Here's what TMZ knows: Alex wanted several million bucks, but according to

, he ended up with $627,000 for his share of the community property. Alex wanted spousal support but was shut down by the judge. Kate gets the house. They split the artwork and furniture.

Alex also gets half the residuals for the "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" episodes Kate filmed while they were married.

There are mutual restraining orders prohibiting each from harassing the other.

Mind you ... they only lived together as husband and wife for 14 months.

In the rockiest start to a criminal prosecution ever .... we're now told that Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers plan on holding a news conference near the courthouse where Dr. Murray was set to be arraigned today in the death of Michael Jackson.

We're told attorneys Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan will publicly complain that they have become pawns in a feud between the L.A. County D.A. and the LAPD.

Although Chernoff's publicist told TMZ this morning Dr. Murray will come to the courthouse ... it's unclear if he'll be at the news conference.

Unless things change in the next hour, criminal charges will not be filed against Dr. Murray today.

TMZ broke the story about the feud between the D.A. and the LAPD over how Dr. Murray is brought to court. The D.A. was working with Murray's lawyers for a voluntary surrender ... the LAPD wants to place him under arrest and bring him into court.

Of course, TMZ will cover the news conference live ... we're guessing it should go down around 1:30 PM PT.

UPDATE: Ed Chernoff just confirmed the news conference, but said due to "safety concerns" it will be held at a park 12 blocks from the courthouse. He did not say if Dr. Murray will be there.

UPDATE 2: A spokesman for the Sheriff's Department confirms the press conference will be moved, but says there were no "safety concerns."

UPDATE: 3: We called the park where the news conference was supposed to go down and the park person said he was contacted by someone and told them they absolutely could not have a news conference there because a permit had not been taken out.

Charlie Sheen got one hell of a wake up call this morning when an operator from an OnStar-like service called to inform him that his SUV had crashed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sheen got the call around 4AM when his remote diagnostics company received an alert that the car had been involved in a wreck and the airbags had deployed.

We're told Sheen alerted his security team who inspected the home and confirmed that the car had been stolen.

Cops later found the wrecked SUV 100 feet down Mulholland Drive.

We're told the L.A. Fire Department used an infrared scanner to search for any victims, but the search came up empty.

Cops are still hunting for a suspect.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sheen reported the truck stolen from his house early this AM. We do not know if Sheen knew the suspect.

Cops tell us the fire department is on scene, looking to see if there's a body near the wreckage.

The suspect is not in custody.

Police are investigating.

As we first reported, the LAPD was bent out of shape -- and that is an understatement -- because the D.A. had kept cops in the dark and had been working with Dr. Murray's lawyers to arrange a voluntary surrender in court at the time of the arraignment.

The plan as of Thursday afternoon: Dr. Murray's lawyers would drive him to the L.A. County Sheriff's Office at the Airport Courthouse in L.A. at 5:30 AM Friday, along with a bail bondsman. Dr. Murray would be booked, post bail and then walk into court without handcuffs or chains.

We're told the LAPD so vehemently objected to the plan ... the D.A. finally backed off. The LAPD wants to arrest Dr. Murray, book him and bring him into court in handcuffs and/or chains -- something that is fairly standard in homicide cases.

The plan has fallen apart and we're told ... as of now ... there will be no arraignment tomorrow.

It's starting out shaky, folks.

According to documents filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, the Governator has settled his tax issues with the government -- and the $79,064 lien against him is no longer in play.

Arnold's rep previously stated that the Guv was unaware of any problems with the IRS and insisted the whole thing was a misunderstanding.

It's unclear if Arnold ended up paying the lien or had it dismissed -- what is clear is that he's no longer in debt to Uncle Sam.

Arnold's people put out a statement saying the tax lien was the fault of a computer glitch.

Kristen Stewart's civic duty involved sex, prostitutes and an undercover cop -- and the guy on trial even got a happy ending.

TMZ has learned Stewart was a member of an L.A. jury this week in a 3-day case involving a man accused of trying to pay an undercover cop for some temporary lovin'.

The defense argued that their client was innocent because he doesn't speak English very well and the whole sex solicitation thing was just a case of lost in translation.

In the end, the "Twilight" star -- along with her peers -- agreed with the defense and found the man not guilty.

The maid -- Isabel Hernandez -- says in the lawsuit she worked for Kim when Kim was married to Damon Thomas. The maid claims Kim and Damon waited long periods before paying her lump sums. All was fine, until she got a mega check for $13,100 on March 25, 2006. It bounced like a rubber ball.

And there's even more stiffery: The maid claims she was supposed to pull in $7,800 a year but didn't get a penny in 2007 and 2008. She also wants $300 for 2009.

So what's Kim's defense you ask? Kim's lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, says Kim divorced the dude in 2004 and moved out in February, 2003.

So what was the maid's first hint? We're guessin' the Apple Bottom Jeans disappeared from the chair in the bedroom.

Charlie Sheen will be charged with felony menacing in connection with the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, in Aspen ... this according to law enforcement sources.

We've learned in addition to the felony, Sheen, who stars in "Two and a Half Men" will be charged with misdemeanor assault.

We're told the criminal complaint will be filed either late tomorrow or first thing Monday morning.

Charlie Sheen is set to appear in court Monday for an arraignment, though we're told he is not expected to enter a plea.

In addition to the arraignment, the judge will hear arguments from lawyers for Brooke and Charlie to relax the protective order prohibiting any contact between the two.

Charlie Sheen's lawyer had no comment.

Estate lawyers say there are three reasons why Joe is not entitled to medical records.

1. Joe was not a dependent of Michael Jackson and therefore not legally entitled to sue for the wrongful death of his son.

2. Joe has filed his request for medical records in connection with his attempt to get an allowance from the estate, and an allowance has nothing to do with wrongful death.

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller is wrapping up her week-long stay in North Carolina today and is leaving for Aspen, where she will appear in court with Charlie.

Brooke's lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells TMZ, the fact that Brooke was at Two Dreams Outer Banks for only one week proves what he said last week -- that she was there to recover from pneumonia ... and not in rehab.

Brooke and Charlie are scheduled to face the judge in Charlie's criminal case on Monday. They both want the judge to relax the protective order prohibiting them from having contact with each other.

Galanter says Brooke and Charlie are aiming to get a new protective order that will allow them to fly back to L.A. together after the hearing so they can work on their marriage.

We're told Queen was busted for "aggressive solicitation." Cops say she was also wanted for failing to appear in court on three separate occasions.

For two years, Queen has been a staple in the area -- "assisting" stars like Betty White, Katharine McPhee and Reba McEntire through paparazzi swarms.

The stars usually throw Queen a few bucks after she escorts them back to their cars.

According to law enforcement, Queen is being booked right now.

Scratch disagreement ... a feud has erupted over the Dr. Conrad Murray case between the LAPD and the Los Angeles County District Attorney ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As we first reported, the LAPD was ticked that the D.A. kept top cops out of the loop on the subject of charging Dr. Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson.

We told you that yesterday members of the D.A.'s Office met with the LAPD and everyone agreed that cops would take Dr. Murray into custody, book him and deliver him to the courthouse for his arraignment on involuntary manslaughter charges.

But this morning, the feud has intensified and it's now at the top levels of both the LAPD and D.A. The fight is bitter and ultimately the D.A. could do an end around the PD and just have Dr. Murray show up in court tomorrow.

One law enforcement source tells TMZ relations between the D.A. and the LAPD have "totally deteriorated" over the Murray case.

UPDATE: 2:32 PM PT. One of Dr. Murray's lawyers, Ed Chernoff, just posted on his website that he's working with the D.A. to turn his client in after the case is filed. Chernoff said, "An arrest of Dr. Murray would be a waste of money, time and resources." The LAPD begs to differ.

It all went down in Arkansas last Thursday, when Joshua and John observed a 3-car crash outside of Josh's car dealership ... then pulled the little girl from the car and administered CPR.

In the call, you can hear Josh tell the dispatcher that the girl is unconscious and "turning blue."

The girl eventually pulled through -- in part due to the Duggars' quick thinking.

You gotta listen to this call ... the Duggars couldn't have done a better job.

Sources involved in Brittany Murphy's autopsy tell TMZ her death was "preventable."

Sources say the primary causes of Murphy's death were pneumonia and severe anemia. L.A. County Coroner officials believe Brittany's condition was "treatable" but no one took her to the hospital in time.

As for the multiple drugs found in her system, we're told they were both prescription, including medicine for cramps, and over-the-counter medications, including cough syrup. Our sources say the drugs "pushed her over the line" but the underlying problems were the pneumonia and anemia.

In other words, Brittany was really sick, didn't get treatment and by self-medicating it pushed her over the line.
