After last night's debut episode of the reality show, UNICO National -- the "Largest Italian American Service Organization in the USA" -- claims they "can't keep up with the volume of calls" from "outraged" Italian Americans.

TMZ spoke with a rep from the group who told us, "I suffered through all 120 mins of that show and it was worse than I imagined."

The rep added, "Italian Americans are OUTRAGED and they are helping us reach out to sponsors to ask them to stop advertising with MTV until they agree to pull Jersey Shore."

For those unfamiliar with the show -- imagine "The Hills" on steroids, dipped in bronzer, and slathered in hair gel ... only more addicting.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Tiger's other home in the Windermere development near Orlando, Florida -- right around the corner from Tiger's main home -- and as of yesterday, there are two new vehicles of interest parked in front of house #2 .... a red Buick and a baby stroller.

FYI -- Tiger and Elin have a 9-month-old son together.

It's unclear whose vehicle is in front of the house -- or who, if anyone, is staying in house #2 -- but it's the first hint of movement from Tiger since the initial incident last Friday.

As Jen left Sunset Tower, a woman attempted to serve her with a subpoena requiring her to testify in a sexual harassment case against a Hollywood agent, who has been accused of walking around naked in front of his former assistant and subjecting her to some farm-friendly XXX videos.

Here's the thing: Jen never picked up the docs -- and they were ultimately placed on the front windshield of her car, where Jen's bodyguard snatched them up.

It ain't exactly proper, but the lawyer for the alleged porn-watching victim insists to TMZ that, yes, by way of her bodyguard, Jen was indeed "served."

Johnson, a former KC Chiefs running back, has already been sued over the alleged incident -- but now, Ashley Stewart is going after Blonde Nightclub too claiming a caller gave them fair warning that Johnson was in the mood to cause trouble earlier that night.

TMZ spoke with Stewart's attorney, who tells us, "The caller warned the club that Larry would be on his way, and that he had been drinking, and causing trouble ... yet they failed to stop him from entering the club."

In the suit, filed Wednesday in Jackson County, Missouri, Stewart claims Blonde failed to ensure her health, safety and well-being and failed to provide a "reasonably safe environment."

Stewart is suing for an unspecified amount -- but enough to "punish" the nightclub.

The alleged altercation was one of several controversial incidents involving Johnson while he was still a Chief -- LJ has since been shipped out and is now Cincinnati's problem.

Sources tell TMZ Rachel Uchitel did not make any financial deal with Tiger Woods -- and there are two reasons she torpedoed her scheduled news conference yesterday: fear and secrets.

Sources say in the wee hours of the morning yesterday, after many phone calls back and forth between Rachel, Tiger and their reps, Rachel decided not to come out fighting at a news conference. She walked away without taking a cent from Tiger Woods. One very connected source said, "This was absolutely not about money."

Sources say Rachel became "scared for her safety" because she knows so much about Tiger, his alleged affairs and a variety of other Woods matters. We're told Tiger confided in Rachel ... she knows specifics about "other women," as well as information about Tiger's marriage.

The sources were quick to point out, Rachel does not fear Tiger, as much as she fears all the other people caught in what is becoming a very large net.

Rachel, we're told, just wants to disappear for a while.

TMZ has obtained the flight itinerary along with emails between Rachel and Bryon Bell -- detailing how Bryon organized a trip for Rachel to fly last month from New York to L.A. to Australia to Dubai and back to L.A.

In the emails, Bryon wrote, "Here are the details for all the flights. Sorry for all the changes. I look forward to meeting you tomorrow. Bryon." Rachel sent an email to someone afterward, forwarding the itinerary and saying, "My schedule so u have it in case the plane goes down."

As we first reported, Bryon Bell, President of Tiger Woods Design, purchased the plane ticket for Rachel and flew with her to Australia, where Tiger was playing the Australian Masters. He also paid for Rachel's room at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne -- the same place Tiger was staying.

As we first reported, Nas -- aka Nasir Jones -- was pulled over in Georgia back in September after driving erratically. Cops say he was carrying a sack of weed and sporting a green tongue ... unfortunately, you can't see that part in the video.

But you can see Nas wobble during a balance test and take the wrong number of steps during the "walk the line" test -- yet still, authorities decided it wasn't enough evidence to convict.

Orlando Jones -- the former 7-Up guy -- claims he was the victim of a major jewel heist, after someone jacked $48,000 worth of ice from his car.

Jones filed a report with LAPD Thursday, claiming he put the jewelry in the glove box of his car several weeks ago -- but when he went to retrieve the stash on Thursday, he noticed it was missing.

We're told the actor has no idea where or when he could have been hit.

The "Jackass" star stopped by the dreaded California DMV after appearing in court today with attorney Barry Gerald Sands -- where he proved to a judge he's been 100% sober for 18 months since his arrest in 2008. The judge was so impressed he dismissed the felony drug charge for cocaine possession ... and even took Steve-O's arrest off his record.

But some things never change -- Steve-O tells TMZ he was at the DMV because he lost his wallet after getting naked and donning a wrestling singlet for an upcoming Jackass 3D flick.

The woman who claims she's one of Tiger Woods' mistresses was out in L.A. yesterday -- hare in Grubby hands -- where she said, despite her current situation, she wants to keep her job as a cocktail waitress.

Sources say Bryon Bell, a childhood friend and President of Tiger Woods Design, bought a plane ticket for Rachel Uchitel to go to Australia in mid-November to secretly spend time with Tiger.

The ticket was purchased by Bell using a credit card. He also booked a room for Uchitel at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne.

The trip coincided with the Australian Masters -- which Tiger won.

We've learned Bell actually flew with Uchitel to Melbourne and both had rooms at the hotel.

As we first reported, Nas was arrested for DUI near his Georgia home back in September. TMZ has obtained the police report, which says, "Mr. Jones had a green tongue with raised taste buds and his pulse was raised to 116 beats per minute."

The arresting officer says he observed "eyelid tremors in both eyes and body tremors." Cops say the car smelled of "raw marijuana."

Nas told officers he had been smoking weed at his friend's house before he was busted.

Nas flunked one of the field sobriety tests -- the walking test -- by taking the wrong number of steps

San Diego Chargers star Antonio Cromartie will not face any criminal charges over an incident in which he was accused of hitting a club-goer with a champagne bottle.

Cromartie -- a Pro Bowl defensive back -- was suspected of assault with a deadly weapon after witnesses inside the San Diego club claim they saw Cromartie hit a man on the head with a bottle during a champagne-poppin' celebration last month.

But today, a San Diego police spokesperson announced there was not enough evidence to prove Cromartie actually committed a crime.

So now the case is closed -- and so is the wound on the victim's head.

Nas was busted by Henry County cops on September 10, 2009. Law enforcement tells us he was arrested, booked and charges are pending.

Nas is in court today in Los Angeles for his divorce from Kelis -- both seen outside the courthouse above -- and if custody becomes contentious, the DUI could be a factor.

We're told they were looking pretty chummy though -- and were seen talking and laughing with each other and their lawyers for about 5 minutes.

Gloria Allred has never canceled a news conference in her career ... so why was today's camera op scuttled? Sources tell us Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods have been communicating ... as recently as late last night.

Sources say Rachel was in touch with Tiger and his reps before Friday's car accident and last night for approximately a half hour.

There are reports of some sort of deal between Rachel and Tiger -- i.e. money for silence. We have no knowledge one way or the other. As of last night we do know no financial overture had been made.

But we do know Rachel, Tiger and his reps knew full well her original plan was to lie and deny the sexual relationship.

Tiger Woods' alleged mistress claims she was lying when she said she did not have an affair with Tiger Woods ... and sources tell TMZ the fight at Tiger's home the morning of the crash was triggered by a series of text messages between Tiger and the woman.

Rachel Uchitel has publicly denied she had sexual relations with Tiger Woods, but we've learned she has said she did indeed have an affair with the golfer. And, we're told it was her -- not Jaimee Grubbs -- who caused an argument between Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren, that immediately preceded Tiger's SUV crash.

Sources say less than an hour before Tiger's accident, Rachel and Tiger were texting each other. Elin confronted Tiger and asked whom he was texting. She grabbed the phone and we're told she called Rachel to confront her. According to sources, Tiger and Elin began arguing and the phone broke in the process.

We're also told there was damage as a result of the altercation in the vestibule area of Tiger Woods' home -- damage that cannot be easily repaired, and that is why Tiger would not let police come in.

Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, will hold a news conference today at 11:30 AM PT with Uchitel present.
