Little Justin Bieber has been sued by a photographer who claims the singer delivered a crushing MMA-type kick to his abdomen, after a perfectly lovely date with then-GF Selena Gomez.

Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran claims when he was shooting the then-couple at The Commons in Calabasas last year ... Justin was trying to maneuver his brand spanking new Mercedes out of the parking lot. The suit alleges Justin became frustrated at the photogs, jumped out of the car and "delivered a martial arts-type kick ... in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen."

But the suit alleges the attack continued, when Justin used his left fist to punch the photog on the right side of his face. Justin allegedly then pushed the photog against a parked car. The suit claims Selena actually returned to the scene a few minutes later to look for her cell phone and apologized for Justin.

The lawsuit is interesting ... citing a litany of alleged misdeeds committed by JB, including assaulting a former bodyguard, bullying a woman, driving at reckless speeds in his gated community, stealing a pap's SIM card and threatening to kill a neighbor.

The photog doesn't give a specific amount he wants for the alleged assault and battery.

8:10 AM PT Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, just told TMZ, the criminal hit-and-run charge against his client is "B.S." Geragos says Chris gave the other driver his Virginia driver's license and also gave her an insurance card.

Geragos says Chris has 2 cars, and the Fireman's Insurance card he forked over was for his Lamborghini -- not the Range Rover he was driving. Geragos acknowledges Chris didn't have a California DL, but says it's ridiculous to charge him with hit-and-run given that he turned over sufficient identifying info.

Chris Brown went insane on the woman whose car he hit last month, screaming at her, "Who do you think you are, Bitch?" ... and it got so bad, Karrueche Tran yelled to Chris, "Don't touch her, don't touch her!"

In a written statement to cops -- obtained by TMZ -- the victim, Olga Gure-Kovalenko says after Chris rear-ended her Mercedes, they pulled to the side of the road, got out and they both took pictures of the vehicles.

Things went South quickly when Olga asked for Chris' driver's license, registration and insurance info. Karrueche handed over HER DL, and Olga wisely said she needed to see Chris' DL. Karrueche said she was the owner of the vehicle so Chris didn't need to supply any info. Olga says she persisted and asked for Chris' info.

When Chris and Karrueche refused to cooperate, Olga felt she needed to get a picture of the 2 of them in case they split. As soon as she snapped the pic (above), she says Chris and Karrueche went nuts.

Olga says, "The guy [Chris] tried to grab camera or me. I jumped back, the girl [Karrueche] screamed, 'Don't touch her, don't touch her!'"

Olga says Chris then started to rant, "You are a bitch! Who do you think you are, bitch? Do you think if you driving Mercedes so got money, bitch?"

And then Olga says Chris dropped this, "Do you think I am just a black n***er."

Olga says Chris continued screaming and then "slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy."

Olga says Chris also "bragged about how much money he has and offered up false registration."

NFL superstar LeSean McCoy believes he has a smoking gun that proves he NEVER physically assaulted a woman on a party bus back in 2012 -- a text message -- and TMZ has a copy of the digital evidence.

The Philadelphia Eagles running back just filed new documents in his legal war with "Mary Roe" -- a woman who sued McCoy claiming she was assaulted and badly injured on his party bus back in December after she objected to being sprayed with water.

In his legal response, McCoy included a text message that "Roe" -- aka Brandi -- allegedly sent to another woman in which the accuser states, "Lesean [sic] didn't touch me physically."

In the text, Brandi says she has bruises and a lump on her head from the incident -- but she needs witnesses to back up her allegations that McCoy ordered his bodyguard to rough her up.

The alleged text continues, "I'm trying to keep Leseans [sic] name out of this even if he encouraged his body guard initially at first."

"I know this isn't a pretty situation but females go thru things like this all the time and it gets brushed under the rug or thrown out. I have 2 other girls that I'm hoping will at least speak to my lawyer as well."

Brandi is suing both McCoy and a man she believes to be his bodyguard for more than $50k in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

TMZ has learned ... the chick who allegedly took a fat German fist to the face (from a fat German rapper) during a party at the Playboy mansion back in 2009 has just struck a deal to drop her case.

We broke the story ... Mendes claims a famous German rapper named Xatar got all drunk and unruly at the shindig and popped her right in the kisser ... breaking her nose.

Mendes sued everybody under the sun ... but eventually struck a settlement with Playboy and The Privilege Agency, which apparently had a role in throwing the event.

Playboy kicked in $31,250 ... explaining they just wanted to "buy its peace" and make the case go away. Privilege kicked another $31,250 ... totaling a fat $62,500 settlement.

We reached out to Alessandra -- but got no response ... so we typed her name into Google images and found some pretty hot lingerie pics of a person who might be her. At least we hope it's her. If so, her nose healed quite nicely.

Scottie Pippen's claiming he attacked a fan in Malibu this weekend in self-defense ... after the man called him the n-word and then spit at him.

Sources close to Pippen tell us, the middle-aged man who got his ass kicked by Pippen outside Nobu Sunday night was a drunk, overly aggressive fan who had been badgering Pippen for attention all evening ... beginning inside Nobu, where Pippen was eating with friends.

At one point, we're told one of Pippen's dinner guests went to the bathroom ... and the man sat in the guest's place ... continuing to pester Pippen with questions. We're told Pippen bit his tongue and politely asked the man to leave.

After the meal, we're told Pippen agreed to take a photo with the man outside the restaurant ... but the man continued to be aggressive, demanding an autograph as well. Pippen refused and we're told that's when the man dropped the n-bomb, shoved the NBA legend, then spat at him.

Sources close to Pippen say he lost it when the spit landed on his young daughter -- and Pippen flew into attack mode.

As we reported, the alleged victim was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital with severe injuries to his head, face, and back. Pippen has since spoken with authorities and he was not arrested.

NFL superstar Maurice Jones-Drew will NOT be charged with battery for allegedly socking a security guard in the face during a bar fight in Florida last month ... TMZ has learned.

The State Attorney's Office in Florida announced ... they do not believe they have enough evidence to prove the Jacksonville Jaguars running back committed a crime during the May 26 incident at the Conch House in St. Augustine, FL.

"Based on the evidence, the evidence does not support the charge," a rep for the SA tells TMZ.

We broke the story ... a security guard told police MJD suckerpunched him during a melee ... causing serious damage to his face. Cops initially identified MJD as a person of interest.

We know the alleged incident was captured on tape ... but clearly, prosecutors didn't feel the footage proved MJD's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Aaron Carter says he got his butt kicked because of a New Kids on the Block turf war -- which is just too ridiculous to be true!

Or maybe too ridiculous to be made up?

Chris Brown's female accuser is full of it ... so says the owner of the nightclub where the singer allegedly assaulted the woman -- in fact, the owner tells TMZ, CB never even touched her.

The owner of Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim tells us, "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."

The owner says 24-year-old Deanna Gines had repeatedly tried to jump on stage during Chris' performance at the club -- and later tried to rush Chris in his roped-off VIP area.

The owner says Gines got tossed as a result of her behavior -- and while being taken out, the owner says Gines took off her heels and threw them at security.

The owner says police were called to arrest Gines, but eventually let her go home with her friends.

As for any potential injuries Gines may have suffered while being kicked out, the owner simply said, "Heat staff and security did what they had to do ... [Chris] was a complete gentleman."

Scottie Pippen has just been interviewed by police in connection with his alleged fight with an autograph seeker in Malibu last night, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Pippen contacted authorities in Malibu moments ago. We're told police decided against arresting Pippen after speaking with him. The investigation is ongoing.

We had previously been told by law enforcement officials that Pippen had been arrested. That was not the case.

TMZ broke the story ... Pippen allegedly brutalized an autograph seeker outside Nobu restaurant Sunday night. The man was knocked out after Pippen allegedly punched him in the face and kicked him repeatedly.

Pippen left the scene. As for the victim ... he was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, including broken teeth and a swollen mouth. He also suffered injuries to his head and back.

Pippen was subsequently named as a suspect for a felony charge of assault with intent to commit great bodily injury.

11:20 AM PT Chris just scoffed at the allegation, tweeting, "I didn't do anything."

Chris Brown has been accused of badly injuring a 24-year-old girl inside an Orange County nightclub Saturday night ... and the alleged victim says it was so violent she might need surgery.

Deanna Gines tells TMZ ... she was in the VIP section with Chris at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim -- where he had just performed. When the bar was about to close, she claims Chris shoved her to the ground. Deanna tells us, the shove was deliberate and she fell hard on her knees.

Deanna tells us she filed a police report, and a rep for the Anaheim PD says a female did indeed file a report for assault inside the club, but the rep won't disclose the name. Cops are investigating.

Deanna says she went to the hospital and doctors told her she had torn ligaments in her right knee. She's going to see another doc later this week and she says she's already been told she may have to go under the knife.

Chris Brown's rep, Nicole Perna, tells TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse." Perna adds, "None of this makes sense."

Scottie Pippen is officially a suspect in a felony assault with a deadly weapon investigation ... after allegedly knocking a man out in Malibu last night.

TMZ broke the story ... 47-year-old Pippen was at Nobu when he got into a fight with a man outside the restaurant, and allegedly knocked him out cold with a punch to the face.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department tells us ... Pippen has since been named as a suspect in a report for assault with a deadly weapon -- the deadly weapon being his shoes. We're told Pippen repeatedly kicked the 50-something-year-old victim when he was down.

As one source put it, "He beat the f*** out of him."

According to witnesses, the fight started after the alleged victim approached Pippen for an autograph. We're told Pippen said no, and something happened to set off the fight.

A family member of the alleged victim tells us, he was released from the hospital this morning with broken teeth, a swollen mouth, as well as back and head injuries.

Pippen's attorney had no comment.

Turns out Scottie Pippen doesn't need Michael Jordan to win after all -- 'cause the NBA legend KO'd a guy in Malibu last night ... TMZ has learned.

Here's what we know ... 47-year-old Pippen was outside Nobu in the 'Bu when he got into a fight with another guy.

Not clear at this point what started the altercation -- but we know it ended with the other guy getting so injured he was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.

FYI: Pippen is 6'8" and well over 200 lbs.

Police were called to the scene, but by the time they got there ... Pippen had left.

Aaron Carter is sporting a shiner he claims he got from 4 grown men who were pissed he's performing on "New Kids on the Block" turf ... aka Boston.

Aaron, who posted some gnarly selfies after the fight, tells TMZ he was leaving dinner with a friend last night in beantown, when a huge guy approached him in the parking lot and yelled: "I heard you’re doing a show here tomorrow. This is the town of the New Kids."

Aaron claims three other guys then jumped out of a gold Chevy Malibu ... and started the beat down, which came complete with a shot to his face.

The singer claims he landed a few punches before the NKOTB-lovers took off -- "I think my knuckles might be broken, but that's what they get. People think I'm a pretty little white boy but no way. I think I won. I'm still standing."

Aaron says he's performing as scheduled tonight, and he's not filing a police report because it's "girlie."

2:05 PM PT -- Kiedis just gave us the best statement ever ... not even mentioning the fight ... telling TMZ, "I love the Rolling Stones." Yeah, he's that cool.

Red Hot Chili Peppers singer Anthony Kiedis just threw down with a security guard outside the Four Seasons in Philly -- after the hired muscle REFUSED to let Kiedis enter the hotel -- and the footage is insane.

In the footage, Kiedis approaches the hotel with his lady friend and security blocks him from entering. The security guard lunges, and a massive fight erupts.

Sources on scene tell TMZ, the Rolling Stones were making their exit from the hotel at the same time Kiedis was approaching -- and the security guard thought Kiedis was just another fan.

But the mystery ... no one's saying who the bodyguard works for.

A rep for Four Seasons Philly is denying the security guard works for the hotel. A source close to the Stones insists he doesn't work for them either ... at least not directly.

Justin Bieber is being warned -- return the SIM card you allegedly stole from a paparazzo in Miami ... or else!!!

TMZ has learned ... Gustavo Garces has lawyered up and fired off a letter to Bieber's manager -- demanding the immediate return of the memory card that Bieber took on June 5 ... after the singer allegedly ordered his goons to steal Gustavo's camera.

We obtained an audio recording of the incident in which Bieber can clearly be heard copping to the theft -- and telling Gustavo, "I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though."

Now, Gustavo's lawyer has fired off a letter to Bieber's manager informing Team Bieber that he plans on filing a lawsuit ... and he needs the SIM card as evidence in the case.

Garces also warns Bieber not to tamper with the card -- because there are "dire consequences" for messing with evidence.

Bieber's people had no comment.

"Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong has just been charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend and threatening her if she called the police ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... 35-year-old Furlong was arrested inside his ex's West Hollywood home back in May on suspicion of violating a protective order she had obtained against him.

According to law enforcement, Furlong is accused of assaulting his ex during the incident, which is where the assault charge stems from.

In addition, Furlong has been charged with dissuading a witness by force or threat, as well as vandalism -- for allegedly damaging her laptop and photo equipment during the dispute. All the charges are felonies.

Furlong has also been charged with disobeying a domestic restraining order ... a misdemeanor.
