"Gangsta" singer Kat Dahlia was busted for DUI early Tuesday morning in Miami -- and according to the police report, she cussed out the arresting officer ... and even resisted arrest.

According to the report, Dahlia was pulled over for speeding at roughly 3AM -- and when the officer approached her 2013 Nissan, a strong odor of alcohol emanated from the vehicle.

The officer claims Dahlia's speech was heavily slurred as well, so the officer asked her to exit her vehicle -- at which point, Dahlia allegedly began to grow belligerent.

The report says the officer asked Dahlia to complete a field sobriety test, and she refused, cussing at the officer instead. The report doesn't specify what cusses she used, but safe bet ... she shouldn't have used any.

Dahlia was then placed under arrest, but allegedly resisted by refusing to put her hands behind her back. The officer had to force Dahlia's hands in order to cuff her.

Dahlia was subsequently transported to a nearby police station and booked for misdemeanor DUI and resisting arrest -- but hey, at least her song's catchy.

Lindsay Lohan is officially free to leave rehab Wednesday ... but she's decided on her own to stay longer ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with LiLo tell TMZ ... Lindsay has told them she will stay another 3 - 4 days because she feels she needs a transition period before re-entering the free world. We're told she'd like to stay in a "lower level, sober living house" which she believes will help her recovery.

It sounds like B.S. for sure, given Lindsay's many failed, insincere attempts in the past. But several people connected with Lindsay -- whom we trust -- say they're "shocked" at her conduct this time around. One source said, "It's like invasion of the body snatchers. She's a different person."

Lindsay is still moving to NYC when she leaves rehab, and we're told she's scared about the temptations she'll face, but claims she really wants to conquer her demons this time around.

Even the skeptics in her life think she's serious this time.

"Reservoir Dogs" star Michael Madsen has completed his 30-day stint at an intensive alcohol treatment facility, TMZ has learned -- but sometimes enough is just not enough ... because a judge ordered him to undergo even MORE treatment for good measure.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge ordered Michael to check into the in-patient rehab program last month, following his 2012 DUI bust when he was popped driving on PCH with a blood alcohol level over TWICE the legal limit (allegedly).

Michael was in court Monday -- to prove he'd completed his mandated 30 days -- but the judge wasn't convinced 30 days was enough.

The judge was definitely pleased with Madsen's progress, but still wanted the actor to go the extra mile ... ordering Madsen to enroll in an outpatient program to help stay on the straight and narrow.

Kiefer Sutherland + a bottle of Scotch + Canadian love = DRUNKEN STRIP SHOW!

It all went down in Calgary this weekend when Kiefer and Demi Moore -- who are in town shooting a movie together -- hit up a bar called Bear & Kilt Freehouse for some libations.

Our bar sources tell us ... Demi eventually left, but Kiefer kept the party going ... drinking with his pal Brad Mirman (the screenwriter on the film) and local fans. From the pics, taken inside the bar, it's clear Kiefer let loose.

The owner of the bar tells us ... Kiefer definitely had a lot of fun, and spent the night drinking his signature booze, J&B Scotch, which the bar was told to have on hand before KS arrived.

And just in case you don't believe that J&B really is Kiefer's favorite, here he is a few years ago ... dressed as a giant J&B bottle.

A bus associated with Justin Bieber's tour was stopped last night at the border between Michigan and Canada ... and authorities seized both marijuana and drug paraphernalia, law enforcement tells TMZ.

Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond tells us, the bus was stopped at the Ambassador Bridge -- which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit -- after a drug-sniffing dog detected the presence of weed on board.

Hammond says a subsequent search of the bus revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Justin was NOT on the bus in question.

We're told the drugs and paraphernalia were seized and the driver was issued a citation. The driver and passengers were subsequently released without further incident.

The Ambassador Bridge checkpoint is beginning to develop a reputation for itself -- Rihanna's tour bus was pulled over for the same reason back in March.

Johnny Manziel was asked to leave a University of Texas frat party this weekend because he tried to drink a beer ... and frat officials became worried he would be a liability because he's only 20 years old, TMZ has learned.

The Heisman Trophy winner has been at the center of a media firestorm ever since a video emerged showing the Texas A&M quarterback being escorted out of a UT frat party Saturday night ... while one guy screamed, "Get the f**k out!!"

But our frat sources tell us ... the decision to boot Manziel wasn't based on school rivalry -- it was about staying out of trouble with school officials.

One source tells us ... some of the brothers became concerned when they saw Johnny taking pictures at the party while holding a beer in his hand ... and worried that a media backlash would result in the school punishing the fraternity for underage drinking.

So, we're told, the fraternity brothers quickly made the decision to ask Johnny to leave the party ... and during his exit, one of the frat guys decided to act like a frat guy ... and started with the heckling.

As we previously reported, Manziel is legally ALLOWED to drink in the state of Texas ... as long as he's accompanied by a parent.

Lindsay Lohan has made a list ... she's checked it twice ... and she's decided ... the majority of her so-called "friends" will be CUT from her life when she's sprung from rehab.

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ, Lindsay recently sat down at Cliffside -- where she's currently enrolled in a substance abuse treatment program -- and made a list of 100 friends ... who knew?

We’re told Lilo was inspired by a therapy session about "toxic friends and influences." Lindsay actually made 2 lists -- one with the friends she'll keep, and the other with the ones she'll ax.

According to sources, 80 people were on the "cut" list.

DMX was either wasted, exhausted, or both following his DUI arrest Friday morning ... because he passed the hell out once he got inside the squad car -- and TMZ has obtained dash cam footage of the entire bust.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was popped in South Carolina around 3AM Friday after police determined he had been driving under the influence.

It wasn't immediately clear whether X was busted for alcohol or some other substance -- but based on the dash cam footage, it appears to have been for alcohol ... and not just because X was a little sleepy.

In the footage, the cop asks X if he's been boozing, and X says he had one drink -- but later it sounds like he admits to drinking "4 or 5" (the audio is pretty bad). Despite the drinks, X insists he's not too drunk to drive. The cop doesn't buy it.

X was booked for DUI and hauled to a nearby station. He was released from custody roughly an hour later.

Lindsay Lohan has booked a one-way ticket to Europe ... set to depart as soon as she finishes rehab ... because everyone knows an overseas vacation is the best way to keep your nose clean.

Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ ... after her 90-day-court-ordered rehab finishes up she'll head to London for some R&R ... as the first stop on a European adventure.

We're told a gal pal of LiLo offered to take her as a gift for a "job well done in rehab". And since LiLo has some time before her OWN docu-series begins filming she jumped at the opportunity.

Our sources say she booked a one-way ticket and has no return date set (yet), but hopefully it's before she's scheduled to film.

Lindsay believes the trip will give her some privacy during her post-rehab days.

Amanda Bynes left a trail of destruction at the Ritz-Carlton in NYC -- days before she was taken in on a 5150 hold -- and TMZ has pics of the disaster zone.

Piles of of garbage, ashes, cosmetics, and even a destroyed smoke alarm can be seen in the photos taken inside Amanda's room.

As we reported, Bynes was booted from the posh hotel last Thursday for smoking weed in the room and being rude to hotel staff. Bynes denied the allegations, but the photos paint a pretty damning picture.

The damaged smoke alarm pic is noteworthy -- Amanda's parents say she has a history of disabling the devices because she thinks they're watching her.

Amanda Bynes has CANCELLED the hearing she requested today to get out of the psych ward, because she wants the meds to kick in before making her case to the judge ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda had requested a hearing for 2 PM today at the psychiatric hospital where she's being treated, arguing that she's being held illegally. A judge decided Thursday that the psychiatric hold would be extended for another 2 weeks.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Amanda and her lawyer agreed that the evidence they had planned to present today was basically the same evidence she presented yesterday, when she lost.

We're told Amanda asked for another hearing in a week. Now this is important ... we're told Amanda and her lawyers believe the medications she's getting now may improve her condition and that would allow her to make a more compelling case for freedom.

The fact that Amanda believes the meds may help her seems to be a big step forward -- up to now she's refused to acknowledge she has a mental illness.

7:54 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained DMX's new mug shot, taken in South Carolina following his DUI arrest.

DMX must have a standing reservation at jail -- the rapper was busted this morning for DUI in South Carolina.

Highway patrol picked up DMX -- real name Earl Simmons -- Friday around 3 AM ET for allegedly driving under the influence.

X was in and out of the Greenville County Detention Center pretty quickly ... around 4 AM ET. He's experienced.

DMX has more than a dozen arrests under his belt now -- and was last busted in February for driving without a license, also in South Carolina where he lives now.

FUN FACT: DMX was NOT arrested ... at all ... in 2012.

Amanda Bynes’ parents have just filed court documents asking a California judge to impose a conservatorship on their daughter due to her apparent mental illness, TMZ has learned.

The conservatorship would empower Amanda's parents to have decision-making authority over certain aspects of Amanda's life ... though it's unclear, at this point, what specific aspects Amanda's parents are looking to control.

Amanda is currently being held by authorities on a 5150 psychiatric hold ... which was put into place earlier this week after she lit a fire on the driveway of a random elderly woman in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

TMZ broke the story ... doctors at the psychiatric hospital say Amanda is showing signs of schizophrenia.

TMZ has learned the documents outline Amanda's bizarre behavior and highlight the troubling string of incidents -- including the driveway fire -- leading up to the 5150.

There will be a court hearing Friday.

It's worth noting ... it's VERY difficult to get a conservatorship in California.

Usain Bolt wants to reassure his fans he's not a PED-abusing cheater ... after two of his biggest rivals tested positive for banned substances.

Bolt -- the fastest man on the planet (BY FAR) -- addressed the media in London today in the wake of the juicing busts of his Jamaican teammate Asafa Powell and American runner Tyson Gay.

"It's going to set us back a little bit but as a person I can't really focus on this," Bolt said.

"I was made to inspire people and to run. I have confidence in myself and my team. I KNOW I'M CLEAN so I'm just going to continue running and try to improve the sport. That's my aim."

Amanda Bynes has been true to form in the hospital where she's being held on a psychiatric hold -- she's completely lucid for long stretches, and then goes off the handle crazy.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... doctors have already determined Amanda is suffering from a severe mental illness "with schizophrenic tendencies." We're told she's aware "there's a good Amanda and a bad Amanda." When she talks about the bad Amanda she almost mimics an exorcism, pulling at her body as if to remove the demon, and even biting herself.

We're told yesterday Amanda was lucid for 10 hours -- she was kind, quiet and nice. During that 10 hour period the staff questioned her about the fire she started Monday and her personality changed radically. She got frustrated and "shut down." But she still remained "normal."

After 10 hours of normal, out of nowhere, her eyes widened, she started to grill the staff about her dog (the one she soaked in gasoline). The staff then told her the dog was safe with her parents, and Amanda went nuts, saying "They'll kill it, just like they tried to kill me." This went on for an hour.

Amanda then got incoherent and so out of control she had to be physically restrained.

And, we're told, Amanda was extensively drug-tested, and everything came up negative, except for marijuana.

Debbie Rowe will testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case that MJ was a SECRET, hardcore drug addict for decades -- testimony that could severely damage the Jackson's case.

Sources connected with the trial tell TMZ ... Rowe will be called by AEG Live Tuesday or Wednesday ... and she'll testify that in the '80s and '90s ... she knew Michael was abusing some prescription meds, but had no idea his habit was so out of control.

We're told Rowe will point the finger at her former boss, MJ's go-to doc, Arnie Klein. Rowe will testify she learned after the fact that Klein had a standing order ... when Michael came to the office he should be injected with Demerol and Vistaril (which makes the Demerol stronger).

Rowe will say Michael kept the extent of his drug abuse a secret from her -- something that will clearly help AEG, because the company is arguing it had no reason to know Michael was a drug abuser.

Rowe will say she saw Michael on TMZ coming out of Klein's office days before he died -- looking totally out of it. We're told she will say she called Klein after Michael died and said, "What the f**k did you give him? He's dead and it's your fault." She then hung up on him.

Rowe's testimony will further help AEG because she'll say she had no idea Michael was secretly going to surgical offices specifically for the purpose of getting high and going to sleep.

She'll also say she's the only person in Michael's world who could control him -- that she's the only one (including Michael's family) who would say "NO."

The testimony could be critical. If the jury believes Michael could hide his hardcore drug use, AEG would have no reason to sound an alarm or take preventative action.
