The girlfriend of Bijan -- one of the most famous fashion designers in the world who died in April -- is lashing out at his children and his sister, claiming they have no right to throw her out of his Beverly Hills mansion.

Mahtab Mojab (common spelling) worked at Bijan's wildly expensive Rodeo Drive shop since 2004. Almost immediately, she claims the fashion mogul came on to her, telling her she was beautiful and offering to rub her tired feet.

Mojab claims in new legal docs they hooked up, and in September, 2006, she moved into his home. Mojab -- who was in her 20s at the time -- claims Bijan made a contract with her ... that she would take care of him, and in return he would support her and let her live in his Bev Hills home for life.

As for what she claims she did for the 67-year-old ... she arranged his underwear, sox and clothes, "prepared Bijan's hair," and cared for him during his liposuction recovery. And, she says, he even bragged about her to President George W. Bush.

A couple of problems:

1. Mojab signed an agreement that specifically says she has no rights to Bijan's property.

2. There's a will which does not mention her as a beneficiary.

Bijan's kids and sister want Mojab out of the house stat, and have even tried changing the locks.

You'd think Steve Jobs' death would destroy financial markets across the globe -- but TMZ has learned, one commodity has experienced a dramatic upsurge in sales today ... mock turtlenecks.

You'll recall, Jobs famously rocked the high-neck knitwear during his keynote addresses for Apple -- and now, the company that makes his favorite sweaters says Jobs' death has doubled its business.

A rep for the St. Croix clothing brand tells TMZ, as soon as news broke that Jobs had passed, their mock turtlenecks flew off the shelves -- adding, St. Croix has experienced an "almost 100% increase in sales" since yesterday.

And Jobs' contribution to St. Croix hasn't gone unnoticed -- we're told the company is currently planning a memorial for the former CEO, but it hasn't decided exactly how it plans to honor its muse.

The rep says, "We have a great respect for everything he did and we're glad he believed in our American-made product."

Times are finally changing for Tiger Woods … not on the links, he still sucks – but the golfer just locked down a MAJOR endorsement deal with Rolex watches … this according to his agent.

The details about the deal have not yet been released – but Tiger’s agent promises more information will follow shortly.

Here's the lowdown. Remember when the Burglar Bunch stole $2.8 million worth of jewelry from Paris' Hollywood Hills home back in 2008? And remember when cops recovered most of it and then returned it to Paris?

Turns out ... some of the stolen jewelry was on loan from Damiani, a fancy schmancy jewelry shop, and their insurance company thought the Damiani jewelry was part of the stash the cops returned to Paris.

Paris insisted she didn't get the Damiani jewels back, so the insurance company filed a lawsuit against Paris for the items.

But we've learned the insurance company now believes Paris was telling the truth all along, and never got the jewels in question back from the cops.

A diamond isn't always forever ... sometimes it's only for 6 months -- especially for Hugh Hefner's ex-fiancee Crystal Harris ... who just put her engagement ring on a pretty famous auction block!

TMZ has learned ... the platinum ring, which boasts a 3.39 carat circular-cut diamond -- will be auctioned off by Christie's in NYC next month.

According to the listing, the ring is expected to sell somewhere in the range of $20 -$30k.

Sources close to Crystal tell us ... the former Playboy model "couldn't bear to look at the ring anymore because it brought back bad memories."

But since they don't exactly make pockets on Nancy's teeny, tiny cocktail dress costumes -- she's been stuffing the items into her bra ... so they're close to her heart when she's doing her thing.

A fashion consultant who fitted Lauryn Hill with clothes for her European tour back in 2007 is suing the singer, claiming Lauryn jacked her threads.

According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Via Davia Vintage provided Hill "with an entire wardrobe of high fashion items." The company claims Hill agreed to pay a fixed weekly fee for 4 weeks.

But according to the lawsuit, Hill hung on to the clothes for three months, paying only a fraction of what she owed.. And to top it off ... the consultant claims Hill only returned about 30% of the items, keeping the expensive stuff.

This is the second time in the last two months Hill has been sued because of her 2007 European Tour. Last month, a guitar player sued her for $20,000 ... claiming she stiffed him.

The company rep said they hadn't seen such a surge in popularity since T.I.'s MTV reality show "Road to Redemption" premiered in 2009.

The rep says they're preparing for another spike in sales -- when T.I. is set free next week after completing his drug sentence.

The same day TMZ reported Charlie Sheen will get $100 million in a settlement from Warner Bros., a cheerful and refurbished Brooke Mueller was spotted shopping around town in L.A. on Monday.
