Britney Spears made a fortune last year -- way more than $10 million -- but she's still a hardcore bargain shopper ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

According to documents, Britney's conservatorship raked in nearly $14 mil in 2012. But here's the thing ... she spent $6.8 mil, which sounds like a lot, but a closer look makes Brit look like a bargain hunter.

-- $11.92 at Pay 99 Cents Or Less
-- A tab from Subway, Wetzel's Pretzels, Domino's, IHOP, 7-11, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds, In-N-Out, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and Romano's Macaroni Grill.
-- $33,959 on grooming and wardrobe -- bargain basement for a big star.

But there are extravagances as well ... like a $500 manicure. And get this -- $3,400 on XMAS lights.

Our favorite -- Britney paid $1,500 to her Kentwood, Louisiana yard boy -- aka, Jamie Lynn's baby daddy Casey Aldridge.

As For Britney's total worth ... it's a lot. The conservatorship alone now has $36.4 million. And that doesn't include a huge chunk of her net worth ... including the $68 mil she made on her last concert tour and the $15 mil she snagged from "X Factor."

If supermodel turned television host Heidi Klum was saved onto a floppy disk and given a pair of played out white wayfarer sunglasses she'd turn into the '80s stuttering electronic character Max Headroom.

Shaq and Lamar Odom have scored a huge victory over the snake oil salesmen at Power Balance -- the company that duped athletes into believing its hologram bracelets could provide super-strength -- because it just agreed to fork over $287,000 to get the NBA stars off its back.

TMZ broke the story ... Shaq and Odom filed legal docs in PB's bankruptcy case, claiming they were owed money for their involvement in the company. Lamar was an investor. Shaq was a paid spokesperson.

Shaq originally demanded $308,961 and Lamar $133,870 -- but according to new court docs, they both agreed to take a little less after settlement negotiations ... Shaq got $200,310 and Lamar $87,015.

But they could get even more -- under the deal, if PB's bankruptcy estate collects more money than they anticipate from ensuing litigation, Shaq and Lamar could get an additional payout.

The entire country of Switzerland is begging for Oprah Winfrey's forgiveness ... after a racist shop assistant in Zurich refused to show her a handbag because it was "too expensive" for O.

The incident occurred last month, when Oprah was in Zurich to attend Tina Turner's wedding ... and walked into the upscale Trois Pomme boutique where she noticed a $40,000 handbag.

When Oprah asked to see it, the shop assistant refused -- insisting it was out of O's price range. RACIST!!!!

Oprah described the exchange to "Entertainment Something":

"One more time, I tried. I said, 'But I really do just want to see that one,' and the shopkeeper said, 'Oh, I don't want to hurt your feelings,' and I said, 'Okay, thank you so much. You're probably right, I can't afford it.' And I walked out of the store."

Now, Switzerland's national tourism board has issued an apology on behalf of the country -- saying, "We are very sorry for what happened to her."

The board also begged for Oprah's forgiveness on Twitter ... saying the shop assistant "acted terribly wrong."

FYI -- Oprah reportedly made $77 million dollars last year ... so, suck on that racist shop assistant.

Miley Cyrus is NOT in the Ying Yang Twins music video tribute to her bootyful backside -- so they got the next best thing ... an impersonator with serious ass shaking skills!

TMZ obtained a clip from the Twins' new video for "Miley Cyrus" featuring a twerked out look-alike in a unicorn onesie -- an obvious parody of the singer's popular YouTube clip.

The whole video is set to drop soon -- and our spies on set say the impersonator actually gives M.C. a run for her money in the badonkadonk department.

B. Scott -- an openly gay transgender person -- is suing BET, claiming the network humiliated him during the recent BET Awards by yanking him off the show because he was wearing women's clothes.

Scott claims in his lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was hired to be the Style Stage Correspondent for the pre-show in June. At the beginning of the show, Scott claims he was wearing a flowing black tunic and black pants ... which he says were approved by BET honchos.

Scott claims after the first segment of the pre-show, he was pulled backstage and told his garb wasn't acceptable. Scott says he was ordered to "mute the makeup, pull back his hair" and remove the women's wear ... which included heels.

Scott says they forced him to change into men's clothing [see below]. Nonetheless ... Scott says he was still 86'd from the show and replaced by Adrienne Bailon.

Scott says he was humiliated and suffered damage to his reputation, claiming BET is guilty of discrimination based on gender identity as well as sexual orientation.

He wants $2.5 million minimum from BET.

Calls to BET were not returned.

James Gandolfini suffered an indignity after he died in Rome -- someone apparently stole his expensive Rolex watch within hours after he died ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained an insurance form filed by James' people. According to the form and family sources, someone stole a $3,000 Rolex submariner watch from James' hotel room on the day he died.

The insurance form says there was no damage to the room and there's no mention of forced entry. There's no suspect listed on the form ... but the implication is that someone may have pilfered the item during the commotion following the heart attack that killed the actor.

The form doesn't specifically describe the type of submariner that was stolen, but they vary wildly -- some are diamond encrusted, some are platinum and some are gold.

TMZ obtained pics of Brit -- along with her kids -- at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Valencia, CA on Wednesday where Ms. Spears showed off her hardbody physique in a bright pink bikini.

Brit was also spotted at the park on Tuesday ... 'cause as everyone knows, ya can't hit up all the rides in just one day!

90 days in rehab didn't make Lindsay Lohan modest -- 'cause she wasted no time showing off her legs moments after leaving Cliffside Tuesday afternoon.

Lindsay was sporting a huge smile, a blue print mini-dress, suede-fringe jacket and some major baggage -- a big blue one -- as she got into the SUV that picked her up from the Malibu facility.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she'll be staying with a sober coach somewhere in Los Angeles for the next few days.

As we previously reported, Lindsay's telling people in her life she feels like she needs a transition period before re-entering the real world on her own.

Lindsay checked into the Betty Ford Center back on May 2 to begin her court-ordered rehab stay -- and transferred to Cliffside in mid-June.

Gotta say, so far ... she's looking good.

Having assembled a crack search-and-rescue team, Justin Bieber hit the streets of NYC Tuesday morning to continue the grueling quest for his lost shirt.

Some say Bieber lost his shirt in Connecticut this month ... some say he misplaced it after a recent concert ... some say it disappeared last year in Miami ... but the truth is ... no one really knows.

There are pics that appear to show the singer wearing shirts in recent months, but Bieber insists it's really easy to Photoshop stuff these days ... so we can't confirm their authenticity.

Sandra Bullock is on the receiving end of a lawsuit over watches that were being hawked with her name attached.

The case may sound familiar, because Sandra herself first filed a lawsuit against ToyWatch USA, claiming the company had no right to advertise their products with her name and likeness.

Turns out ... ToyWatch has an insurance policy that MIGHT cover a judgment in case they lose in court. But the operative word is "MIGHT."

The insurance company doesn't want to wait until Sandra's case runs its course, so it filed legal docs today against Sandra, asking a judge to decide if they're on the hook in case Sandra wins.

We're guessing Sandra wants the policy to cover such a judgment, because she's probably way more likely to collect if the insurance company is required to pay.
