Gladys Knight's fans are deeply concerned she's being forced to perform shows after she looked totally out of it at multiple concerts, and now people working on her tour are calling it absolutely "tragic" ... TMZ has learned.

The Motown legend has been touring solo, and sometimes with fellow icon Smokey Robinson, for several months, but after the last few shows Gladys has looked confused at times, staring off blankly and leaving much of the vocals to her backup singers. Her July 25 show at the Hollywood Bowl featured one of the more concerning incidents.

Sources with direct knowledge of the tour tell TMZ ... people spoke to Gladys' team before that show and said it's "not suitable" for her to be on stage.

Once the show started, it's obvious why they were worried ... while performing her classic "Midnight Train to Georgia," Gladys turned her back to the crowd and started walking off the stage. When a backup singer reached for her arm, Gladys shook off the attempt to keep her on stage.

Andrew Tate's girlfriend testified Thursday in his federal sex trafficking case in Miami, but she was not pregnant with his child, contrary to reports -- and she has suffered past miscarriages as the couple tries to expand their family, according to his lawyer.

Tate's attorney, Joseph McBride, tells TMZ ... the media got it all wrong when they reported that Tate's girlfriend of 6 years, Natasha Sesay, was pregnant with their second child while testifying Thursday at Andrew's federal bail hearing in an effort to get him released on bond.

McBride says the two are expecting their second child via surrogacy because they've been trying to have kids together for some time ... going with a surrogate after Natasha suffered "brutal miscarriages."

Fresh Start is a pre-arraignment diversion program providing eligible first-time, low-level offenders the opportunity to avoid criminal prosecution by completing specific requirements ... namely, a three-hour educational course, which Gabriel successfully completed.

As we reported ... Gabriel was cited June 16 over an incident with police that did not involve an arrest -- after cops accused him of trespassing on the right-of-way of the active railroad tracks.

Tony Romo is owning up to that OWI bust in the wake of his 3 new citations ... and in talks with CBS about potentially returning to his job, TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson tells TMZ ... "Tony accepts full responsibility for his actions and has taken proactive steps to ensure that this isolated civil matter is properly resolved."

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak's boyfriend is being dragged by his estranged wife, Jillian Green, after he went to court and asked a judge to block Kim's ex, Kroy Biermann, from coming near their kids ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jillian fired back at Kim's BF, Kyle Mowitz, who is asking the court to reactivate or install security cameras in their marital home, which Jillian lives in exclusively.

Kyle also asked the court to prohibit Kroy from coming onto the property and from having any contact with his kids. Jillian and Kroy have been hanging out while their exes date each other.

Jillian said she only met Kroy after Kyle's "notorious and publicized adulterous affair with Kim." She said Kim’s entire career is built upon publishing provocative content.

Ted Kaczynski isn't a person whose actions should be justified or normalized ... so says the son of one of his victims, who is pissed about Netflix's new film "Unabomber."

The streaming giant dropped the trailer for "Unabomber" Thursday ... and Jonathan Epstein -- the son of Dr. Charles Epstein, who was severely injured and lost three fingers after Kaczynski mailed him a bomb in 1993 -- blasted the project.

Jonathan says he understands Netflix wants to "goose its flattening viewership" ... but says this show isn't the way to go about it.

Steven Tyler scored a massive win in court days before he's set to face off with his abuse accuser, Julia Holcomb, TMZ has learned.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge sided with Steven on several issues ahead of the trial, scheduled for September 21.

Steven and Julia were in a relationship in the 70s and even got engaged at one point. Julia filed a lawsuit in 2022 claiming Steven sexually abused her when she was a teenager and he was an adult … and she wants damages for the alleged emotional distress he put her through. 

The rockstar denies all claims of wrongdoing and argues the relationship was consensual. The judge dismissed the majority of the claims in the suit. 

Lena The Plug and Adam22's fake divorce was finally thrown out of court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the OnlyFans model filed docs asking to dismiss the case, and the clerk did just that on August 26. Lena believes the divorce was filed by a man who is being catfished by another party pretending to be her.

She told TMZ she thinks the man who filed the divorce docs believes she is in danger and being harmed by Adam22. She even gave us her side of things on "TMZ Live" back in June.

Famous Dex allegedly beat up his reality star ex-girlfriend Pam Rodriguez before his domestic violence arrest, and now a series of photos show the injuries she claims he inflicted ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported, the rapper was taken into custody Sunday in Las Vegas after allegedly using Pam as a punching bag. Our sources say Dex and Pam live in Vegas and dated for a few weeks before they split.

We're told Pam lost a bunch of influencer gigs after the alleged incident, which hurt her bottom line. As a result, Pam launched a GoFundMe to raise money for medical bills, legal fees, and loss of income.

President Trump's former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will NOT be joining "The View" with Whoopi and Joy Behar, despite reports to the contrary ... TMZ has learned. 

Production sources tell TMZ ... there is no truth to Karoline being eyed for a permanent role. We're told the show has never had any discussion about her coming on full-time and only extended an offer to be a guest on an episode. 

Our sources tell us the producers love the current cast and are not looking to add anybody at the moment. 

The rumors started after a report came out Thursday claiming Karoline was joining the cast as a co-host.
