Lohan Probation Revoked, Arrest Warrant Issued
Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked and a bench warrant issued for her arrest ... TMZ has learned.
Although the bench warrant was issued, it's being held -- i.e., on hold -- until Friday at 8:30 AM, when Lindsay is ordered to appear in court.
The move by Judge Elden Fox comes after TMZ's story ... that Lindsay failed two drug tests recently ... one showed the presence of cocaine and another showed amphetamines.
The probation report -- outlining the failed tests -- was just filed with the court.
Judge Fox could sentence Lindsay to 30 days in jail for each failed drug test.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Paid in 'Milkaholic' Lawsuit
Lindsay Lohan just milked E*Trade all the way to the bank -- and it's all over a Super Bowl commercial that may have insinuated Lohan is a "milkaholic."
TMZ has learned Lohan's $100 million lawsuit against E*Trade has been settled.
The terms of the settlement are confidential -- but we're told Lindsay's team is "very happy" with the results ... and sources say Lindsay got some cash out of it.
As we previously reported, Lindsay claimed the stock trading company violated her rights by featuring a baby character named Lindsay who happens to be the "milkaholic" other woman in a baby love triangle.
Lindsay's high-powered attorney Stephanie Ovadia tells TMZ, "The case between Lindsay and E*Trade has been settled ... there is no further comment."
E*Trade reps tell TMZ, "E*TRADE has always maintained that the claims were without merit, which is why we moved to dismiss the case. With the case now withdrawn, we are pleased to have the matter behind us."
Dina Lohan also weighed in, saying, "The family is pleased that the case has been settled."

Lindsay Lohan's second failed drug test involved amphetamines ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Lindsay failed two drug tests -- One for cocaine, and now we know the second was for amphetamines.
Our sources would not divulge the nature of the amphetamines, but Adderall -- the drug Lindsay was prescribed and hooked on -- is an amphetamine.
We do not know which test came first -- the cocaine or the amphetamine. But we're told both tests were taken close together. Lindsay failed her cocaine test the week before last.

Paris Hilton Pleads Guilty in Cocaine Case
Paris Hilton just pled guilty to two misdemeanors in her Las Vegas cocaine possession case -- in a move that will keep her out of the slammer ... if she can stay out of trouble.
Paris just fessed up to misdemeanor drug possession and obstructing an officer -- and in exchange she must pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete an "intensive" substance abuse program. She will also be on probation for one year.
The judge informed Paris that she has been given a one year suspended sentence -- which means if she is arrested for anything other than a minor traffic violation, she will spend 1 year behind bars.
The judge then warned Hilton, "The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria."
Hilton was busted back on August 27 after cops found her in possession of less than a gram of cocaine.

Lobbyists Use MJ's Death to Restrict Propofol
Michael Jackson's death is Exhibit A for California lobbyists who are pushing for a law restricting the use of Propofol.
Michael's Law is being pushed by a group of people ... all of whom have lost loved ones to the misuse of Propofol. They've been going door-to-door in L.A. and Santa Barbrara -- handing out leaflets that describe the drug and how it killed MJ.
Their goal is "to prevent doctors from making careless choices, and stop them from administrating drugs that should not be administered outside of the hospital setting."
The Drug Enforcement Administration just announced it's considering tighter restrictions on Propofol.

Lindsay's Failed Tests Could Derail Upcoming Film
Sources close to the production of Lindsay Lohan's next project tell TMZ her latest slipup could throw the movie into serious financial turmoil.
Lindsay is set to star in "Inferno," a biopic about porn star Linda Lovelace. As we previously reported, one of the things Judge Elden Fox can do in light of her recent failed drug tests is restrict Lindsay's travel -- and "Inferno" is set to shoot in Louisiana.
A source close to the film tells us shooting the picture in Los Angeles instead of Louisiana "would radically change the budget" and force producers to try and secure additional financing.
We're told the producers might be less inclined to make certain sacrifices for LiLo -- the film's top people are "beyond irritated by the recent developments" and "there is a concern of her commitment to the work."
Looks like a lot of people have a lot riding on whatever Judge Fox decides.

Russell Brand's Secret Weapon -- Katy Perry's Skirt
Katy Perry isn't making it up ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ Russell Brand told LAX cops immediately after he attacked paparazzi that he did it because a photog was trying to shoot up his fiancée's skirt.
As we first reported, Brand and Perry were going through Delta security when he allegedly attacked photogs. He was arrested for misdemeanor battery.
In addition to telling cops about the upskirt shot, we're told Brand and his lawyer raised the issue at LAPD's Pacific Division, where Brand was booked.
Katy herself tweeted, "If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me."
Fun fact ... It's not a legal defense to a battery that someone tried to shoot up your girlfriend's dress. But prosecutors know any jury would be extremely sympathetic to a celeb under these circumstances and venomous toward the paparazzi.

Lindsay Tweets: 'I'm Prepared to Face Consequences'
Lindsay Lohan apparently has had a change of heart. After telling friends TMZ's story was dead wrong -- that she tested positive for cocaine and flunked a drug test -- she then took to her Twitter page late Friday night and fessed up.
Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.
Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.
This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences.
I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!
As we told you yesterday, Lindsay actually failed two drug tests -- the second was not for cocaine.
Nonetheless, she's now acknowledging a problem. For her sake, we hope these are her words and not those of the people who have so adeptly gotten her out of numerous jams.

Mel to Oksana: Don't Blame Me For Your Music Career
Oksana Grigorieva may be a frustrated singer who can't sell her tunes, but it's not Mel Gibson's fault.
Sources tell TMZ ... Mel Gibson relinquished all rights to Oksana's music in the third week of August.
TMZ broke the story ... as the Executive Producer of Oksana's music, Mel had a legal stranglehold on her right to release CDs and promote her music. But sources say Mel never tried to block her after their breakup. To the contrary, Mel signed legal docs in August giving up all of his rights to Oksana's work.
And there's more ... Our sources say Mel had "boxes and boxes" of unsold Oksana CDs that he shipped to her home.
This information contradicts the mission statement of Oksana's new lawyers -- to dislodge Oksana's music from Mel's grip.
So look for Oksana's CD ... coming soon to a Russian flea market near you.

Adam Lambert -- Accused of Battery
TMZ has learned ... the Miami Beach Police Department is now in the middle of a violent incident involving "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert ... after the alleged victim filed a police report.
Law enforcement sources tell us the paparazzo seen grappling with Lambert on the beach yesterday walked into a Miami Beach police station around 10:30 PM last night and filed a report ... accusing the singer of misdemeanor battery.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the victim claims Adam grabbed his backpack "where the camera was placed" ... and "wrestled [the photog] to the ground forcefully."
One big problem -- in photos that were taken of the incident, the camera appears to be in the photog's hand ... not in his bag.
The police report also notes that the photog didn't sustain any "bruises or lacerations."
Cops tell detectives will decide if the case is worth turning over to the State's Attorney -- who will decide whether to prosecute Lambert. If convicted, Lambert could face up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
After yesterday's clash -- Lambert went right to his Twitter account and posted, "I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!!"
UPDATE: Lambert just tweeted, "Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground.... It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I'm guilty of. "

Katherine Jackson Sues AEG Over Michael's Death
Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's children are suing AEG Live -- claiming the company breached its agreement to provide physical care for Michael Jackson -- and that AEG was negligent in their hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray as MJ's physician.
In the suit, Katherine claims AEG's contract with Michael "created a legal duty for AEG to act reasonably toward the physical well-being of Michael Jackson."
In the document, Katherine also blames AEG for hiring Dr. Murray without a proper background check -- claiming, "AEG did not provide a doctor who was truly looking out for Jackson's well-being and did not provide equipment."
The suit also alleges AEG caused emotional distress to Michael's son Prince because he witnessed Michael suffering and dying, and "he was put in a position as bystander to these tragic events."
Kenny Ortega, who produced the planned London concerts for Michael, is also named as a defendant.
The attorney who filed the suit, Brian J. Panish, released a statement saying, "The purpose of this lawsuit is to prove to the world the truth about what happened to Michael Jackson, once and for all."

Dr. Murray Targets Arnie Klein in MJ Death
Dr. Conrad Murray is going after Michael Jackson's longtime physician and friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, claiming Klein is at least partly to blame for the singer's death and should be a defendant in Joe Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit.
In legal papers filed today and obtained by TMZ ... Dr. Murray challenges Joe Jackson's decision not to name Dr. Klein as one of the physicians allegedly responsible for his son's death.
In the new docs, Murray quotes from Joe's lawsuit, "Dr. Klein may have been medicating Michael Jackson up until or even beyond June 18, 2009, less than one week before Michael Jackson's death."
And Murray continues quoting from Joe's lawsuit that Dr. Klein "prescribed or may have over medicated Michael Jackson including to such point that AEG Live, LLC had to hire Dr. Murray in order to separate Michael Jackson from Arnold Klein."
And Murray goes on to quote Joe's lawsuit which claims "AEG Live, LLC read Michael Jackson the proverbial 'riot act' to get him to stop subjecting himself to overmedication by Dr. Arnold Klein."
So with all that, Dr. Murray concludes, "The plaintiff [Joe Jackson] does not explain why, given these allegations, Dr. Arnold Klein is not a required party to be added to accord proper relief."
In other words ... why didn't Joe sue Arnie?
As TMZ first reported, Dr. Klein shot Michael full of Demerol -- 51 injections in a 3-month span, right up until the week of his death.
Dr. Murray also points the finger at other doctors who treated Michael Jackson, citing TMZ stories revealing that 7 doctors other than Murray were fueling MJ with meds at or near the time of his death.
Murray's team also asked the court to dismiss Joe's wrongful death lawsuit -- claiming Jackson doesn't have the right to file because he's not a beneficiary of MJ's estate.
