to a criminal investigation.
Busfield's civil lawyer, Larry Stein, told TMZ ... he believes there is a revenge factor at work. He points to the criminal complaint, which essentially says an actress on set claims that the mother of both boys told her she vowed to get revenge after her sons were cut from the final season of the show.

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for allegedly threatening an Uber driver who refused to pull over and let him out of the vehicle ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kiefer told police he was having dinner with a friend Sunday night. Late in the evening, he called for an Uber Black, the driver arrived, Kiefer jumped in and they were on their way to Kiefer's home.
For some reason, during the drive, Kiefer told the driver to pull over and let him out. Kiefer told cops the driver refused, and Kiefer twice more asked the driver to pull over, to no avail.

Michael McKee, the Illinois surgeon charged with murdering his ex-wife and her husband inside their Ohio home, agreed to be shipped back to Ohio to face murder charges ... but he says he's innocent.
McKee appeared in court Monday after his Saturday arrest in Illinois and waived extradition back to Ohio, where he is accused of gunning down Spencer and Monique Tepe in the early hours of Dec. 30 with the couple's two young children in the home.

Male model Christian Hogue has been arrested on a felony assault charge ... after allegedly putting a guy in a headlock at a Tennessee dog park.
Prosecutors in Davidson County say cops responded to Shelby Dog Park in Nashville back in August for a call about a fight ... and when they got there a man told them he got into a physical altercation with Christian.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors claim Christian grabbed the man from behind, threw him to the ground and placed him in a headlock after their dogs got aggressive with each other and the man attempted to break it up.

The Winnebago County Jail in Illinois tells TMZ ... McKee was booked early today and is on an out-of-state hold.

Mississippi 6 Murdered By Gunman in Shooting Spree ... Suspect in Custody

11:52 AM PT -- Officials in Mississippi have named 24-year-old Daricka Moore as the shooting suspect. Online records show he was taken into custody early Saturday morning for first-degree murder.
At least 6 have been declared dead following a shooting spree in West Point, Mississippi Friday night.
Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott announced “multiple innocent lives” were lost “due to violence” in the town, which is near the Alabama border, in a Facebook post. He told WTVA that 6 people were killed across 3 separate locations.
The individual was apprehended by authorities, but his identity has not yet been revealed.

Antonio Brown Gets Approval To Travel To Tampa ... While On Bail For Attempted Murder
Antonio Brown will soon be able to leave the confines of Miami and travel across Florida -- if only for a few days -- after a judge approved the former NFL star's request to traverse the Sunshine State for business.
Brown's lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, filed a motion on Monday, seeking the court's permission to allow Brown to make the four-hour, roughly 280-mile drive from the southeastern tip of the peninsula to the west coast of the state for six days.
"During this period, Mr. Brown has several scheduled work-related meetings and business engagements with Energetic Exotic, Florida's premier exotic and luxury car rental company," Eiglarsh wrote, according to court documents. "In addition, he has multiple prearranged music studio sessions."
