Kelis isn't the only person trying to get money from Nas -- turns out Uncle Sam is too!

TMZ has obtained a federal tax lien filed last month against Nas for a whopping $2,584,206.31. Looks like Nas didn't pay his taxes in 2006 and 2007.

The sex tape starring Shauna Sand is being delayed a week -- and it all has to do with whether or not Shauna signed on the dotted line.

Vivid Entertainment says it plans to counter Shauna's cease and desist letter by bringing in a handwriting expert to prove the release they have is authentic. Fun fact: if it is, it could be the only thing about Shauna that is truly authentic.

No word on how long it will take the handwriting expert to draw a conclusion -- but how hard can it be to analyze an X?

The lawyer for Farrah Coleman tells us they will be taking out an ad in Monday's L.A. Times to serve Akon publicly. If he doesn't respond, they will pursue a default judgment.

But we caught up with Akon in NY -- and it's all news to him. As he told our guy, "You got a hold of me and you ain't even trying. I'm a celebrity. My schedule is on the internet. You can go on my MySpace, it'll tell you where I'm at!"

Elite Maids filed a suit in Los Angeles Superior Court back in February to collect the several thousand dollars Love allegedly owed them for unpaid services.

When Courtney failed to show her face in court on Thursday, the judge ruled against the former Hole singer by default ... and ordered her to hand over the original sum plus fees -- totaling $3,058.48.

Now that's a lot of dusting.

UPDATE -- A source close to Pratt tells us Stephanie had just left Holly Montag's birthday party when she was pulled over. Our source says cops watched Stephanie get in her car and were waiting to bust her.

TMZ has learned Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early this morning in Hollywood.

Law enforcement tells us Pratt, who appears frequently on MTV's "The Hills," was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood.

She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000.

Pratt is still in custody. She's just been booked.

UPDATE: So how's this for crazy. We're told some spectators who had just gotten out of a club saw Pratt get busted. Some started taking pictures, which ticked off some of the others and a big fight broke out on the street while Stephanie was being cuffed. But Steph was the only one taken into custody.

TMZ has learned Kourtney Kardashian's home has been burglarized.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Kourtney returned to her Calabasas townhome Saturday night at about 8:30 PM and discovered the break-in.

We're told hundreds of thousands of dollars of jewelry was reportedly taken. The home is in a gated community.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department responded and they are on scene.

We're also told among the items missing -- Kourtney's Cartier watch worth around $30,000, an expensive Rolex owned by her boyfriend, multiple diamonds including diamond hoops. And, worst of all, she's missing some vintage jewelry her dad, Robert Kardashian, left her.

We're told Kourtney had left with her boyfriend at around 7 PM for dinner, returned and discovered the break-in. They found many of the drawers open.

TMZ obtained the booklet for Brown's Domestic Violence Awareness Group, which is spearheaded by Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, Virginia.

The book is full of tips to help Chris learn how not to throw temper tantrums -- including "Time-Out Rules," and the benefits of "deep breathing," "backward counting," and "pleasant imagery."

The booklet also has chapters on all the big no-nos:

Nick Prugo (right), who cops believe was a part of celeb burglaries of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge, was spotted out last week with Nickelodeon star Drake Bell (left) and Playboy Cyber Girl Tess Taylor (hot chick). But each of them tells TMZ they see Nick in a whole new light now.

Tess tells us, "I have known Nick for many years but have decided to distance myself after his recent incident. I really don't agree with his choices or the people that he has surrounded himself with. Drake Bell and I were at the Roosevelt when I happened to run into Nick inside. That picture of us three was taken as Drake and I were leaving, and it's pretty obvious Nick followed us out to get his picture taken. I am embarrassed to have ever been his friend."

Drake wasn't quite as harsh, saying, "I was introduced to Nick Prugo a while back from some of my friends. After we met I've hung out with him on different occasions, and he's even been over to my house a couple times. Sometimes when people have come to my house I've been wary of what they might do. With Nick I never felt that I had to be wary of him, but I'm definitely going to be careful now."

Alejandra Jackson filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Jermaine is a deadbeat dad who hasn't paid $35,550 in court-ordered child support payments for their two kids, Jermajesty and Jaffar.

In the docs Alejandra says Jermaine's own mother sees how bad the situation is and often bails her out with "gift cards to Ralphs in varying months so that I can pick up food for our children, usually between $300 and $400."

Alejandra also claims Jermaine was lying to the court when he claimed he only made $35k in 2008 -- pointing out that he lives in the same "estate home" in Calabasas, drives the same "luxury vehicles" and has the same "luxury lifestyle" he had before.

TMZ spoke with Doug and Joanna Abbott who told us their 300-acre wheat crop was destroyed mostly by emergency vehicles racing across their field to chase the balloon -- which also caused its fair share of damage.

The couple tells TMZ: "It does make you wonder what kind of attention the family was after by using this little boy."

Sadly, we're told the field only produces a crop of wheat once every two years, which means the couple will have to wait two more years to see the full fruit of their labors ... all because of some giant empty publicity stunt balloon.

We asked if the couple would be considering their legal options -- but they wouldn't say.

The parents of "Real Housewives" star A.J. Jewell still claim their son was beaten to death -- even after a medical examiner claims sickle cell anemia may have played a role his death.

The parents' rep gave TMZ the following statement on their behalf:

"Our son 'AJ' had the sickle cell trait which caused no related medical problems during his life. We feel AJ's death was a result of the malicious attack by the individual and/or individuals present during the fight."

Meanwhile, the defense attorney for Frederick Richardson -- the club manager who was charged with voluntary manslaughter of Jewell -- told TMZ: "I would have liked to have found a cause of death before rushing to judgment."

Kristi Parrales gave TMZ the following statement:

"I'm fine. I guess deep down inside, I knew I had a slim chance in winning, considering I didn't hire an expensive lawyer to bail me out. In fact, I went alone as a strong woman who was standing up to someone who hurt her."

Regardless of the outcome, Kristi tells us she's happy it's all over.

AllGood previously filed suit against Michael Jackson, AEG Live and Frank Dileo for $40 million -- that's when Jackson was alive. Now AllGood filed an amended lawsuit today in federal court, which now includes the estate of Michael Jackson. The original defendants are still named in the amended suit.

AllGood sued because it claims Dileo acted as Jackson's agent and agreed to a Jackson family reunion concert and that got torpedoed when the London concerts were booked.

As for why the demand has swelled from $40 mil to $300 mil, AllGood says it never anticipated that Jackson would die and that a movie would be made, which now ups the ante.

TMZ has learned the Heene family has been pitching a reality show about the wacky family, as one TV source put it, "all over town."

We're told Richard Heene pitched a series to Relativity Real, as well as RDF Productions. RDF produces "Wife Swap," on which the family appeared back in March.

We're also told the Heene's have made the rounds at the networks, including TLC. Of course, TLC produced "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

So is balloon boy the ultimate reality show pitch?

TMZ has obtained a copy of a lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, in which Cage claims Samuel Levin -- his business manager -- was so reckless and incompetent with his money, that he has now been forced to sell off major assets and investments and is faced with gigantic tax liabilities.

In the lawsuit, Cage -- who according to Forbes earned $40 mil between June 2008 and June 2009 -- claims over a period of seven years, "Levin placed Cage in numerous highly speculative and risky real estate investments, resulting in Cage suffering catastrophic losses."

Cage also claims Levin failed to pay taxes when they were due. As TMZ first reported, the IRS has filed liens against the actor for more than $6 million in back taxes.

Cage claims it was only this year, after firing Levin, he learned "the gravity of his financial condition."

In the lawsuit, filed by legal pit bull Marty Singer, Cage claims Levin never advised him of his financial bottom line and is guilty of "over-extending [Cage's] line of credit with banks and financial institutions." The suit claims Levin concealed Cage's "true financial condition prior to investments and assets being acquired by [Cage]." Translation -- Levin never told Cage to put the brakes on buying stuff because he was running out of money.

And, for bad measure, Cage claims he paid Levin millions and was "grossly" overcharged for his services.

Cage is suing for a minimum of $20 million.

TMZ has learned the Larimer County Sheriff's Department will conduct an investigation into the getaway balloon caper. We're told they have not decided if it's a criminal investigation -- presumably filing a false report.

After a meeting today, Sheriff's officials tell us they will conduct interviews with the family beginning tomorrow, including the boy.

A Sheriff's official told us they will not interview the family today because "their physical and emotional state as of this morning is not well."

Thing is ... they've been doing TV nonstop. We're just sayin' ...
