Remember, Oksana Grigorieva claims Mel told her -- referring to one Harvey Levin -- "I want Jew blood on my hands." Harvey didn't believe Mel really said that, and apparently neither did the Simon Wiesenthal Center.

Miley, who has taken a lot of heat since TMZ posted the story that she was smoking salvia, has been saying, she's just young and having fun ... this, according to friends in direct contact with her.

Miley acknowledged she's seen the TMZ story and also knew it was going to eventually surface. As TMZ first reported, Miley's camp was trying to bury the incident by scooping up copies of the video.

Here's the lowdown:

-- Oksana filed papers asking Judge Scott Gordon to invalidate the mediation agreement she signed with Mel back in May, which would eventually give both of them joint custody of their daughter. Oksana is asking for sole custody and wants the judge to strip Mel of all overnight visits and only give him monitored visitation of Lucia.

-- Mel then filed his own legal papers, asking the judge to maintain the status quo and not void the May agreement. But Mel's lawyers argued in legal docs ... if the judge does void the custody agreement, they want him to strip Oksana of custody and overnight visits altogether, because they believe she's shown she's unstable and potentially harmful to Lucia.

We're told the judge will take testimony today, and then noodle over what he's going to do.

UPDATE 1:42 PM PT: Mel has arrived at the courthouse.

The picture shows Eva -- dressed in black and wearing a black hat -- at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just north of San Antonio. Tony is behind the pillar.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ Eva flew to Texas to spend time with Tony. We're told it was all very friendly. The restaurant -- actually it's a gas station with a BBQ pit out back -- is a couple of miles from the huge house that Tony and Eva recently built.

The divorce is still on, but one source connected with the couple says not to rule out the chance for a reconciliation.

The artist -- Celeste Gillis -- tells TMZ she contacted The Situation on Facebook last month to tell him she immortalized him on canvas -- and he could either have it for a price ... or credit her art website on his FB page.

Gillis claims The Sitch posted the moob-tacular image on his FB page without doing either (above) ... along with the adding-insult-to-injury caption, "THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGEND."

Gillis tells TMZ she never asked the Sitch to take down the pic ... because she didn't think he would understand copyright laws.

Sources at the wedding tell us a photographer was trying to snap shots of Hulk and his bride-to-be, Jennifer McDaniel, during the ceremony in their backyard -- which happens to be on the beach in Clearwater.

We're told a family employee told the photog to beat it -- and then the scuffle broke out just as Hulk and Jennifer were saying their vows. Classic.

Cops were called, but no one was arrested -- since no one wanted to press charges -- and the ceremony continued ...right through Hulk and Jennifer's 'I dos.'

Can't wait to see that wedding album.

We're told Ryan and Scarlett are living apart. And we're told it's amicable.

Ryan and Scarlett released a statement through their rep, telling TMZ, "After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage. We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

Ryan told GQ in September, Scarlett was "the best part" of his life, though he said having a family was "a few years down the road."

Ryan was named PEOPLE magazine's Sexiest Man Alive last month.

Interesting -- the couple was rarely seen out together. The most visible appearance -- at the Tony Awards this past June.

The couple was married in September, 2008.

UPDATE: Ryan Reynolds filed for divorce from Scarlett.

It's unclear what set Cage off, but he can be heard yelling, "I'm going to get in that car and walk away. Otherwise, if you want to kill me, go for it, brothers."

Cage goes on: "I'll f***ing die right now."

Moore just blogged, he will do anything he can to keep WikiLeaks "alive and thriving as it continues its work to expose the crimes that were concocted in secret and carried out in our name and with our tax dollars."

Moore takes note of Rep. Peter King, who called WikiLeaks a "terrorist organization."

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were "prescribed and prepared" for MJ to self-medicate.

As we first reported, Dr. Murray's team will not challenge the L.A. County Coroner's finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. But as we told you, Murray's team will present evidence in the doc's manslaughter case that Michael awakened, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room.

We're told Murray's team hasn't decided if it will use the evidence found in the room to implicate other doctors in Jackson's death. But we do know Murray's legal team will present evidence during the trial that the fruits of Jackson's notorious doctor shopping over two decades wore his body down.

The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer refused comment.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ the video was shot by one of Miley's best buds -- a girl named Anna Oliver -- who has been getting threats from Miley fans via Twitter ever since the bongtroversy began.

Messages include:
-- "What would you do if you met Anna Oliver? -- Probably kick her teeth in"
-- "Anna Oliver.....I HATE YOU"
-- "We should find Anna Oliver and feed her to the lions!"
-- "Dear Anna Oliver, I know you want to be a little fame whore, but you're not good at it. We hate your guts. Love, EVERYONE."

Anna eventually deactivated her Twitter account.

Sources tell TMZ ... a college student who came into possession of the video contacted one of Miley's reps shortly after Thanksgiving, asking if the rep wanted his copy. We're told money was discussed, in exchange for turning over the video.

Sources say Miley's camp sent a man in his 40s to the student's college campus in the San Luis Obispo area. The student gave the man his MacBook Pro which contained the "bong" video ... in return the man gave the student a new MacBook Pro. We're told no money changed hands, though we don't know why.

And we've learned ... Miley's camp did the same computer swap with another student who also had a copy of the video.

In the end, Miley's people couldn't scoop up all of the copies.

Handler put the intimate pic on her Twitter page moments ago, saying, "I don't know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper."

According to people who deal, legally, in salvia divinorum ... sales have increased since Friday -- in some cases up to 3 times the usual tally.

TMZ spoke with several head shops in the Los Angeles area and we're told -- not only have sales jumped -- but many of the customers specifically asked for "the stuff Miley was smoking." No ... mentioning Miley did not get them a discount.

While Miley's experimentation is generating curiosity in the hallucinogen -- one smoke shop employee tells us, "Salvia is one of those things that you only try once because it is so intense."

Another impact of the Miley video -- as we reported -- is renewed discussion about banning salvia in California. It is already illegal in 15 states.

The video was shot during a party at Miley's L.A. area home 5 days after her 18th birthday.

According to a source connected with Miley ... the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.
