If you wannabe Mel B.'s business partner, you better not allegedly screw her out of a bunch of money ... cause she won't think twice about suing the pants off you.

According to a new lawsuit, Scary Spice and her husband Stephen Belafonte are suing a guy named Dan Catullo for $7 million -- after they say a big business deal with him went real sour real fast.

Scary and Stephen claim they tried to join forces with Catullo in 2008, by setting up a company to profit off Scary's "music, touring, merchandising [and] public appearances."

The couple claims Catullo not only backed out of the $2 million deal, but that he also defrauded her in a number of ways ... including forging Scary's signature on a financial document.

Scary and Stephen are suing Catullo for $7 million for fraud, breach of contract and a number of other alleged offenses.

According to documents released last week, PMMJJ requested a DNA test to prove he is the biological son of Michael Jackson. Ron Newt, a close family friend of PMMJJ, tells TMZ he approached Joe Jackson (whom he was friends with) before Michael's death. Newt says Joe denied the whole thing and told him to "leave it alone."

The "official" Prince Michael -- the one who was raised by MJ -- is 12 years old. This other PMMJJ is 24, and Newt says the man is just looking for "closure."

It sounded like a good economic indicator when it was reported today that the Prez tipped the clerk at a general store $15 on $5 of ice cream and candy. But according to the clerk we spoke to, Barack took his change with him: "What tip? He didn't leave a tip. We don't have a tip jar, he took his change."

However, at the second store he visited, Barack did let the clerk keep the change -- a whopping $1.99.

DJ AM's body has been released from the NYC Medical Examiner's Office to a local funeral home.

Sources tell TMZ that the body may soon be transferred to California for burial.

An autopsy performed yesterday proved inconclusive, pending toxicology results which could take weeks.

Wes Bentley, the dude who became quasi-famous for calling a plastic bag "beautiful," is seriously in the hole with American Express -- and now they're suing him for over $90,000.

According to the suit, Bentley opened a Gold Account with AmEX, charged up $92,738.86, then never paid it off.

The card company wants their damn money back -- plus reimbursement for interest, attorney's fees and other costs.

File this under international obsessions: A French model/actress terrified about a German fan following her around Los Angeles.

Lydie Denier claims an alleged stalker pulled a gun on her and has repeatedly threatened to kill her.

Now Denier, star of a French syndicated version of "Tarzan" in the 90s as well as one episode of shows like "Silk Stockings," "Melrose Place," "Spin City" and "Gilmore Girls," has filed papers requesting for orders to stop harassment from Michael Huck -- a 45-year-old German uber-fan.

According to the papers, Huck has been "stalking" Denier since 2003 -- and in May 2007, after agreeing to meet him over coffee, Huck "pulled out a loaded gun."

She also says he's sent her threatening e-mails with creepy messages like "I will take away your magic ... Sign my contract and we all win. Do not sign it and we both will perish."

Shields -- whom you may remember from "Diddy stole my song" fame -- has fired off another cease and desist letter, this time over a song of his he claims was jacked for a movie. Shields claims his song "Keep Ur Cool" was used in a movie called "What We Do" at various times, including the end credits.

According to the docs, Shields says he never gave the movie permission to use his song, and is looking to solve the matter amicably (read: $$$$$$) rather than file a formal lawsuit.

The Medical Examiner's Office in New York City has completed the autopsy of DJ AM.

There has been no determination as to the cause of death -- more tests are needed, including toxicology, which could take several weeks to complete.

TMZ has learned the New York Medical Examiner's Office has begun to perform the autopsy on DJ AM.

No word on when the results will be released.

First we caught up with Joe Francis in Santa Monica. He tells us the surveillance video will support his story -- that Brody Jenner jumped him for no reason.

Then last night we got the last piece of the puzzle -- Abbey Wilson, Joe Francis' ex-girlfriend. She claims Jayde had her back when Joe tried to make an unwanted move on her.

The question is ...

We obtained a letter sent out by Frank Dileo -- who describes himself as "the manager for Michael Jackson in life and in death" -- and his business partner Mark Lamicka, who are trying to get people on board for Jackson tribute shows in "Canada, China & United Arab Emirates" in 2010.

We spoke to multiple members of the Jackson family -- including Joe Jackson -- who said they had no idea Mark and Frank were doing this.

Now ... a little background: Lamicka was sued for fraud in 2007 by some concert promoters, after he shopped around a tour for the band KISS without permission. According to court docs, Lamicka failed to appear at the trial and a default judgment was entered for $300,000.

We called Lamicka for comment and he said "I don't think there's any truth to this whatsoever ... can I get back to you tomorrow?" We're still waiting.

Shanna Moakler has been feuding with her ex-husband Travis Barker, but the passing of DJ AM might spark a truce ... at least temporarily.

Barker survived the horrific plane crash last year alongside his good friend DJ AM. Through her rep, Moakler told us, "My deepest condolences are to DJ AM, he was a great artist and will be severely missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. My support and love goes out to Travis as I know how hard this is for him and how close they were."

Sources tell TMZ prescription pill bottles were found near DJ AM's body this afternoon.

We're told his body was found at around 5 PM at his apartment in New York City -- he was shirtless and wearing sweatpants. He was face down.

UPDATE 10:33 PM ET: Crime scene investigators just entered the apartment with evidence bags.

UPDATE 9:15 PM ET: Law enforcement sources say the call came in at 5:24 PM -- the FDNY responded at 5:27 PM. We're told DJ AM was pronounced dead on the scene at 6:00 PM.

UPDATE 8:35 PM ET: A law enforcement source on scene tells TMZ a glass "crack pipe" was found in his bedroom. The pill bottles were found in the kitchen.

UPDATE 8:10 PM ET: Sources say a pipe commonly used to smoke drugs was also found inside the bedroom.

UPDATE 7:51 PM ET: We're told his body has not been removed from the apartment.

Brody's girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, claims Joe pulled her hair and then punched and kicked her. Joe admits to pulling her hair after she poured a drink on him -- but that's it.

Joe claims Brody punched him both inside and outside of the club. No one was arrested on scene, but Jayde tells us she plans to press charges.

Joe Francis says he did not punch or kick Brody Jenner's girlfriend last night at an L.A. club -- and he says security footage of the incident backs up his story.

Joe tells us he was hanging out with the General Manager for Guys and Dolls when Jayde Nicole pushed him from behind and poured a drink on him.

Joe says he turned around and pulled her hair in reaction to the attack. Francis says this is the only contact he made with Jayde or Brody the entire time ... and security footage from inside the club shows exactly this.

Joe says Brody had punched him and ripped his shirt off. He says the club's GM then escorted him outside to the parking lot and he lit up a cigarette.

Joe says the next thing he knew, he was on the ground. He was later told Brody had blindsided him.

That's when Francis says the club's security tasered Brody.

Other sources tell us the owner of Guys and Dolls, Michael Sutton, has also reviewed the security footage -- and it backs Joe's story.

Here's the rundown: Buena Park police think Ryan Jenkins severely beat Jasmine after they left the San Diego Hilton hotel at 2:30 AM on the 14th. Jenkins was seen entering the L'Auberge Del Mar hotel in San Diego at 4:30 AM alone. Cops believe Jasmine was taken into the hotel through a back patio entrance, which does not have a security camera.

A small amount of blood and hair was found on the patio. Cops say they never saw Jenkins leave the hotel with the suitcase Jasmine was found in. They think Ryan put her in the suitcase and took her out through the patio, because he was finally seen leaving the hotel without her or the suitcase at 9:20 AM. It's unclear if Jasmine died in the hotel or in the car.

Cops say Jenkins made around 30 phone calls and texts between the time he left San Diego at 9:20 AM and arrived in Los Angeles at 5 PM. During this time, cops believe Ryan drove to Corona, pulled off-road and removed her teeth and fingertips -- then dropped her body off in Buena Park before driving to Los Angeles. Cops won't say who he called and texted.

AND GET THIS: Cops say once Ryan arrived in L.A., he sent his and Jasmine's wedding rings to Las Vegas via Fed-Ex with instructions to be cleaned. Cops say he never picked up the rings, which are now in the possession of the Buena Park Police Department.
