Prince Jackson just testified ... Dr. Conrad Murray informed them of Michael Jackson's passing by glibly announcing, "Sorry kids. Dad's dead."

Prince has taken the stand in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, saying all he and his siblings could do was cry after hearing the news.

Prince said he recalled being in the sitting room of the Holmby Hills mansion when his father went into cardiac arrest on June 25th, 2009. Prince said he heard screams and Murray summoned him upstairs, where Prince saw his father "half hanging out of the bed" while Murray administered CPR.

He said Paris was hit the hardest by her dad's death, screaming that she "wanted her daddy" while Murray was trying to resuscitate him.

Prince said, "She was my dad's princess. She definitely is dealing with [his death] in her own way."

As we reported, Paris has sunken into a deep and dangerous depression recently, stemming from her father and his death.

Prince Jackson -- Michael Jackson's eldest son -- told jurors today in the wrongful death case, Michael Jackson had such problems with AEG he would cry and say, "They're gonna kill me ... they're gonna kill me."

Prince testified his dad was amped over the "This Is It" tour but felt he needed more time to rehearse. Apparently, AEG and MJ got into it during phone conversations and the calls made Michael break down in tears.

Prince also testified AEG honcho Randy Phillips came over to the house several times and he saw Phillips aggressively grab Dr. Conrad Murray by the elbow, as if to school him.

Prince got personal and talked about how involved Michael was in his kids' lives -- something that's highly relevant in a wrongful death case in assessing damages. He told the jury about how MJ loved home videos -- one showing Prince on a little car as Paris talked into a mic while "Daddy's Home" (a Jackson 5 song) played in the background.

Prince also said the day MJ went into full cardiac arrest at his home, Paris was screaming that she wanted her daddy. Prince says Dr. Murray announced at the house that MJ was dead from a heart attack.

The point of the testimony -- lawyers for the Jackson family are trying to prove AEG pushed Michael mercilessly and that, combined with Murray's bad medicine, cost MJ his life.

WWE superstar CM Punk has obtained a restraining order against his estranged mother -- claiming she constantly hits him up for money and then threatens to kill herself if he doesn't come through ... TMZ has learned.

Punk -- real name Phillip Brooks -- claims in legal docs filed in Illinois that he's tried to break off his relationship with his mother for more than a year "due to repeated financial demands and years of abusive, harassing and threatening behavior."

In the document, Punk says he's made an effort to help his mom -- who he claims suffers from bipolar disorder -- giving her more than $100,000. But Punk says her "abusive/threatening behavior" escalated when he cut her off.

That's when Punk's mom allegedly unleashed a torrent of nasty emails -- telling the wrestler, "You don't give a s**t about us. You just care about your money and money hungry/fame hungry friends. You would sell us for a nickel."

Punk also says his mother threatened to release potentially embarrassing information about her son's past. Punk suggests the information has to do with arrests when he was in high school.

In the docs, Punk says his mother has threatened to commit suicide on at least 4 occasions in 2012.

Punk says, "I wish for the harassment to stop and am requesting the assistance of the court in this regards."

Racial scandals aren't always bad for business ... just ask Paula Deen's brother who says the embattled chef's restaurants have been "slammed" with customers in the wake of the N-word drama.

Bubba Hiers -- who is also named as a defendant in the sexual and racial harassment lawsuit against Paula -- was walking around Savannah today when he was asked how the family was coping.

"We're doing fine," Bubba said ... and when asked if Deen's businesses were continuing to thrive despite all of the bad media, he insisted the companies were "slammed" ... and he meant it in a good way.

FYI -- Lisa Jackson, the woman suing Paula and Bubba, worked as the G.M. for Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House in Savannah, Georgia from 2005 - 2010. Bubba is part owner along with Paula.

Jackson claims Bubba is a racist who dropped the N-word in the workplace and also viewed porn on the kitchen computer.

Michael Jackson's death anniversary is a particularly hard day for members of his family, especially his brothers, who tell TMZ ... he is still loved and missed everyday.

Jackie, Marlon, Tito and Jermaine tell TMZ ... "Four years ago today we lost one of the greatest musicians, entertainers, and icons the world has ever known. But to us, Michael was first and foremost our brother. We carry his spirit with us always, and we love and miss him every day."

Michael's youngest brother Randy Jackson tweeted, "Thinking about my brother on this day. Thank U everyone 4 your love and support and 4 the beautiful display of flowers at Forest Lawn."

As we reported earlier, fans have been leaving flowers at MJ's mausoleum by the thousands.

Michael died on June 25, 2009 from a fatal dose of Propofol. RIP.

Paris Jackson will NOT get new guardians in the wake of her suicide attempt, but TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe is keeping a watchful eye on the situation and could mount a challenge if things get worse.

The guardianship judge had asked a probate court investigator to do some digging after the suicide attempt ... to find out if the guardians were taking proper care of Paris. As you know, Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson are currently co-guardians.

The report is in, and the judge has decided NOT to change the current guardianship arrangement.

TMZ has learned ... the probate court investigator met with Debbie Rowe -- who has developed an extremely strong bond with Paris -- her biological child. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Rowe told the investigator she believes TJ is doing a great job as guardian, despite the fact that Paris does not want a man to replace Michael Jackson and tell her what to do.

We're told Rowe also thinks Katherine has done a good job, especially considering her age and health.

But Rowe made it clear ... if the situation gets worse, she will file legal docs for guardianship. For now, however, Rowe believes the guardianship works fine.

Someone has been trying to sell this baby pic for A LOT OF $$$$ -- allegedly the spawn of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. But sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... IT'S A FRAUD!

So here's what we're being told. Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly. We're told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a baby she claimed was North West -- but we're told it was an impostor infant.

Sure enough ... someone came along and tried selling us this pic (above). Gotta say ... it looks like it could be Kim and Kanye's baby. It has the right ... well, you know ... but Kim would obviously pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the qualities of her own child.

Our K & K sources have seen the pic and claim it's not the real deal.

By the way ... we also got hold of another pic of a baby Kim sent to several other friends -- Bogus Baby #2. We're told she's waiting to see if someone tries to sell this one as well.

Paula Deen's sons are adamant ... their mother is NOT a racist ... and they have the Hank Aaron pajamas to prove it!!!

Jamie and Bobby Deen just appeared on CNN's "New Day" ... and told Chris Cuomo, "Neither one of our parents ever taught us to be bigoted towards any other person for any reason."

"This is so saddening to me because our mother is one of the most compassionate good-hearted empathetic people that you'd ever meet," Bobby said.

Then Jamie told the story about the Hank Aaaron pajamas -- explaining how when he was 7-years-old, he was a big Hammerin' Hank fan ... and before he had his tonsils removed his parents gave him some H.A. PJs.

Jamie says when his parents gave him the pajamas ... they told him about the challenges Hank faced "because of his color" and explained that people deserved to be judged on their merits, not skin color.

Sources tell us, Kim's taking to motherhood like a newborn to a nipple -- in fact, she actively looks forward to her "feedings" with baby North West ... EVEN CHANGING DIRTY DIAPERS!!! As one source put it, "She does it all."

It's pretty crazy ... considering how vocal Kim's been about motherly duties in the past. Back in 2010, she got into hot water for criticizing a mom for breastfeeding at a restaurant.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have polarized TMZ users over their baby's name ... North West. So we gotta ask ...

Newly-minted NBA champion Chris Bosh has been busy with more than just basketball ... he's been embroiled in a bitter legal battle with his ex to snag custody of their 4-year-old daughter, TMZ has learned.

Bosh has filed legal docs asking a judge to strip his ex, Allison Mathis, of primary physical custody of Trinity.

Bosh claims Mathis has been trying to alienate the kid from him ... blocking contact, refusing to let them travel together, and poisoning their daughter against him.

Bosh wants primary physical custody, but says he's more than willing to give Mathis her fair share of mother-daughter time in the form of visitation.

Mathis has fired back in her own legal docs, saying his complaints are BS.

The custody battle between Bosh and Mathis has been raging for years -- you'll recall, just last June Bosh was denied permission to take his daughter to the Olympics.

Brooke Mueller thinks she's going to get her kids back when she leaves rehab, but according to sources connected to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services ... she may not get the kids back for at least a year.

Brooke has been in rehab around 20 times ... in other words, it never sticks -- at least not so far. Our Brooke sources are confident the judge will return twins Bob and Max to her when she exits rehab, and her family is willing to do what it takes to reassure the court that the kids will be fine. If that means a family member living with Brooke ... we're told that will be offered.

But other sources tell TMZ ... DCFS feels it's too risky to return the kids to Brooke until there's proof she can function clean and sober over a period of time, and we're told that time frame is a year, and possibly longer. Our sources add ... DCFS will allow meaningful visitation between Brooke and the kids, but not custody until there's proof she's on the straight and narrow.

James Gandolfini's widow was spotted out in public for the first time since his death, and her distraction of choice was shopping.

Deborah Lin, Gandolfini's wife of nearly 5 years, took a solo trip to a mall near their L.A. home on Friday, and went shopping at several stores ... including Bloomingdales. She also went to the bank.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided nothing would go between their new daughter North West, because the kid doesn't have a middle name ... this according to the birth certificate obtained by TMZ.

The birth certificate was signed only by Kim and gives the time of birth 5:34 AM June 15th. It was filed in L.A. County.

We broke the story -- the baby was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood. The baby was born 5 weeks early and weighed in just shy of 5 lbs.

TMZ has obtained North West's birth certificate ... and she doesn't have a middle name!

Seriously, that's the kid's name ... according to the birth certificate from Cedars-Sinai hospital.

There were rumors floating around a few months ago that Kim and Kanye West might give the baby a directional name ... but who thought they would actually go through with it?

And when you look at the options -- West West is redundant ... South West is an airline ... and East West leads to nowhere.

So, by default ... North West it is!
