Finnigan blasted Bieber's recent Instagram video ... which made fun of crack and alcohol addict Rocky Lockridge for crying during his rehab session with her.

The addiction specialist tore into Biebs even more, "We can only pray that when, not if, Justin needs an intervention ... that someone as loving as Rocky's family will be there for him."

In Justin's defense -- the clip of Rocky crying went viral after it aired back in '10 ... becoming the brunt of YouTube jokes.

Zac Efron may have found refuge from his modern-day troubles ... by looking to the ancient past -- namely ... the Incan ruins of Machu Picchu in Peru.

Zac just posted this picture on his Whosay account -- with a big grin on his face as he posed on a mountaintop more than 7,970 feet above sea level.

TMZ broke the story ... Efron was in rehab twice this year for a serious cocaine problem.

Zac said he was in Peru with his dad ... and thanked his fans for all their support.

Lamar Odom's DUI case was put on hold this morning ... as his attorney appeared in court and requested a continuance.

Lamar was not in the Van Nuys, CA courtroom for the scheduled arraignment -- he wasn't required to be there -- but his attorney Richard Hutton was ... and the judge granted a new hearing date of October 10.

Christopher McDonald earned his Yankees fan pinstripes last night by being the coolest guy ever when an obnoxious fan interrupted his night at the Stadium.

It went down during the late innings of future Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera's final game at Yankee Stadium ... so an important game for a native New Yorker like Christopher to enjoy without being disturbed.

But you gotta see how he handled a young lady -- who may or may not have been over-served ... and wanted nothing more in life than to have a photo with Shooter McGavin. Total class act.

Lamar Odom left the home he's been staying at in the Palm Springs area and is now back in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

Lamar had been staying at this house in La Quinta, near Palm Springs. This is where he's been on an intense crack binge, staying with several other people in the house. It's located in a gated community.

Last night at 8:45 ... Lamar left the house and went to the Tarzana home he was sharing with Khloe Kardashian. Sources say he stayed at the house for a "short time" and had a conversation with Khloe.

Lamar Odom is holed up in a private home in a gated community 100 miles from L.A. ... and his life is now revolving around smoking crack and partying with 2 young women -- and he's intimate with one of them.

Multiple sources privy to Lamar's current state tell TMZ ... Lamar has a driver who is regularly shuttling back and forth from L.A. to his rental home with one purpose -- scoring drugs, including crack.

We're told Lamar is so paranoid ... he insists the driver only buy small quantities of crack at a time, so as not to draw too much attention to him -- and that means frequent trips to score the drug.

Lamar almost never leaves the home. He's smoking crack and partying with the 2 women, both in their early 20s. His life now revolves around smoking crack and listening to rap music.

Our sources say Lamar is extremely paranoid about getting caught. He believes people -- not the 2 girls -- are watching him so he's using a phone app that allows him to text people but the texts are automatically deleted once the texts are read. The app also notifies Lamar if they try and screenshot the message.

Lamar's best friend is also staying at the house.

We're told Lamar has been living in 3 different residences in the last 2 months -- partly because he feels if he stays on the move he won't get caught.

As for Khloe ... we're told Lamar isn't worried that she'll leave him. He says he knows she loves him and has stood by him throughout the entire drug saga so he's convinced she won't abandon him now.

Lindsay Lohan will get to keep her huge paycheck from Oprah Winfrey ... but only after an intense showdown between O and LiLo ... TMZ has learned.

We've confirmed ... Lindsay was a disaster at the beginning of the project -- at times just being a no-show -- which doesn't work in Oprah's world. We're told Oprah went to Dina's house on Long Island for a showdown with Lindsay. She told Lindsay either clean up her act or the project is over and Lindsay would not get her $2 million paycheck.

Our sources say Lindsay had a bunch of excuses ... she was spending time trying to find an apartment in NYC, she had other projects she was trying to finish, there were "miscommunications" between her people and the folks at OWN, yada yada.

Oprah made the ultimatum clear and Lindsay got the message.

We're told Lindsay is now cooperating and things have been running okay for nearly a month, but Oprah is still watching Lindsay like a hawk.

Lamar Odom did not send the tweet in which he trashed his father and embraced the Kardashian family ... sources directly connected to the troubled basketball star tell TMZ.

Lamar supposedly responded to his dad, who had blasted the Kardashians for causing all of Lamar's problems, including drug addiction.

Sources who have first-hand knowledge of Lamar's actions tell us ... he did NOT send the tweet. In fact, they say he has no Internet where he's staying and he wants it that way. Lamar, we're told, is unbelievably paranoid about anyone knowing his whereabouts by tapping his phone. He has a 15-second rule in the house -- no one can be on his phone for longer than that.

What's more ... when anyone comes to the house, Lamar has someone confiscate their phone at the door.

Lamar Odom could be a wanted man Friday ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar was arrested last month for DUI. His arraignment is set for Friday. He's not required to show up in court to enter a plea -- his lawyer can do the trick.

Here's the problem. If no one shows up, the judge will issue a bench warrant for Lamar's arrest. And based on what we know, if cops find Lamar ... they will also find plenty of illegal drugs.

As we reported ... Kris Jenner contacted famed lawyer Robert Shapiro to represent Lamar, but that was before Lamar went MIA on the Kardashian family.

TMZ reported several weeks ago ... Shapiro would ONLY take the case if Lamar would seek treatment for his addiction. We are positive ... Lamar is not only refusing treatment, he's deeper into drugs than ever before.

It's unclear if Shapiro will change his tune and represent Lamar. It's also unclear if Lamar has even formally hired Shapiro.

There is one way Shapiro can help Lamar dodge an arrest warrant -- by going to court Friday, and asking the judge to put off the arraignment for a few weeks while Lamar nails down who will rep him.

Lamar Odom's father tells TMZ he believes his son is "clean" and does NOT have a drug problem.

Joe Odom just told us he simply doesn't buy the story TMZ broke ... that Lamar is deep in the world of drug abuse and specifically crack.

A regretful Joe says he's sorry he lashed out at the Kardashians, reportedly saying Lamar would be better off without them. Joe tells us he believes the Kardashians are a "wonderful family," even though he reportedly had said "They don't give a f**k about my son."

Joe says what set him off was a segment on "The Wendy Williams Show" in which someone trashed him as a heroin addict. He says he's been clean for 30 years and adds, "Nobody's perfect."

Lamar Odom is breaking his silence to rip his own father to shreds for claiming that Khloe Kardashian and her mother drove Lamar into crack addiction -- and he's also acknowledging, for the first time, he's in a "dark" place.

In the scathing message Lamar says, "How can a man who has NOT once called me to check on my well being have the nerve to talk so recklessly about his own 'son'. He is my downfall!"

Lamar's angry letter, posted on Twitter, is a response to a published interview with Lamar's father, Joe Odom, in which he claimed the Kardashians cursed Lamar, ruined his career, and put so much pressure on him that he turned to drugs.

Joe also called Kris Jenner "an evil bitch."

Lamar's retort to his dad -- who's also battled drug addiction -- continues, "I have let this man and many others get away with a lot of s**t. He wasn't there 2 raise me. He was absent ALL of my life due to his own demons."

And Khloe's estranged husband fiercely defends her family, saying ... "He disrespecting the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return. They are the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time."

By "dark time" he could mean separation from Khloe, but as we've been telling you ... Lamar is deep in the grips of drug addiction -- so it could also be his first public admission of that battle.

Lamar added ... his father's "demons may be the ONLY thing he gave 2 me."

As for his current struggles -- addiction, marriage, basketball career -- Lamar says, "Only person 2 blame is myself. Say what you want about me but leave the ones who have done nothing but protect and love me out of this!"

Lindsay Lohan has every right to blame her addiction issues on her mother AND her father -- so says Michael Lohan who's now fully admitting their nasty breakup put Lindsay on a path to failure.

We spoke to Michael just hours after Dina Lohan pled not guilty to DWI -- telling us, "I think because of [my and Dina's] divorce and what happened, Lindsay was put in a horrible position."

Amanda Bynes is mentally unfit to stand trial ... this according to her lawyer in her DUI case ... TMZ has learned.

Amanda was supposed to appear in court today for her DUI arrest in West Hollywood back in April, 2012. Amanda's lawyer, Rich Hutton, told the judge Amanda did not have the mental capacity to understand the nature of the legal proceedings.

The judge apparently had concern ... and transferred the matter to the mental health court. The judge in that court will conduct a hearing to determine Amanda's mental competency.

Meanwhile, Amanda is getting long-term treatment after being placed under a conservatorship.

Dina Lohan just showed up in court in New York a few minutes ago and pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges ... but she wasn't just allowed to go ... because the judge suspended her license.

Dina showed up with her attorney, Mark Heller -- the same guy Lindsay used -- who argued that Dina didn't have a criminal record ... and the judge released her without bail. Then they faced reporters outside the courthouse.

As we reported ... Dina was stopped for speeding on a Long Island highway earlier this month and cops say she blew a .20 on a breathalyzer. She was ticketed for DWI and speeding.

No license? No problem. Dina was driven away ... in a silver Rolls-Royce.

Michael Douglas and his ex-wife -- who once battled bitterly -- are in lockstep over what they call the barbaric treatment of their imprisoned son ... TMZ has learned.

Diandra De Morrell Douglas tells TMZ ... their son Cameron has been treated like an animal while in solitary confinement at the Cumberland Federal Prison in Maryland. He's serving 10 years for heroin possession and conspiracy to distribute narcotics. Cameron failed a drug test in prison and was placed in solitary until recently.

As you know ... Michael talked about Cameron after winning an Emmy for "Behind the Candelabra," saying he wants to visit his son badly but isn't allowed.

Diandra tells us when Cameron got out of solitary he couldn't walk in the daylight, because his skin would burn because it couldn't adapt after living in an underground hole for so long. His hair is also falling out.

Diandra says even though Cameron is out of solitary, part of his punishment is no visitors.

Graphic photos of Oscar De La Hoya on an apparent cocaine binge during a party in Las Vegas are being shopped to the highest bidder -- they show just how scary his addiction had become and possibly explain the curious timing of going to rehab just before his epic fight as a boxing promoter.

We're told the photos were shot at a party in a Vegas hotel room a few weeks before Oscar announced he was back in rehab -- and they appear to show the ex-champ using a rolled up bill to do lines of a white substance off a plate on a table. According to the seller of the pics the substance is cocaine.

Another pic shows De La Hoya leaning back from the table with a grimace on his face.

We've seen the photos -- which are making the rounds to media outlets -- and they offer a possible explanation for why Oscar suddenly checked into rehab just 4 days before what was, arguably, the biggest fight of his career as a boxing promoter ... the Mayweather-Canelo bout.

Sources tell us Oscar was "off the hinges" at the party in the photos, and made the decision to check into rehab shortly after ... realizing just how reckless he'd been that night.

As far as we know, the photos have not yet been purchased.

We're told De La Hoya is aware of the pics. We reached out to his rep ... so far, no word back.
