Three Dallas Cowboys legends are back on the same sideline ... rooting on their daughters who all play in the same elite youth soccer league ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Emmitt Smith, Tony Dorsett and Charles Haley -- together they have 9 Super Bowls, 17 Pro Bowls and 2 Hall of Fame busts -- and they get together every weekend as soccer dads.

"[Our daughters] are out there ballin', Dorsett tells us ... "The apples don't fall far from the tree."

Tony -- who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in '94 -- says his daughter plays on the same team with Haley's kid ... and even though Emmit's daughter plays on another squad, "They go head to head sometimes."

"When we're together, we talk about football. It's not usually about the old days. We talk about what's going on in the league now," Dorsett says.

Tony says the guys are all very supportive of each other's kids -- "All of the girls are very talented" -- but says Charles' daughter is a star among stars.

Roc Boys were in the building last night ... when Jay Z hit up MetLife Stadium to watch his newest client, Dez Bryant, tear up the NY Giants ... and even made time to shmooze with Jerry Jones.

Of course, Jay's Roc Nation Sports just signed #88 ... and Dez couldn't be happier about it -- throwing up the Roc Nation sign after both of his touchdowns last night.

Dez is reportedly gunning for one of the biggest contracts in NFL history ... something over the $100 million mark ... and after last night's performance, ya gotta think Jay's more confident than ever that he'll get it.

Can't knock the hustle.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was officially welcomed to the Roc Nation Sports family this weekend with a huge party at Jay Z's NYC nightclub ... complete with champagne, hot chicks and expensive jewelry.

It all went down at Jay's 40/40 Club ... where Dez sipped on expensive Ace of Spades champagne and D'USSE Cognac.

Also, check out Dez's brand new chain -- the Roc Nation Sports logo -- we're guessing a gift from his new agency.

Of course, Dez fired his old agent and signed with Jay's group earlier this month -- and clearly, he's fired up about it.

Tony Romo's entire family took the trip to London to watch the Dallas Cowboys play the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend ... and even took some selfies with Michael Irvin on the way.

Romo's parents -- along with his wife Candice Crawford -- hopped on a plane destined for Heathrow early this morning.

So, is it a sign that Romo will suit up and play this weekend? We think so ... because you don't fly halfway across the world to watch someone stand on the sidelines.

Think Dez Bryant's pumped about hiring Jay Z??

Just two days after inking a deal with the Roc Nation Sports agency, the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver finally announced it to the world by throwing up the official Roc Nation hand signal.

Dez joins a Roc Nation roster that already boasts superstars like Kevin Durant, Victor Cruz, and Robinson Cano ... who just recently signed the dotted line on a $240 million contract.

Ya gotta think Cano's deal was a huge factor in Dez's decision to join Jay Z's team -- 'cause he's a free agent after this season ... and it's clear, #88 is hoping Jay's gonna show him the money.

Legendary billionaire T. Boone Pickens just made one helluva prediction -- THE COWBOYS WILL WIN THE SUPER BOWL ... but it won't be Tony Romo who leads 'em to victory.

The 86-year-old business tycoon was out in D.C. yesterday when we started talking football -- and he told us the BEST PART of having the football stadium named after him at Oklahoma State.

Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle offered an officer $100 for a MASSAGE while he was being booked into jail for stealing underwear ... and it was all caught on tape.

It all went down at Frisco City Jail in Texas after the 22-year-old was busted for shoplifting cologne and undies from a nearby mall on Oct 13th.

To say Randle was acting bizarre during the booking process ... is kind of an understatement.

Some of the highlights on the video obtained by CBS DFW:

-- Randle to female booking officer: "If I give you $100, can you give me a massage?”

-- Randle to Agent (on phone): "I got jammed up. I need a… I need an attorney to get me a writ bond so I can make it to practice tomorrow."

-- Randle to male booking officer: "Hey, is this going to be on the news, you think?"

A Washington Redskins superfan grabbed a microphone at the DALLAS AIRPORT this morning and led the D.C.-bound crowd in a rendition of the team fight song ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The guy who grabbed the mic was in town for the Cowboys vs. Redskins game Monday night -- and was clearly still fired up about his team emerging victorious!

So, while waiting for his flight back to D.C., he grabbed a mic from the flight attendant's stand and asked all the Redskins fans who could hear his voice to join him in singing "Hail to the Redskins."

They did ... and it was LOUD!!

Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick isn't just killin' it on the field ... he's killin' it in the bedroom too ... so says his super hot GF Draya Michele.

The "Basketball Wives L.A." star was leaving an event at the Mondrian -- in a super tight, super revealing dress -- when we asked if she takes any credit for the incredible season Orlando is having.
Ya gotta hear what Draya says -- pretty funny.

FYI -- the Cowboys are 5-0 with Scandrick on the field this season ... and he's on track to make the Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

NBA Hall of Famer Mitch Richmond has a very clear message for Michael Sam -- don't give up -- telling TMZ Sports that he hopes Sam does everything he can to keep his NFL dream alive.

Richmond was out in Calabasas when our camera guy asked the 6-time All-Star and Cowboys fan about Sam being cut from the 'Boys practice squad to make room for another player.

Michael Sam's dream of being the first openly gay player to start a regular season NFL game took a major hit today ... with the rookie DE being cut from the Dallas Cowboys practice squad.

Sam, who was signed to the Cowboys after failing to make the St. Louis Rams 53 man roster, was released earlier today after Dallas signed linebacker Troy Davis.

Moments ago, Sam spoke out about the move releasing a statement via his Twitter account.

"I want to think the Jones family and the entire Cowboys organization for their opportunity, as well as my friends, family, teammates, and fans for their support. While this is disappointing, I will take the lessons I learned here in Dallas and continue to fight for an opportunity to prove that I can play every Sunday."

Well, maybe he can help -- because NY Giants head coach Tom Coughlin turned to Phil's best song to help fire up his team this week ... so says linebacker Mark Herzlich.

Herzlich says Coughlin decided to play some music during practice this week to get the team ready for their HUGE game against the Dallas Cowboys ... and Tom decided Phil's jam could help pump up the intensity.

Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle BRAGGED about owning several pairs of expensive shoes just days before he was busted for shoplifting -- claiming nice stuff made him feel good.

Randle was speaking to Mac Engel on 105.3 THE FAN Dallas/Ft. Worth last Friday -- when the NFL player, who makes just under $500k per year, said he's dropped 4-figs on Gucci shoes on several occasions.

Interesting ... considering he was arrested for allegedly stealing Gucci cologne from a Texas department store on Monday night ... along with 2 pairs of Polo underwear.

Randle -- who's making nearly $500k this year -- was arrested for shoplifting ... and our sources say he's accused of boosting the cologne AND a 2-pack of black Polo underwear.

We're told store security footage captured the whole thing.

Randle was released from custody early Tuesday morning.
